Otis was there when my train arrived, and quickly took me to pick up a rental car. I arranged with him to pick me up after I returned the rental. Hadnt been in NC for several years, and he took me to Zaxbys so I could get my chicken fix! He then got me back to the Amtrak station to catch my train back home. Otis went above and beyond to make my trip less stressful, and I appreciated everything he did.

Very kind and professional service! He called ahead of time to make sure I still needed my appointment and he arrived on time, a little early actually, so I wasn’t the one waiting on him. Safe driver, and has better rates than others I got a quote from. Will use again when I’m in the area. :) thank you! It’s nice to have one less thing to worry about when going to the airport.

I was able to schedule my ride with Otis before hand and he arrived early to pick me up from the location I requested. He got me to the air port in quick time and provided interesting conversation along the way!
