Customer service was very polite and helpful. Vehicle was picked up and towed to the service provider without haste. Excellent service! Will definitely use them again when necessary and refer others to do the same.

The driver was very thorough and patient. He waited to make sure everything was okay before leaving and because of this gesture we were able to recognize there was an issue and it needed to be towed. Great customer service in the office as well as the field.

The guy was super nice and pleasant. I liked his persona. In a good mood and it showed. His knowledge was great and spot on plus he was very patient and understanding with me leaving the car Jack out; I was heat exhausted, and tired so I just left things undone but he picked up my left outs and did a quick perfect job and even waited at the dealership to make sure I was finished before leaving so I wouldn’t be stranded. I waited from 12-4:30 on my insurance company tow company. Then I called Chubbs and about one hour they were there. So we got to the car dealership within 15 minutes before closing. (Nice, clean and cool front seat). Lucky me they got us right in and took the tire with the wrench in it off and put the spare on. I was able to drive away and waved bye to the Chubb driver as he was filling out his paperwork. I would highly recommend them!!!!!

The driver was very thorough and took all safety precautions prior to loading. Most importantly verifying box truck height with measuring device to ensure safety for him and others. The truck has a ac on top which added a additional concerns for bridges. All checked good and he made a safe transport! Thank you for your hard work hooking it up!

Great. Tow arrived at 45 minutes after call which said 60 to 90 minutes eta. Driver had to get under my dash to allow car to be put in neutral for the tow.

I cant say thank you enough to this company. Accidents happen and unfortunately we locked my keys in my car with my 2 year old son inside. We called local police department but they were not able to get inside. Chubs came as soon as he could and actually worked with another locksmith to open the door in less than 5 minutes. Totoya made it difficult but they worked together to make sure my son was safe. Not to mention did it free of charge. I can not say thank you enough and recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!!!

Called AAA and they sent out a driver from chub’s who was fast, capable and extreme helpful and courteous. Went above and beyond to be certain we got to a tire place that was open on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend in a town that is unfamiliar for me. What more can I say? Just wow!

Shane was very polite. His truck smelled liked leather which is a big improvement over past tow trucks smelling like cigars or cigarettes. He was a sweet heart. He also was proficient in his work. I had a bad situation on my hands where Chubbs was sent to pick up my car. They were stuck in the middle between me and the other company. They were 100% professional with each of our encounters. They kept my car safe and secure during this time. They were very patient and understanding in regards to my situation. I now have my car back and am happy with the way they handled my car.

One of the better towing services available. My only issue is that their wrecking yard is a little hard to find and the path to get to it is a little rough.

Tow truck driver told the body shop my SUV was locked and the key was not in the vehicle. I drove to the body shop and found the SUV unlocked and the key was in the ignition.

Not trustworthy or competent. I have dealt with them 3 times. Twice they were more than 3 hours late and the third time they didnt show up at all and told AAA that they had come and completed my call. The two times they did actually show up, their driver was rude and unprofessional. I would rate zero stars if I could. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

My daughter and I were stuck on the turnpike. AAA sent this angel of a driver to come and help us. He was polite and made a point to talk to my daughter. My daughter is autistic and he answered so many questions while making her feel comfortable. (Even calling our car “Harry” like my daughter does!) I would recommend them to everyone!
