I used AG floors on reference from a buddy who had them do his place before moving in. They did my new house in a beautiful grey color with a matte finish and then my old house in a nice darker brown with a semi gloss finish. Their bid was about 60% of other bids that I got for both properties. Very happy with their service, payment structure, and the quality of the work.I also had them instead some stair carpet runners and LVP in the basement at my old house. It all looks great and has held up well!

I have wood floors in my house and have been wanting to get them refinished. Some are in better shape than others and upstairs turned out to be pine instead of oak like I had on the main floor. AG Floors came out very promptly and gave estimates for the rooms. I decided only to do the rooms that were in rougher shape. When I was ready to get the work done they fit me into their schedule. The workers were diligent preparing the space and sealing it off to minimize the dust in other areas of the house. They also cleared out all the debris like the quarter round trim and protective sheets after they were done. The end product with trim looks great and they matched the new floor well to the old. I highly recommend them.

We selected AG Floors from quite a few qualifying vendors due to their reviews, and we learned first-hand how they have earned such an impressive reputation. The scope was installing new hardwood floors as part of a major kitchen and foyer renovation and refinishing adjacent rooms. Samuel met with us and provided a detailed quote and thorough guidance on how AG would fulfill our requirements. The AG install and refinishing crews were extremely courteous and professional. Our demo contractor had a scheduling issue that encroached on the floor install crew but the AG crew was very patient and flexible to work around them and keep the install on schedule. The install crew provided seamless improvements to the transitions from the adjacent rooms to ensure the flow we were seeking. The refinishing crew showed up on-time each day and took great care to mask off areas to protect from dust, actually adding additional plastic to what we had already isolated. They clearly respected our home as if it were their own. And while you can expect some dust from the preparation process, there was actually very little - and far less dust than we expected and observed from friends homes on similar projects. And Samuel and AG office manager Theresa were very responsive to our questions as the project progressed, providing schedule updates so we always knew what to expect and addressing all of our concerns. AG went well above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. The company was helpful providing a virtual estimate for the job based on the square footage of the house, as I was moving from out of state. They were timely with the in-person estimate and starting work. Great job done refinishing floors and repairing steps. Very happy with the work done.

All personnel at AG Floors were perfectionists from start to finish. They removed our old carpet from our stairs and entire basement; then they sanded and stained the hardwood stairs and installed new Luxury Vinyl Tile in the basement. The crew patiently stained multiple samples of wood until I decided on the hardwood stain color I wanted and the hardwood stairs are now gorgeous. They not only installed the vinyl tile beautifully but went above and beyond our expectations, assisting with difficult closet door removals and fixing some unexpected requests without any complaint. Everyone was very professional and polite. We had used this company a few years ago for our kitchen also and I give them my highest recommendation.

Whenever their truck pulls up I am confident the job will be done beautifully.I had a peculiar problem with some warped laminate boards.They managed to replace the bad ones, and install some new trim in a VERY SHORT time, for a VERY FAIR price, and most importantly:MY WIFE WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT!UPDATE: Different House: 9/0702021. AG installed two new red oak stairs and hallway landing, and refinished the entire 2nd floor of our house. Its a totally amazing job, new floors blend perfectly, and old floors look brand new! So professional to work with, I am definitely using AG again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I found AG Floors through Thumbtack and hired them to refinish hardwood floors. They were pleasant to work with from start to finish, and the finish product looks great. One particularly positive thing that stood out to me - there was a spot that was lighter than the rest of the floor because of rug placement and how much sunlight the surrounding areas were getting. This was apparent even after the sanding was done. They called to let me know about the issue, and invited me to come in to see for myself. They also applied a few different types of oil finishes to show me what the final product would look like.I took off a star because there were a couple panels that needed to be replaced, but I hadnt noticed until after the job was finished. With the level of detail and the proactiveness in communicating with me about everything else, I would have expected they would spot that and let me know about that as well. Despite this slight oversight, I highly recommend AG Floors.

We purchased new hardwood flooring and carpeting for our new condo. AG Floors provided advice on the products to suit our needs. The installation was professional with good workmanship and worked with our schedule. Some of the hardwood flooring materials were defective and AG came up with a solution after consulting with the manufacturer. This company did very shoddy work that was confirmed by a NWFA certified inspector, and they also caused damaged to my 110 year old original stairs. What was a straightforward work has turned into a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and only higher a company recommended by the NWFA.

We had AG Flooring tear up the carpet from our basement and replace it with LVP. From start to finish, they were nothing but professional. After I got their estimate, I had another flooring place provide me with an estimate. I was shocked to see that the other place was almost 2k more for the same exact job, same exact product. The crew was prompt and did an excellent job.

AG did a fine job repairing and finishing a damaged floor efficiently. In the midst of the pandemic, we expected the price to be higher than in normal times, but so far during the few days immediately after work was completed, the results appear to have been worth the premium.

From beginning to end, my project went very smoothly. The crew refinished my floors so perfectly and without much mess. They put up plastic sheeting so as to minimize dust, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. I especially like that they allowed me to choose my own finish. The floors look great.

Samuel and his team were honestly a dream to work with. He redid my entire upstairs with a tight timeline but they were still able to get quality work done in a timely manner. I had a very specific vision for my floors- I hate shiny and orange and I wanted them to be VERY natural looking but not too dark to where it would show all the dust and dog hair.
