I had a leak in my roof resulting from a combination of critters and a near record snowfall. It was not a typical leak situation. John was the consummate professional. He came out on a special trip, just to size things up. When he came out to repair, he was thorough and explained all the options to me. He did not try to sell me a big repair job or a roof replacement. In fact, he recommended the simplest, most practical, long-lasting approach. John came out on a Thursday afternoon, inspected the damage (and our roof too), gave a reasonable quote, put up a water barrier, and said hed get us on the schedule hopefully by Saturday. Well, on Friday afternoon (the *next* day), it was done! His crew were very professional and personable, and did a great job. And they left my roof and driveway cleaner than when they got there! I needed a roof inspection to make sure we didnt have any damage from recent storms. A strong storm came through this Spring and we woke up to water dripping through one of our light fixtures. I reached out to Bacon Roofing to inspect our roof for damage and John came out the next morning to take a look. Luckily, our roof was still in good shape. John found a small hole where a roofing nail had popped out and determined this was most likely the source of the leak. He was gracious enough to fill in the hole at no charge. If we ever need work done or a new roof, we will definitely be giving him a call!

John and his crew did a great job - very detailed and professional. They were careful to clean up all the nails and metal trash and replace all the patio furniture, etc. when the job was done. John is honest and transparent in the accounting and billing, and was patient and helpful as I made decisions.

I dont think there could be a more pleasant experience of getting a roof replaced. John Bacon is very kind and professional. He has a lot of integrity and cares about his customers. When I first contacted him about our roof leak, he came out within the hour and repaired it. While on the roof, he could see that our roof had quite a bit of hail damage and needed to be replaced. Our roof was fairly old, so I was apprehensive about the whole insurance claim process and whether we would be able to get total coverage. John was patient with my many questions, took extra time to explain everything, and did an expert job working with the insurance adjuster to get us all the coverage we needed, including the replacement of our damaged decking. His crew was also very hard working and professional. When the work was done, they did an excellent job of cleaning up our yard. There was no evidence of all the construction that had just gone on for two days! When it was all said and done, we had a beautiful new roof and I feel like we also have a new friend. Recently had my roof repaired by Bacon Roofing.The workers were quick, polite, and cleaned their work site well.They worked in less than ideal conditions, but that did not stop them from finishing promptly and they too time to blow out my gutters and ran the magnet over the yard, concrete, and flower beds to clean up nails.John Bacon was extremely polite and communicated repairs well.If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would.

Unfortunately, I ended up with an unscrupulous outfit called Diamondback. They started the job but task after task was either I completed or done wrong. I called in John Bacon and his team took care of it!! They had to redo several jobs but they got me back in my home! I do appreciate the fine job they did. We had to replace our roof several years ago and couldnt be happier with the results.We had an old tile roof that had to be completely taken off and re-decked before they could even start the new roof. The owner came out and walked us through the process and gave us several options. He even suggested some energy saving options that were affordable and resulted in a nice payoff in lower electrical cost for HVAC.The crew was very professional and the work was completed in a very timely manner. The work was first class. I have a background in construction and was pleased with the final product.
