Fantastic Service! Mike and his guys replaced windows, installed vinyl porch and deck railing at my home several gears ago and did an outstanding job. We had an issue with one of the windows parts and Mike took care of it right away. Great to see someone actually stand behind their work.

Rocky Mt Windows and Doors just finished replacing my old vinyl siding that was improperly installed and they also replaced all my windows(35 altogether)- some of which were leaking. Since the siding was replaced, my house is a lot quieter now during storms and my windows dont leak anymore. They also replaced the wood railings on my porch with vinyl railings. My porch looks beautiful. My whole house looks so much brighter and fresher. The workers were punctual, skilled and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend Rocky Mt Windows and Doors.

My sister had told me how meticulous Mike was in working on her screen porch so I enlisted his help when I needed new railings for my front porch. Windows installed started hazing. Gas leaked out of the seals. Talked with Mike and said sorry but the window company he was using went out of business. Spent $21K on siding, windows and porch rails and “I’m sorry but the window company went out of business” is NOT the right answer. If you use RMWD you better make sure they use a name brand financially stable window company.

Mike and his crew are awesome. They are on time, efficient, leave nothing behind for us to clean up, even cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floors. Windows in our sunroom are beautiful. One window was broken in the case and it was replaced in a timely manner. Very impressive company and would highly recommend. Mike is a very friendly and funny guy too!

Rocky Mount Windows & Doors ROCK!!!! My home had old windows were you could see the blinds moving and the exterior of my my home was awful.....Mike and his crew came and replaced all windows and doors, wrapped the windows unlike Ive ever seen...just beautiful!!! His work is unbelievable, so detailed! I had some rotten places and he made sure that was fixed before doing install. ( some just put windows right in) I went with a cedar shake on the front....needless to say my home was the prettiest on the block!!! When I went to sell my home, I had several offers just from the exterior!!! So THANKS again, Mike!!! I loved their work so much, that they have replaced my doors on my new home and are measuring for Windows now!!! Look out neighbors!!! My house will be the best on the block again!!!!

WARNING Does not stand behind his product. Once he has your money you are on your own. Did a good job initially of installing windows, siding and doors but within 3 years alter the job was completed the windows started to fail and are fogged up on the inside and the siding is fading. When I contacted Mike the owner he said he would get back to me. After stringing me along for about a year he said there is nothing I can do, the company I bought the materials from is out of business. I ask him what am I supposed to do and said I paid you not your supplier, and in my opinion way to much but I made the mistake of believing him when he said you have a guarantee for life from me. He got irate on the phone. He said youll have to get someone to fix or replace it yourself theres nothing I can do. Didnt even offer to help. I will never do business with him again. Buyer beware !

Rocky Mount Windows and Doors recently installed windows and gutters at my home and I’m so glad that I chose them for the project. With the pandemic, the window order was ten weeks out but they were well worth the wait. I read a review that said Mike was a perfectionist and I can vouch for that. My door lock had been crooked for years and upon Mike seeing it, he went to his truck, retrieved a screwdriver and straightened it without me requesting him to do so. For me, that spoke volumes for his quality of work! Not only was the quality of work exceptional, Mike and his crew were so courteous and professional throughout, completing the project within the quoted time and left nothing for me to clean up. I’m really appreciative of that as there are so many others out there that do not provide good quality work and should not be in business. I will be using Rocky Mount Windows and Doors again for future projects and will most definitely refer them to family and friends. Continued Blessings to Mike and his crew!
