Hi, i just wanted to put on here that one of your drivers literally ran me off the road. we were by the downtown exit off of 35-W and he merged into my lane without even thinking twice. this is a very poor representation of your company because he could’ve seriously injured / caused damage to my car if i wasn’t able to get over. please revaluate your drivers and their capability to drive because this is extremely irresponsible on the owners end... and as for the driver, maybe retake a drivers ed course because clearly you know nothing about driving and that is unacceptable considering you drive a huge tow truck. thank you for your time.

I am so thankful for these guys! My teenage daughter had a blowout on the highway in Fate and my husband and I were both out of reach to get to her- it’s a very uncomfortable situation to have to rely on a stranger to get your teenager back on the road safely but their office staff and service team treated us with the utmost courtesy and very prompt service. They completely understood my concerns and confirmed they could get someone to her quickly as well as took extra time to call my daughter directly to describe the drivers appearance so she knew who she was supposed to be dealing with. They told me it would be 30-45 minutes and the driver was there in 30. They also called me as he was wrapping it up to let me know she was taken care of and would be back on the road in minutes. My daughter said the driver was nice and very helpful. I’m super happy with the level of professionalism and the kindness they showed us today!

I needed my car towed 15 miles. I called and they gave me an estimate of $80-120. They said a tow truck driver would arrive in 30 min. After waiting an hour I called to see what was taking the driver so long. They said his truck was malfunctioning and if I wanted them to send another driver it would cost an additional $50 because they charge an extra fee for late night tows. Why should I have to pay 50$ extra because their tower is having malfunctions?and if they had called me and notified me about this when it happened, I could have avoided the additional late night tow fee. I would highly recommend calling other tow business because I found another driver that towed my vehicle for only $60. They never reached out to me to tell me about the issue, I had to call them.

These guys are great they have pulled me out of the mud when I play to hard. Get me cars home when they cant on there own. Some people use AAA I use Dallas Tow Boys. You should to !!

They towed my 20 foot trailer to Big TEX on a Sunday afternoon late for Reasonably price. Most of all they concerned about my concern of my broken wheel axle. Good people !

The guy that showed up was really nice and quick about the process. Nobody wants to be in a situation where a tow truck is needed but if needed, Id use this company again.

This company is very professional and they stayed in contact from the minute I requested them.Driver showed up and get me loaded up quickly and off to the repair facility.I highly recommend Dallas Towboys for anything you need moved or towed.

These guys were fast, accommodating and fairly priced. Oscar arrived right on time and was in and out in 15 minutes. He also made sure I had no questions and took great care of my vehicle. Will definitely call these guys again - just hopefully won’t have to!

This company tows vehicles improperly and doesn’t use all chains and straps while towing vehicles. Very dangerous especially if a car was to come off the truck and kill someone.

We use Dallas Towboys for all of our transport needs as a car dealer we need cars picked up and delivered to various auctions and my vehicles arrive on time and in the same condition as they were picked up! The owners are great people and we are glad to do business with this company! Thank yall for taking care of us keep up the good work! 👍🏻

Our car got towed the day before, we were not notified at all, we had to find it. They raised the price almost 30 dollars because we didnt come and get it on the first day. They already started off by charging us 290, for a tow that was only about two miles. We had to leave work to get the car before they raised it another 70, then had to wait in the waiting room for a whole hour before we were even able to pay. This company is money grubbing and the service is atrocious.

Called at 2:50 got an eta of 30-45 mins. Texted the driver a little over an hour after what I was quoted asking what his eta was and all he said was “im fighting traffic” At 4:18. He then calls me at 5:09 to ask if I still needed him. Saying he would probably be at least another 45 minutes. This is ridiculous and I will never call Dallas towboys ever again.

$150 to go less then 10 miles.

We work with tow companies all over the country and naturally have our favorites. We met the owner at a tow show and liked them . After we tried the service (anonymously) we REALLY like them. They are the go to guys in northwest Dallas area, period.

I have had about 5 bad encounters on the high way with these tow trucks.. They really make sure you cant forget the name. Then when I called the office to notify them of their drivers recklessness almost forcing me into the median on purpose the lady that answered was rude and didnt let me explain to her what happened. The way these guys drive and manage their business as well as customer service I would not trust them with something as valuable as my car.

Throwing tow signs are the ground at the harbor and not planting and towing every who parks where they have always parked you didnt even plant the signs lol SMH what kind of racketeering is this

Dallas Towboys....Man... they are great on towing heavy equipment, as well as, fixing tow trucks. They fixed my tow truck, and now I cant stop repon. Dont blame me bcuz my truck is getn u, blame Dallas Towboys for being great at what they do!

Told me one hour, took three, don’t mind waiting just don’t like being told wrong information, i always time wait times with a grain a salt but 3 times is a little much . Especially with no heads up . Besides that beat all prices

Today a driver with this company and license plate number 02558. Watch out unsafe driver!! Called to file complate also management didnt seem to care amd that i was a bother to there day. Sorry your driver was cutting people off going 80 in that truck! Then management quote well look into it. We dont like playing the what if game... the what if game? Dont tell someone that! That just got ran off the road by that driver you hired!
