I didnt quite know what to expect when visiting the store for the first time, but my heel and ankle pain had gotten so bad, I was willing to try anything. Im a Registered Nurse and at this point in my career, I still enjoy being on my feet. If this didnt work, my next career move was going to be an administrative one where I could sit at a desk. Thats just how bad the pain had become with walking. Then walks up Violette. Her personality alone was enough to convince me I had come to the right place. I was so impressed with her professionalism and patience with explaining the system. Its been almost a week and the relief Ive gotten is nothing short of a miracle. I feel like my old self again!!! By this being our first experience, we really didn’t know what to expect; however we did know that we needed foot pain remedy and quick. Well our representative, Violette, was absolutely wonderful. What great customer service!! I had so many questions and they answered them all and then some. Never felt like I was being rushed or pushed out the door . I took my mom because she is always complaining about not finding shoes that completely support her feet. As soon as she put on the first support you could see the differance in the way she walked, and the look on her face was priceless. She was comfortable and her hip and back pain were not there. More then 3000$!!!!! For 3 small pieces of plastic/rubber!!!! I can’t understand why they are not embarrassed to tell people this ridiculous price. Regular one(looks much more professional) cost 25-30$ online.I was expecting to pay about 10 times more because it is costume made but not 100 times more. By the way I had one insert costume made by my doctor and I only paid 50$!!!

I had gone to 3 podiatrists in the span of 10 years and never have my feet felt this good! I no longer have hip pain after walking and can walk for longer periods of time. I had custom made orthotics at other doctors and nothing made my feet feel as comfortable and well balanced as these from the Good Feet Store. I NOW have GOOD FEET!!!

I work on my feet for a living, and I have been experiencing pain in my feet and lower back for a while. I heard the ads on the radio about The Good Feet Store and I reached a point where the pain was just too much. So I booked an appointment and Violette gave me the run down. After going through the consultation with her I went ahead and made the purchase. It’s been 12 days since and the difference is absolutely amazing. I would simply say that if you are experiencing any kind of pain in your feet or knees lower back etc.. you owe it to yourself to at least get the free consultation. I waited to long before I did. The results of how much better I feel in such a short time is a blessing. It was a truly great experience.

They are very expensive, but I thought the quality of help was also very valuable. Was it worth it? I need more time wearing them. But I can already feel them working and the rest of my body is pain free. So far, I’m loving them!

I felt the one on one attention immediately! So caring and understanding. He suffered from the same problem so he was very empathetic and know what was required. Im still in the early phase of treatment but looking forward to improvement and long term success.

I had an great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I worked with Demetry and he made the process easy. He gave me really good advice and answered all my questions. Im glad I decided to come here sooner rather than later.

I made my choice on Friday and by Monday I was extremely happy with my results I recommend give them a try. The sales person that I worked with was very patient working with me and the pain that I had in my ankle.

Great customer service! Violet explained how the system works and took time to understand what my particular problems are and discussed how the system would help to address them. Im just starting the program, so I dont know what the outcome ultimately will be, but believe the system will help my feet, back and knees. I would recommend getting an assessment done. You may well find, like I did, that their system makes a lot of sense and will help you.

My experience at the Good Feet Store in Rockville, Md was excellent. My sales professional was excellent. He did a very thorough job of explaining the features and benefit of the product. Hello! My name is Caroline. I visited the Good Feet Store in Saturday January 30 with my son, Kanayo. Violette helped me during my visit. I have been going through neuropathy and experiencing balance issues as i walk. I am a nuser so I am on my feet for a long period of time so i really needed some good inserts to help with my feet. I was most impressed and happy this past Friday when I called to get the address for and finally visited the Rockville, Maryland store. A young lady named Karina Brown assisted me and was most informative and knowledgeable about the process and how everything worked or was suppose to work with the orthodics.After several personal testimonies of health issues involving her own feet which I could fully attest to as being those currently of my own, I decided to get a pair of the inserts. I came in later afternoon after a major 5k race. Thelma instantly took the lead in helping me with my needs. I was really happy with the information they provided as well as assisting me with my decision. I been using my arch supports for about 5 days now . I definitely see a change in my posture. The pain around my hips and knees have reduced as well. The arch support does take time for your body to take in and adjust. But its worth it at the end. No more stomping with jogging or walk. Recommended for anyone that wants change ... (a bit pricey) they have care credit with 12 months 0% interest. so ask about it.

Sticker shock once in the store. Went to the Rockville, MD location after hearing the commercial on the radio. I suffer from severe foot pain. I was fitted with two types of orthotics; the cheaper pair for about $150 wasn’t “recommended.” The pair for about $400 was recommended. Right! I was sold on the lifetime warranty and the fact they can be replaced for $20. We shall see. Would have loved to known insurance is not accepted.

