I recently needed a tow for a rather large out of commission vehicle. I contacted Montrose Towing and had the pleasure of working with Andy who besides being courteous, on-time, flexible, and beyond helpful with the entire process, was also the best tow driver Ive personally encountered. The vehicle was in a tight space, however this proved to only be a minor speedbump, as Andy was able to tow the vehicle without issue. I highly recommend Montrose Towing and if you are lucky enough to work with Andy, even better! 5 stars!

My car was parked on the side of the road between two other cars. My right front wheel was busted and I could not move it at all. Some how the guy was able to get my car out of that tight spot and deliver it to the auto repair shop with out a problem. It was kind of magical.

The tow truck driver showed up before the initial ETA, tried to get my car started with a battery pack, and when he couldnt get it started, he towed my car to my house. We have assigned parking spots and they are tight. He got my car in my spot with no trouble at all. Excellent service. I will use them again.

07/07/21. We got stuck on highway 68 about 100miles out of rockville because of weird noise coming out of the front driver side and the car being wobbly… called the insurance which called Montrose towing. They called me back and were very professional gave me the estimate and asked that i confirm the towing (since it was 1.5h away…). I confirmed and they sent the driver. WhileI was waiting and making plans, i checked the car further and realized that the lug nuts on the front driver wheel were not screw and one was actually broken… (costco of wheaton changed the wheels 4 days ago but apparently did not screw them properly… kind of scary… we could have lost the wheel at highway speed but that’s for another review of costco…)Anyway long story short, i tighten all nuts back (5 out of 6 since one was broken already) and tested the car, everything was back to normal so i decided to take the road. I called montrose towing to cancel the tow and even though i had already confirmed and the driver was on his way (for a good 30min), they were very courteous and understanding and told me they would not charge me for the time already spent even when i insisted to pay my fair share.Bottom line: they lost some time today but gain a future client and would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues!

They did a fabulous job. They sent an appropriate tow truck given the size of my driveway where the car needed to be pulled out of. I received service through Geico Insurance. However, because my tow was outside the 20 mile policy with Geico I had to pay out of pocket. Ultimately the pickup was timely, communication with their switchboard dispatch was solid; as I ended up making a connection with the tow driver for future professional opportunities with my car community car clubs.

They parked in the middle of the street where no one could get around when they came to give my neighbor a jump start. He totally ignored me when I bonked my horn to ask him to move over so I could go around. He got out of the truck to greet neighbor and only after she asked did he get back in to move the truck over. I would not recommend them and do not accept rude and inconsiderate behavior. Zero stars!

Its never pleasant when you need to call a towing service, but I was very pleased in every aspect with the assistance I received this evening from Montrose Towing Service. They informed me when they would arrive and promised to call 15 minutes in advance. They called almost exactly 15 minutes before they arrived which was slightly earlier than originally expected. The driver quickly and safely prepped the car and had it hitched up in no time. He took care to insure there was no damage to the car during this whole process. He towed the car to its destination taking main roads at safe speeds to limit possible damage to the car without additional mileage fees. All in all a welcome experience after the disappointment of having to call a towing service. I would highly recommend Montrose Towing Service to anyone in need.
