Very pushy and rude. I came here to get a pedicure basic ($27) with my sister and they asked us 10x if we wanted gel. I said no multiple times because I was paying for both of us and didn’t have the extra. I did however add the paraffin wax for an additional ($5). They literally talked trash about it after every time they asked and kept asking. ($20) for gel is a no go for me. Hey listen let’s talk facts. If I don’t pay the extra today, I’ll have to come back a lot sooner and drop another ($32) right? It wasn’t that expensive in NY or NJ or TX or any of the other BIG cities I lived in. Why am I paying that for mediocre service in this small city? I’m not!

This was not the first time I’ve been to this place, but definitely the last. I spent 3 hours here tonight, just for my brows and a full set.They are usually very accommodating, which is good because they require a lot of coaching. Usually I can deal with the results, so I’ve been there a few times. I’ve never been completely satisfied, but the options in my area are less than.I requested a simple style that I’ve gotten many times before, and was told that the style couldn’t be achieved without airbrush, after three different people attempted to do it. Literally, just the tips painted, with blue polish. That’s it. I opted out of getting pedicures from them after the first time.After a while, I just had to accept the work they had done, but was still completely unsatisfied with the results. Very sloppy. Now, I’ll have to pay someone else to fix it tomorrow.They’re nice people, they just don’t do the best work.

I wait was kind of long but My nails are pretty and the guy did a great job on the shaping . But what ever kind of acrylic they use have had my fingers itching every since I got them done which was 3 days ago. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and never experienced this problem. I will never go back to this nail salon.

My family and I love them especially Kevin and BeBe they are the best 🥰🥰 they take there time all of them no rushing or sloppy work.

The customer service at this place of business was horrible. They were in a rush, didn’t care to take their time. At the end of my pedicure one guy had to come over to the lobby to finish! His boss was rushing him! Hence, a day after nail polish was already falling off. Please don’t waste your time going to this place.

Me and my wife have gotten pedicures before....but this place was the absolute best weve ever been too!!!

Now under new management so gone is the spa, the dividers with the layback chairs, the quiet treat yourself place and hot rock massage pedicures. All gone. Place reeks of chemicals now I walked in got hit in the face with that and went Nope. New management ruined a great place sad thing is its turned into what we already had to many of here in RM, what it was before was special.

Just a friendly reminder that this is a nail SPA not a nail SALON. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. Its definitely different from what im used to. For all that you get I wouldnt say its pricey, but make sure your bring your wallet when you come. I got a mani-pedi-with gel and a 20 min foot massage for 65...which is pretty decent for the experience. They also offer wine. The staff there are really friendly. The place is clean. And its wasnt busy, which can sometimes be annoying. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and soothing experience.

My boyfriend and I received foot massages and they were amazing. They also did our arms and shoulders which is very rare.Peaceful environment.

Too dark and really didnt enjoy the pedicure experience. Lady that did pedicure rushed over me. Will not be going back. Only went here because my place was busy. Only had gel polish, and I didnt want that.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEY SAID MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED BUT THEY WERE JUST TAKING MY MONEY THEY TOOK 81 dollars out of my account when everything I got was only 41 Im highly pissed off and I will be going back today to get my money back from them Asian toads!!!!!!!! My nails are nothing like how I wanted them they are crooked and not cute!
