Peter is nail genius. My nails are perfect every time.. I moved recently and literally drive an hour and a half round trip just to see peter.

Had a pedicure at Platnum today, I got the classic which is your basic pedicure, but there was nothing basic about it. Karen was absolutely lovely, she puts so much care into her work. Truly talented!.Hands down best pedicure Ive ever had. So happy to have found this gem of a place, I Will be back often. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

Walked in Sunday before July 4 with a party of 3. Looked like we would have to wait because we didnt see any available chairs but they told us to pick a color then less than 5 minutes later we were all seated.They offer complimentary water, soda or wine.The area and tools were clean. The staff used gloves on their hands. The seats were equipped with a massager.Wendy was great. Easy to understand and thorough. She wasnt chatting with other ladies but focused on the task at hand. I am very happy with the results!

Awful place, do not go here. The lady doing my nails clearly did not know what she was doing and tried to tell me that my nails were done when there were spots without polish and had been rude when I asked her to fix them. Finally after not getting what I wanted (the nails did not look good at all and the more she tried to fix them she kept messing them up) Ana it has been less than a week and 7 of my nails have chipped. Im not hard on my nails, when I go to other salons they never chip they just always grow out. Dont waste your money by going here.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Im not a picky person. But the nail technicians were so rude they made me and my 2 friends feel so unwelcome that we unanimously decided to leave about 5 minutes after they started to work on our nails.

HORRIBLE service, please never come here. I took my daughter to get her nails done here and they completely messed it up! So I had to make a new appointment for them to fix it, The lady was very rude and cut my daughters nails off, yelled at us, and refused to do my daughters nails. Horrible staff!

Just amazing I really love my milk and honey manicure service! It was a very nice treatment and leaving with such silky smooth skin.

Do NOT waste your time going here. They charged my nails wrong and chased me out into the parking lot for THEIR mistake! The lady fought with me telling me that I still owed her 5 dollars when shes the one that told me I only owed her 30 inside of the salon! And when I told her that I would give her five dollars back but she would lose my business she chose the FIVE dollars!!! Never coming back.

My friend and I went in & sat down &45 minutes later we were still waiting while the employees worked on one lady the entire time, so we decided to leave & try another salon. One of the workers (Tracy) then got up and rushed over to see why we were leaving & kept getting close, not allowing us to leave & telling us to sit. So we sat back down and she immediately rushed to start on both of us. The other worker (peter) then came over when the only other lady in there left & started helping her. They both finished our nails in probably 10 minutes because they were rushing so much. They cut both my friend and I’s fingers, got glue all over our skin, made my nails super short even though I didn’t ask for that, & made hers crooked & lumpy. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

They did a horrible job on our Pedis. They cut my BFFs toe and later I noticed she didnt take off the gel polish from previous on my big toe so it doesnt have the smooth shiny finish to it.

Great place. Very attentive and great at ingrown toenails.

Excellent pedicure services! My toe nails look stunning!

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. They are over priced compared to other places in Rockwall and very sloppy. The lady doing my gel manicure left the color on my nails from a previous manicure and just painted over it. She got gel all over my skin, so I know itll be peeling within the next week and she hardly filled my nails. I would have said something at the time but I did not trust her to do any better the second round. Very very poor service. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure if we came on the wrong day or what. I made an appt 2 days in advance and when we arrived there on time for our appt. I waited over 45 mins. Both my husband and I felt like they rushed through the appt. No one was very friendly and my nexgen nails are a disappointment!!! Maybe we just were dealing with the C class on a Sunday at opening time!

I want to share my first expierence with this place i walked in and was greeted right away and helped right away wendy did my nails and was very sweet and made me feel comfortable everyone looked so relaxed i was confused because right after a pedicure they massaged peoples shoulders /back/arms IVE NEVER SEEN THAT ANYWHERE i asked if they do that all the time she said yes and you dont need a pedicure to have one either 😆😉 i said no im just curious bc ive never seen that done before after she xid my nails she tried to hive me a massage i said no thanks but it was very sweet she then gave me a hand massage it made my heart flutter! She took her time on my nails they are perfect i cant find one thing wrong! This place should really have more reviews i will be going back!
