Tara and Ross are outstanding employees.Tara assisted me with a damaged laptop. She was polite and knowledgeable and explained what she was doing. Ross also helped me and was great! Thank you again!

Very rude lady. She stated “there’s nothing we can do for you” it was a simple key replacement and I confirmed with a geek squad agent that they can do a replacement. She didn’t have the time of day to look at me and have a conversation, even though I had an appointment. Best Buy is by far my favorite place and geek squad I normally have no issues with but with an appointment scheduled she talked to me for only 2 minutes. I won’t be returning to the Rockwall geek squad very rude employee and very unprofessional.
Scheduled this last Tuesday and was told they would be here between 8-12 today. At 12:15 I called the 800 number and was told that the tech was rescheduling. I wouldn’t even give a star. Someone out there has to fix this completely broken business model!!
