Theyre always upfront about whether or not its better to fix or buy a new computer and they will take care of transferring all your data from your old computer to your new one. Took my wifes computer there when it booted to a blue screen. They had it fixed the same day. Turns out Windows 10 is buggy and likes to gliche as they said theyve had several other people with the same problem, and another guy walked in with the same problem while I was standing there. Thanks!

I would give this place a negative star if there was one. Horrible customer service, horrible tech service. Dropped my computer and had to call for any type of updates. Two weeks later no work done and had to pick an unrepaired computer.

Called first and told them it was a boot disk problem. They refused to assist unless I brought it in for diagnostics. So ok I bring it in. Long story short they try to tell me I need a hard drive and also its $100 to put windows10 on my laptop. Ill just take the advice of the other bad review.

Computer wouldnt reboot into windows.. I took it to Robert. They said they would look at it and call. On Tuesday no call about what problem might be. I called back that afternoon to find out no one looked at it. I picked it up on Wednesday morning. When I walked in they just handed the computer to me without saying a word. Went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Turns out the Harddrive was defective and would need to be replaced my HP. I got all that done within 20 minutes.
