Been going for bout a year now and usually a good experience, Today a different guy was doing my nails and he was rushing like he had somewhere to be.. Then noticed it was him trying to get back to his phone since he whipped it out between drying my nails. While doing my nails (rushing) he was filing and drilling more of my fingers than my nails. Nails turned out just OK but my fingers are still burning 😩.

Baby Blue nails: Man cut nails way too short when she asked for long and he messed up and had to file down all of them very short and didnt put them near the cuticleBurgundy: burned all of her fingers until they were purple and bleeding on the cuticle and fingers were swollen. Asked for glitter and didnt get it. Man walked away without telling her her amount to pay.Teal: Man was very nice and gentle but he made nails a little too short for what i asked for but he did an overall good job. One nail popped of after only three days when i was washing my hands.

The man on station 6 did not sanitize or wash his hands before doing my nails as customers were expected to sanitize before entering & thick dirt appeared under his nails. Although that happened he was a very nice guy & he did good on my nails like I expected.

Been going here for about 4 months faithful since my walnut shopping center visit and still coming. I always come in and ask for HIP to service me and not dissatisfied, thanks Hip

Price was good but took to long in my opinion. Over 1 hours to do a basic set of nails.

Last tech didnt know what she was doing. It took her almost 1 hour to apply the absolute worst lashes I have had in my 3+ years of wearing them. The lady that did my mani/pedi was AMAZING! The 3 stars is for her!

I really love this place I’ve been there three times and I would definitely recommend them .Ben is great I’m always satisfied with my nails and Amy is great also.

My pedicure was done very rough, she cut my cuticles way too far that I bled and they kept telling me different prices going higher and higher, I will not be returning.

Acrylics I had from previous salon was terrible. Went to 5 star and they fixed my nails better than could be asked for. Salon just recently reopened and they do an outstanding job. Pedicure was awesome. Really happy with their work. Stop in and see them, you wont be disappointed.

Nice staff. My nails are ok... I like the polish to be at the cuticle... Ill give one more chance.

Love the way my nails turned out

The people were nice, but the lady that did my nails rushed me and ALL of my nails are crooked... I guess they dont have regular polish 🤔? Because she instantly started painting my nails with gel polish assuming I wanted that.. I just feel like if I was going to pay as much as i did, she shouldve taken her time so they wouldve at least looked nice..

It was okay atmosphere was good.

I asked for cow print nails and it looks like someone scribbled on my nails and my mom wanted to get a turtle and they didnt know how to do it. Yea they are nice people.

I went to 5 Star Nails & Spa in Rocky Mount, NC, Im so happy with the out come and I cant wait until next month when I go back to get a different Mood Changing Nail Change and get my toes done. I love the way my nails look and my mother said that she likes the color I choose.

I went here for the first time a few days ago and they were friendly but the old man that did my gel french nails was so slow and he kept messing up and his wife had to come over and finish. It took an hour and 15 minutes to do what should have only took 30 minutes max. I am so disappointed in this place. I left unhappy and my nails dont look good. I have white lines in the clear of my nails. And the white is ready chipping.

Gel polish came off all nails except 2 within 2wks.
