The women here are so sweet and friendly, they always have a smile on their face and always ask how people are doing. Such a wonderful place !

I dont know if this DM person is talking about the same place he is attempting to review but I have been coming here for years. Ines and Bea have been the only people to cut mine and my sons hair since I moved here seven years ago. It is always a spectacular cut always sharp with clean lines and however I want it. Well worth the wait. If you want something specific be specific. They dont read minds, speak up if you like or dislike something. O and news flash Im white and never had a bad cut here. Dont blame a skin color if you dont like your cut speak up next time. All the girls there do a great job. I will always recommend this place to get a great cut. Ask for Ines, Bea or Carla you cant go wrong.

One time it is okay and the next time not so. More and more this place is going towards Mexican barbers and their customers. If you are white and older this is probably not your place. Fades and number cuts are getting to be the standard here. They tend to take their time on give Hispanics a precision cut and everyone else is a whambam out the side door. Very biased.

Great haircut! Not only did the staff know what they were doing but they charged me a very reasonable price. The people who work here have been doing so for like two decades, that’s a pretty good sign that the owner knows what they are doing.

My haircut was $15 and I feel like it was a steal. There was some confusion with the style I wanted, but one photo later, we were off. It was extremely quick and cheap. The woman cutting my hair was friendly as well. I will certainly be returning to this location again.

Having had bad haircuts at other shops, Im always leery of trying new places, but Lad Barbershop has been faithfully providing me and my sons with great haircuts for years at a good price. Im not sure why, but I never see ladies getting their hair cut, here. Im not aware of anyone ever having had an appointment; its first-come, first-served, here. There are always several barbers on duty, and while some people seem to wait for their favorites, Ive had good haircuts just taking the first available chair when its my turn.

5 Stars Barber Shop!! A friend told me about this barber shop.I went and I was very Happy. 8 chairs/ cut people hair at the same. If looking for specific barber, max waiting its 30 minutes. If you just want an hair cut you probably get it in 5 minutes. Everything is Great! Service, professionals, clean, unique barber shop & price are low! Go Go Go!!

A good place for a good haircut. The military themes of the different branches of service are pretty amazing, and the price is reasonable. I have only seen the compressed air hose to remove cuttings here at Lads. It saves on using a brush. I enjoyed the final touch of a hot lather shave on the back of the neck... again, only at Lads. Thanks!

I have been going to this barbershop for years. Lets see I remember when mens cuts were $8. Now they are $12, but very well worth it. Staff are so friendly, yes sometimes there are lines. However this shows you that they are good and the people of Rockwall know when this. Fran is in my opinion one of the best there.

Lads is the best barber shop around. Their prices are very reasonable and they provide the level of service I remember, when I was a kid. Warm lather on the back of the neck and a straight edge razor removes any hairs. I always go in on Tuesday or Thursday, since those are the days that Okie opens. She is the Best !

I always go to Bea because she always takes good care of me and has not once messed up my haircuts. Everytime I go most of the customers in line request her also because she is just too good of a barber. Seriously, you will not be disappointed. Greatest barbershop out of all Ive been through.

My husband has come here since before he went overseas and my husband and I continue to bring our son to get his haircuts as well. We love coming here: the Ladies who work here are so welcoming, sweet and fast and they all do such wonderful work.

The place is exactly where you want to go if you need a good haircut with quality, down to earth people.

We received a barber haircut just like I remember. This was little bits first man haircut that wasnt accompanied by a video game console. Both he and I smelled like Papaws after shave when we left. Fran was helping me reminisce about City Barber in downtown Rockwall and noting that when you move to OK you live forever. Thank you for a great experience and a memory to cherish. We will be back in a month.

I go here whenever I come home, but when I went this time, the hair on one side was noticeably longer than the other side. I was initially disappointed, so I called in to see if I could get it fixed. They told me since it was within 24 hours, I could have my hair fixed free of charge. I went in and it was taken care of right away. Great service!

They always do a good job cutting hair. Lisa is my preferred Barber. She only works here 2 days Tuesday and Fridays 8:30-6 pm.

I went there after reading review here and it really is a good place for a haircut. The environment is really good and you get a good haircut for less than $10! Katy did my hair and she did a great job. I will definitely go back again. Just one thing that they only accept cash or check.

She is fantastic as a person and a barber.She specializes in mens haircuts and is very honest about what she can do well, and otherwise will recommend others.There is always a line waiting for Fran because people know quality when they experience it.My 5 star rating is for Fran!!!

My boys really enjoy getting their hair cuts here... sometimes they prefer to wait an extra month just to go here! We live in east Texas and pop in for a cut while visiting family.

I knew I walked into the right place when the price listed read Burr, Regular Cut, Flat Top.... Since it was my first time, I watched other people as their haircuts were finished up, and all looked nice, and every one of them were satisfied. When it was my turn, Mrs Vickie confirmed that I was in the right place! Finally - a real barbershop! No fancy entertainment, no naked women running around, no overpriced haircuts - just a great cut and a hot foam straight-razor neck shave!

My brother and I got a haircut here and it was a top tier cut for the price. I even got my beard trimmed! This place is extremely popular and you might have to wait to get a haircut but trust me it’s worth it!

I typically come here every three weeks like clockwork. They have good stylists that get to know the customers, and are always friendly. If you need a good barber, Lisa is my favorite.

This is a great place to get a haircut. VERY, VERY good Barbers.They have a couple issues that need improvement; A sign in sheet would really help bc nobody knows how long the wait is or how many ahead of them, since not all people sitting are waiting on a haircut bc they could be with others currently getting a haircut. I sat waiting for a cut as others for specific barbers as two additional clients walked in and they left immediately after seeing the ones sitting and waiting ...Another Barber who was with a client at the time went after one of them encouraged him to come back in and the Barber who was sitting in her chair playing on her phone attended to his haircut even though initially she was unmotivated to do so, SAD!!! Bc it makes the barber shop look unmotivated...even though the other Barbers are awesome!
