Can’t say enough positive things about John (owner) and Jerrod (our project manager). I received several quotes for windows but John stood out since he not only took the time to thoroughly explain the product but also demonstrate its capabilities with a heat lamp experiment and a sample window. Communication is critical for me and John/Jerrod provided regular updates on the order status and responded to my questions promptly. The installers were professional and courteous. We just completed the installation of most of the windows in our home. The difference between the builder-grade aluminum windows to these windows were felt immediately. Were looking forward to our next full electric bill. The windows are also beautiful and easy to open and shut. Quint-Pros service was great, professional, personable, and responsive. John worked with us when we asked for a change on one window after the order was agreed upon, but before ordered. Ive already recommended them to 3 other people. We knew that when they install a Tyvek wrap for an extra moisture barrier and use screws instead of nails, we knew they were the right choice. John showed brought us samples of their product and had lots of photos to show us so we would know what to expect. They also provide a lifetime warranty. Late on a Friday afternoon, I called four siding companies to request a quote to replace our home’s siding. The only one that answered my call was John Quint from Quint-Pro. John was responsive, courteous, and all-around easy to work with from the quote phase to final walkthrough.Quint-Pro started and finished the product exactly when they said they would, and the final results were better than I anticipated. I was particularly impressed when, anticipating an extra charge to replace insulation once the original siding was pulled off, the Project Manager informed me that the current insulation still looked good and would not need replacing. This saved me money at their expense, where I imagine many other contractors would have taken the opportunity to charge extra even though the work was not necessary.Based on my experience, I highly recommend Quint-Pro for siding work.
