Company has towed multiple cars from horrible MoCo and HoA enforced towing areas. Twice they have towed legally parked residential cars with tags displayed from their designated spots due to poor paint job of the HoA on the street side (not curb side where the numbers are also designated). They clearly do not follow the new plotting grids marked by their clients (the HoA) and enforce with a scavenger mentality. On top of that, both front tires were popped on a separate occasion when cars were removed during planned pave top changes. 0 out of 5 Stars.

Do not get this company they are drug addicts They drop my truck off of the tow truck And have failed to pay for the damage They have a contract With the Postal Service they dont care about anybody else

Says theyre open 24/7, yet nobodys answering the phone. The gate is locked, so theres no way to get in to even try to retrieve my vehicle. All tow companies that arent helping stranded customers are scavengers. They need to get a real job.

I wish I could give zero stars for lack of professionalism and reckless driving. One of their trucks nearly ran my family off the road after tailgating us. Being in a hurry or driving a larger vehicle doesnt give you license to act like you own it not does it allow you to disobey the speed limit. When contacted, we were cursed out and insulted for trying to report the behavior.

Watched one of their trucks go through two red lights, speed through Darnestown, and tailgate in a 30mph zone with speed cameras. Truck had no license plate. Very dangerous. Am reporting them to Montgomery County Police for reckless driving.

Truck was speeding on highway in PA and almost hit me. Blared his horn and swerved around me and the tried to run me off the road. When I called, the person on the phone was verbally aggressive and rude. Told me next time hell hit me!

I wish there was a option for no stars. This is a no star business. Every company get rated based on customer service. Their customer service is horrible and they wonder why people rate them so low. I have no problem with them doing their job but you can be a little more professional when doing it. The only reason they are still in business is because they have contracts with the HOAs in certain areas. Please have your workers to attend customer service classes to work on their skills and maybe your rating and company will get better.

They are slow, do not respond to calls. Choose anyone else

The driver towed my car in front of my house/garage because I was parked 5 inches on the right side of the power line. As he stated, if my car had been parked 5 inches on the other side he wouldnt have towed it. He wasnt decent enough to knock on my door saying I am towing your car. Thats fine...I paid the $160 fee to release my car. signed the paper before test driving the car because I was angry. I was in rush to get to work as well. One hour later I noticed something is wrong with my right rear wheel so I called them explaining the situation. dispatch transferred my call to the driver and the driver said he had been towing vehicles for 18 years and he is no buying what I was telling him. I towed the car back to my house since the vehicle was not in a driving condition. I had 3 different mechanic inspect the car and they all agreed on the fact that the towing caused the damage to the axle. I called Milestone and explained the case and rudely they said keep up with the maintenance on your car and hung up the phone. Rude and indecent staffing and supervisors.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWING COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I didnt actually use their service (they were too busy to get to me), but Mike called me back after the dispatcher said there was no one available. Mike made a few calls to a few other towing companies after we compared notes. It really says something to me about character when a business takes time to get in touch with their competitors in order to try to help *you*. I dont really understand the criticisms for this company; sounds like a bunch of people complaining because they have no idea how the logistics of this industry work.

Was cheaper than most places but now I know why . Waited for 2 hours they could have told me it was gonna take that long I wouldnt have been sitting in the cold at night. Then when the guy came he was cool but he told me he just got the call 30 minutes ago! One hour and a half ago you guys couldnt have found tried to find another driver ? Terrible

Gave 1 star. Needs 0 stars. My pregnant daughters AC died. I brought fans for her. I parked in un marked space. Not reserved etc. When i came out after setting up fans. My car was towed! When my wife and I went to pick up the car the lady was very rude and sarcastic. We were forced to pay $150 . The had towed our car and put it in there lot within 45 min. While we were there their tow trucks were speeding into their lot and dropping off their towed cars then speeding off. This is a great scam they have going. I cant even imagin how much $ they rake in in one night.Rude and unprofessional sharks. My advise is not to have any type of business dealings with this company or their hired hands!

I was googling for a towing company in the area, to assist us with loading a vehicle on the trailer that was inoperable, it was after 8pm and it could not wait until morning. I started calling towing companies down the list, without any success, did not know what to do, vehicle had to be loaded back on the trailer or towed to a safe location for the night. I started to call around and asking if someone could at least come out and tow to their yard to store it over night so that we could come back the next day to pick it up.and then I got lucky and called Milestone Towing spoke to John, I explained him what happened and he offered to help, not only they arrived promptly but they also suggested on what and how this should be done, saved us (money! time!)Highly recommend! My wife broke down yesterday..... Called Milestone late last night they were able to send someone out in less than 40 mins. A true professional Walter took great care of us and followed up after he delivered the car back to dealership. Great service and care! Thanks Walter and Milestone!

Just watched a tow truck from this company blow down the shoulder of the local lanes of 270 with its lights flashing as cars were bumper to bumper in the lanes. The driver cut someone off to get off the ramp and turned off their flashing lights. Two blocks later they cut off another car. I was able to get the company name at the secondsstoplight abd this review is here for that reason. If you want your car towed by someone who drives this recklessly, then this is apparently the company for you.

Waited 3 hrs for them to no show or no call. They use to be a great tow company dont know what happened. Used them for over 10 years without issue. Stay away they suck now.

Gave a one star because you cannot give 0! Horrible company! The owners allow their son who is underage to drive a tow truck and does not have a legal DOT card. A lot of drug use in this company that is tolerated. MY OPINION, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I HAVE REPORTED THEM RECENTLY WITH PICTURES AND WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THEY STRAIGHTEN UP OR SHUT DOWN. Called for a quote, got a lecture on what time of day it was by an idiot. Im sorry I thought your company was open 24 hours, my schedule isnt the same as yours, sorry I couldnt call during the daytime. You should consider removing the Open 24/7 from your website. Like seriously, just call another company, dont even take the chance with this one.

They are swindler，my friend parked his car in a parking lot，anybody can park there，but they towed the car to their parking lot ，10miles，Ｉ picked up my friend got to their parking lot，they dont have any picture for provide that my friend‘s car parked in a wrong parking lot，they stolen $150 from us

WORST customer service ever!!!! I can owe this terrible experience to Tom, who was the dispatcher today. When calling to confirm a tow truck service, make sure you do not ask him any questions! He could not give me any information, and made it clear that he did not have time to explain anything. After he began to actually raise his voice, I had to ask him to please not yell at me-again, wrong thing to say because he said i dont have time for this and hung up. Then my fiance tried calling back to confirm, he asked for his name, he shot a smart comment back and would not answer. After two more attempts, he says that he is not interested in towing our car anymore, and hangs up for the final time.Never again will I recommend them to anyone else!

My car was towed here and when I called the guy was very rude and told me I could pick up my car at a specific time. When we got to the place and called he said someone was coming to open the gate. We sat there for 15 minutes and when I called back he said he didn’t know how long it would take since the driver went to pick up another car. I was very late to work and they were very rude and unprofessional. If I could give less than one star I would.

Called and waited for almost 2 hours. Driver indicated he got the call about 40 minutes prior to arriving. He seemed genuine but still not going to use them again.

Stay away from this company! These folks harass local residents. They have a contract with Montgomery Village which apparently allows them to go in and illegally pick up cars for the slightest infraction.

Worst business I EVER had to deal with. People working for this company are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would give them Negative Stars, if possible. Stay away from this company.

Avoid at all costs. Driver was rude and seemed to be intoxicated. Prices are very high and picking up my vehicle was a pain. One of the worst companies Ive had to deal with.

Called about picking up my car and the guy was extremely rude when I asked a simple question then hung up on me.
