Needed my car towed for a repair. The driver came later that morning and had it on the bed in 5 minutes. Was pretty straight forward!

Severely understaffed. Owner doesnt seem to want to be bothered. The only one person that was genuinely concerned at the same time as focused on taking business was the office staff person. Cant remember his name but he was great. After paying to get my car out, I had to wait a little over an hour to get my car because it was going to take the tow guy that long to come get my car. Yeah......Understaffed!!!!!

The lady clearly doesn’t need this business running answered the phone poorly and rudeeeeee. She was the only nasty one that’s answered the phone out of a couple numbers I called

Driver came out on a Sunday to get my car off the street for the dealership after my plates were stolen. He was fast, communicated timeline and was very friendly- thanks for towing me so the city didn’t!

Picked my car up. Mysteriously, half a tank of gas went missing. In the 12 hours they had the vehicle. Hmmmm...... oh... and in the office there’s a “got a complaint? Take a number” sign with an actual grenade on it.Like... are you serious? Trash... just trash...

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst towing company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The driver (Lindsay) was incredibly rude he appeared disheveled and unclean. He was disrespectful and completely Unprofessional. I do not understand why they are contracted with Montgomery County. I’m curious if all drivers have passed a background check. Do you not consider using them under any circumstances. Furthermore the driver did not even provide us with a change after demanding we pay him in cash Before he would unload our vehicle (or he was taking the vehicle to his lot) from his truck at our dealership.
