My husband and I went here to pick out butcher block island tops. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable in the hardness of the wood. My husband and I could not decide on a color. The sales rep was so helpful after seeing us go in circles about the color, he offered to let us take home the samples to try in our home! We lived only 15 minutes away and this was HUGE to help us make a decision. We brought the samples home, tried them out, and purchased the chosen color the same day! The sales rep even helped me load the butcher block into my vehicle and helped me clear the space so it would fit evenly. Overall, I would highly recommend this location. I wish I had the sales reps name to post but in general, we had a very very pleasant experience and thank you for having your customers best interest in mind!

While the floor I ordered did not end up working out, I still would like to give 5 stars for the customer service I received. I initially spoke to Johan, who was apologetic and sincere. My issue was then handled and resolved by Glen, who patiently dealt with the matter. He was very kind and helpful, responded to my several calls, and never once showed anger or impatience towards me (despite how frustrated I was). He communicated with LL corporate to help resolve my issue and I greatly appreciate his efforts and sincerity.

Glenn is an absolute gem! I had some issues with my installers and he was able to find some extras of a discontinued item so I could finish the job. Absolute class act. I wish I had more floors to do in my house just so I could work with him again!

At the beginning I were searching for 5 gallons buckets and never heard of this store, we ordered 14 buckets and 4 days went by, I didn’t receive any email said the items was ready, so I went to the website and chatted, the staff on website said they’re in stock, just calling the store, then when I called store, the store staffs said they are here to pickup, then when I about to drive, the same staff calling and said they had only 7.I were upset and cancel ordered, and wrote negative review but I got a response to contact them to solved problem they got my 14 buckets ready to pickup in 2 days and with no cost! When I went there to pickup the staff was apologizing for what was messed up.I am very pleased with customer service, so I changed my review.

Good place to shop for flooring. Didnt need to look for assistance. I was greeted right after I walked thru the door. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me where to find it. He was attentive, but in no way pushy, etc. Prices were good they had what I needed, and it was an all around pleasant experience.

These guys take the time to make sure you get the right products. They double check for sale prices and discounts too. Everything I needed was in stock, and they helped me load it all. Will definitely come back when I need flooring. And theyre open every day.

If I could give less than one star I would. We ordered 160 sq. ft. of natural wood for our dining room. However, what we got was less than half of that. Once our contractor informed us of how much flooring we were missing, we called them in an attempt to resolve the issue. They refused to give us the remaining amount of flooring that WE ALREADY PAID FOR and they tried to charge us for what was missing. Not to mention the day we picked up the wood the person working in the warehouse loaded and unloaded our order from our car TWICE claiming it was the wrong order then saying it was the right order. Incredibly disappointed with this place. Save your money and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
