Excellent professional and we used them with two other houses and always being top notch hundred percent. Highly recommended and will be using them again for another job once the vinyl siding that we purchased is paid for we’ve use them for two houses for windows and now one house for vinyl siding I will be using them on another house for vinyl siding.

Other than it taking over a month to get our windows in, it was cost effective, courteous, & efficient. We love our new windows.

They replaced windows in my house 15 years ago and we we’re very pleased so when we needed windows replace in our garage, we called them again. They also replaced 3 of the ones they had installed the first time for free because the seal had broken.

I love the windows and the installers were awesome - a family that worked so well together . They knew each others next move, always so polite and friendly- very professional. Prices were fair but our budget only allowed us to get some of the windows for now. When were ready for more I want this family because everyone talks about how good the windows look. Also, my home is older and also needs siding. Lowes said they could not replace the windows without the siding and would have cost almost $30,000. This team came in and replaced windows way way way under this amount and did not tear up siding or sheetrock. Window World is the choice and Eric and his family are the installers you want.

Outstanding service! Very Professional and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. We had 22 windows replaced. Lots of compliments from neighbors and friends. What I like the most was we saw an immediate reduction in our utility bill.

We needed old windows and a door removed from our lake rental but instead of replacing with what was there we wanted to put in an over sized slider. Mike and Harley made this happen for us. Window World and its employees are trust worthy, friendly, responsive and do great work. We have used them twice and intend on using them again in the future.

Matt Manzella is very knowledgeable when it comes to energy, doors, windows and such.. He came to my home tested everything and told me that my windows were all well within limits, and that I needed only a new back door. He could have told me that i needed windows, insulation and other unnessary items, but he has integrity and honesty! He has earned a life long customer.

Literally the worst! Disappointed doesn’t even cover it.1. They had to measure the windows twice, because the first guy was fired. The second time (after we paid a deposit during their first measurement session) they then let us know it would cost $800 more than the original quote.2. We had an issue with rot on one of the window frames of the windows we were replacing. They said they would fix it when they installed the windows- but didn’t. Now we have to pay someone to remove the window they installed, then fix the issue and reinstall the window. If they would have told us they couldn’t/wouldn’t fix it during the quote we could have fixed the issue prior to their install. More money out if our pocket because of lack of their communication.3. They didn’t explain that we would lose so much of our windowsills from installing the new windows that we would no longer be able to use our current window treatments- again more money. We now have to purchase custom treatments because there is more ledge outside than inside the house.4. When they did the install they dropped the old window frame damaging our wood floors, leaving large gashes- but of course didn’t say anything about until we contacted them and said we wouldn’t sign the contract until it was properly fixed.The floor was never fixed to our satisfaction (they tried fixing it with a marker) so we still haven’t signed the contract. They never returned our calls about it, but proceeded to send us the bill anyway.The windows are nice and well installed, but their lack of communication and disrespect of ruining items in our home without proper repair is unacceptable.

Window World was very prompt in coming out and getting us an estimate. The crew that came out was very professional and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up very well afterwards. Work overtime to get the job completed.
