Just great service. Showed up fast. Very amiable. There was another gentleman that needed a taxi pickup from same area and our driver, Richie, made sure someone was getting him shortly. Above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned. Highly recommend.

Only call this cab a few times. The guy talks more than a christan priest. Rating worth the trouble.

Dont let the haters fool you. These guys are boss. Luis came out very early in the morning when we were stranded. Helped us to a hotel and even found me later when I left my keys in theyre car. I cant thank them enough. An absolutely recommended service.

Ive never been treated worse by a business. I came in to town for work and on numerous occasions (6 total) they gave me a timeframe and left me hanging for more than double that time frame. Im talking 45 minutes plus. The final straw was today when I called to get a ride to catch my greyhound bus ride...i called with plenty of time to get me there with more than half an hour to spare. An hour later they finally showed up (after my bus was scheduled to leave). I was promised numerous times that they would get me there on time...they didnt. Then they had the NERVE to get rude with me when I told them about how negatively they effected me. What should have been done was they should have at the minimum paid for my new bus ticket, paid for my hotel for the night(since no more buses leave for my destination today), and bought me dinner for how hard they screwed me. Instead Im stranded in Rocky mount NC with nowhere to stay. If I had ANY other option I would have stopped using their service after the second time they made me late. My suggestion to all... if you can spend the money... rent a car....a bike...a scooter... do anything than let these people take your money!!

This is by far the worst taxi cab service ever it’s a Jamaican guy that drives very unsafe you would think he’s a nascar driver then he gets mad about simple stuff and he try to threaten you in the car every since then I stopped riding with the cab service and bought my own car because if that man would have touched me I would of beat that guy up badly try another car service that’s reliable because they make you wait 2 hours for a ride til you have no choice but to start talking smack about the service unprofessional if your driving your customers just shut up and get them to the location already

Over an hour and still no one showed up, when we called again to ask how long no response... I dont think Ill be doing business with them again.

The wait time is horrible,but I do like the fact that they will send you a text message letting you know when they have arrived.

More than once I’ve had to wait over 2 hours for this cab service. Would not recommend to anyone at all.

Running late for work one morning I gave them my address but, the idiots said 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I called them back asking about my cab and, this woman is giving me some bs about finding my address. I am not going to use them anymore.
