After reading the comments. I really had a good experience to be honest. My appt was 5:00am checked in at 4:25 got door 12... 45 mins later I was out of there with my paper work the lady at receiving was very nice .

Terrible warehouse between 9.30am and 9pm it is disrespectful to the professional driver incredible how the dot does not look at this and if it is only to end the driver

Absolutely has gone down hill in last few years. Other than tight docks I always enjoyed delivering here. But no longer . Ridiculous lumper fees, for excessively slow unload and even longer detention time. So done delivering here . Hope you dont need it that bad because Ill never be back here.

Guard was really nice came the night before he checked me in and told me they will call me on my appointment in the morning once they have the dock for me. Plus they have overnight parking 0.5 miles down the road. Parking lot called UBW. So far so good we will see how fast they unload in the morning.

Probably one of the worst places to deliver. Showed up for 2am appt. It only took 8 hours to get unload. 😪

They are a rip off company asking $250+$151.00 in none sense fees. Very bad communication... bad people bad place kept me 8 hours and asking me money.

I have came here probably 6-8 times in a year.Great communication from staff & security. Usually a fast unload. My 2 issues are their own drivers are buzzing thru parking lot in their personal cars, blowing horns. They need to be more respectful or get out of bed earlier . Lumper way to high Capstone!!

Quick in and out on Church St address. I was able to park on the side to complete my 2 hour break after I unloaded.

Came super early... was sent to staging literally .5 miles away. No problems. Got a call at appointment time and a door. Was there about 2.5 hours for unload. Every employee I came across was cool.

Bad management 5 hours to unload

Arrived 40 minutes early for my 4am appt. 3 hours later and they haven’t touched my trailer yet! Why did I have to be here by 4am or pay a fine? I understand some loads take longer than others to break down. But to take over 3 hours to start unloading is just ridiculous for early Monday morning appt.

Good people but the docks are EXTREMELY tight. If one drives a Volvo, International or Freightliner plenty of room to make a dock if you drive a Peterbilt or KW it can be a real pain in the a$$

From this drivers perspective from check in to check out I had a very positive experience the staff was friendly and unloading went very quickly.

Slow and slowest is this place. Typical Mclane. 4 hours plus to get unloaded and still waiting on bills.

For mclane being in the trucking business..they should realize about electronic logging devices..these people took 4 hours ftom time i artived to get unloaded..im glad i own my own truck..never never ever will deliver at McLane..

If you a 14 dock place dont try to be a 21 dock place. 15 thru 21 would be tight for a spotter truck. guard was cool. but everything after that were extremely rude people.wont be coming here ever ever again.......

I give them 2 stars because they have been professional and polite. No overnight parking to stage and spend several hours after your appointment time to be unloaded. Get extra pay for lost time or dont take the load

I just tried to come here early to find out where to park for my appointment tomorrow morning. The only suggestion I got was behind the Speedway where there is only room for 2 trucks. The guard said there is no other staging area or parking in the area so i dont know where the info from these other reviews came from. He also did not check me in or tell me they would call me. He just told me to come back up to an hour before my appointment in the morning. Also the big lot behind the Speedway is not truck parking. It is a DMV test lot and you will be towed.

This place is slow and don’t get you unloaded until 2 hrs after the appointment time they give you.

Dont get door #1 its a pain or #2 smh

Dry van unloading 5 + hours, no parking, appointments yes if you are late if you are on time 2 + hours to get a dock, and than unloading few hour, bad docks no turn around, there shoul be law against this kind of company

LUMPER fees!! Of course nobody bothers to let drivers know what’s up (whether prepaid or not) :-(Woman at security shack was so nice and organized; stark difference from office. Apparently i got to wait a little extra timefor them to unload cause broker/McLane neglected to let me/dispatch know that there were two PO’s loaded with 2 different appt times. Anything to do with food distribution takes forever. Goes to show you how much inefficiency there is in this industry.

Will send you to park 1 mile down the road even if you arrive at your appointment time. Drivers were throwing trash over their fence so cannot park here anymore. Behind the motel across the street from MBM, where you park at. Is a Hardees, fyi.

Nighttime receiver, no onsite parking and unoading takes for ever, lumper required, they dont understand what it means to have an ELD. Idiots!

This place is a joke got here 230 for a 3am appt backed into a door I pulled 2 pallets off in less then 5 mins then was told to go wait in truck to get your product scanned it been over a hour and a half mean while receiver was in the office running his mouth

Not a pleasant place to unload. High Lumper fees and no com checks. They will try to keep you up all day and night for any reason.

There is no parking in this company, there is not enough space on the territory.The ramps are so close to each other that they don’t even open the doors on the trailer ..The seal cannot be broken until you park near the ramp and it is not checked ..Why at the entrance guard can not verify the seal !!! ???Unloading takes 3 h !!!
