I cant remember the mans name that serviced our unit... But I loved how he explained everything to my husband and hes a little comedian.LOL Our unit is only 5 yrs old and weve had problems with since we 1st moved here. Had the original AC company come by and work on it more than once!(even though it was under warranty they wouldnt replace it!) Had a million excuses so i decided to call a Local A/C company and glad I did...A/c been working right and I really like that they give you a 30 day Guarantee on their work.

Would definitely recommend company and will use service again. They are courteous and prompt. Makes sure you are called and informed prior to arrival and are very informative. They take their to check everything and makes sure you are an extremely satisfied customer. The customer service representative as well and the service technicians are the best.

Called Thursday around 12. The lady on the phone was very polite and very helpful. I was told that someone would be contacting me about some service work that needed to be done on a pice of commercial property which a unit had stopped working. Never heard back from them on Thursday . Friday morning at 10am and I still havent heard anything from them. Called back . The woman on the phone was still very polite but still didnt have an answer as of when they could schedule the unit to be looked at.24 hours later and still no-one had called me back. It was not her fault all she was doing was relaying a message to whoever schedules the work but the tenants still dont have ac and I have to find someone else to get the unit looked at. Whoever is in charge of setting up appointments never called me 22hours after my first call. Very unprofessional of the company. This was just my experience. Take it for what it is worth.

Weekends are very expensive, and they only work at homes. not motorhomes. It is very expensive and they do not work in trailers only houses