Went in to update and purchase another pair of supports and the staff took their time to remeasure my feet and explain all my possible purchase options. Great professional staff and service.

The experience as a whole was excellent. A very knowledgeable staff, really took the time to go over everything. I never felt rushed. There was immediate relief for my foot problems, so I am very excited to see how much better it gets over the next few weeks and months.

Violet, at the Rockville Store, was very patient in explaining the system to me and showing me the shoes and allowing me to try them on. There qas a very long wait and when I was finally serviced, the gentleman didnt measure my feet at other customers were given this service for proper fitting inserts for their shoes. I paid $400.00 + for those inserts and very thin insoles that hurt my feet and have not done anything positive for my feet. Im very disappointed. I even asked the gentleman why didnt he have me put my feet on the paper for proper fitting, he said I didnt need it. If this is the service you give, its not worth the almost 2 hour drive in constant traffic, the 1 hour wait, the rushed service and me spending my $400+ for more pain. I really want a refund because the things havent done anything positive for my feet, ankles, back. Totally disappointed!

The Good Feet Store is selling semi-custom plastic arch supports for $400 a pair and they want to sell you a set of 3 pairs, including an exerciser, a maintainer, and a relaxer. That would be $1200 and they throw in a $40 neoprene cushion insole to put on top of the hard plastic. Of course you can buy just one pair. Despite how they act, you should know that these sales people are not doctors. They will not give you a medical diagnosis and they will not file anything with your insurance or give you any paperwork suitable for submission to your insurance company.The return policy is also somewhat draconian. They will work with you for 30 days to find the right fit but they won’t accept any returns until AFTER 30 days and then there will be a 10% restocking fee. They make you sign that you’ve read this policy when you checkout.For this kind a money I would suggest seeing a real doctor and getting a prescription and letting your insurance pay for your orthotics.

My salesman Craig was so helpful and very explicit in his explanation of the system. But most of all he went above and beyond. I left my running shoes at the store and he brought them to the restaurant where we were having Lunch! Now I call that service .

Very disappointed I was not informed that a credit check would be performed on me in order to finance. My score has now dropped nearly 30 points and I take great care in maintaining a very high credit score.The product itself, I would rate a 5 since it has not yet relieved my foot pain and I don’t think is worth 1300 dollars.

The custom orthotics from my podiatrist were actually damaging my ankle and Achilles. I didn’t know how bad until I tried on a pair of shoes and the orthotics from The Good Feet Store. Instant ankle relief! The price is steep for their system, but when you are in as much pain as I was in for over a month! It was worth it!

Craig Emmett, my salesperson, is excellent! He presented as a competent, easy-going, intelligent and professional in every sense of the word. I felt like I wasn’t just another pair of broken feet. He took time to explain how the supports work and I left feeling confident that I made a wise purchase. Even the “sticker shock” after he told me the price only lasted a few seconds as I mentally compared the physical, psychological and financial cost of knee replacement surgery versus the Good Feet system of orthotic support.I felt so good I had to hug him!! I never hugged a sales person before and I hope I didn’t embarrass him too much!Oh, by the way, after a week of wearing the orthotics I am walking without pain in my knees and legs 80% of the time I spend walking. I went into get a different pair of shoes. I ended with arch supports to help my very flat feet. Robert was very knowledgeable about my feet issues. Did not feel pressured. Using the arch support and do feel tge difference.

My inserts have not helped me at all. I have tried to call the store and have not received an answer . I’m very upset because, after $1300. I’m still in horrible pain. Reading my receipt... I cannot get my money back ... very disappointing..since I bought the inserts when I was in extreme pain. I followed the directions to a tee.

I came to The Good Feet store on a referral from two family members after they heard of my back, leg, and feet issues. They had similar health problems and went to The Good Feet Store on a referral from their friends. After The Good Feet Store team listened to my health issues (it was refreshing to see someone actually listen for once), they took some feet measurements and fully explained what the results indicated. Then they explained what The Good Feet Store solution is, how it would help me, and the process I would follow to see results. They all were well versed in the problems some of us have with back, legs, and feet issues, and The Good Feet Store‘s solution. They even could “feel my pain” that is “empathize”, as they to had similar issues and used The Good Feet Store solution themselves. They said I could call with questions and that it was normal to make adjustments for the best results. I went back to make a couple of minor adjustments as I have very high arches. No Problem! I got what needed to be adjusted; no questions asked, no additional cost. That is what is so great about the product and service. They actually can make adjustments and the service is always spot-on! I have worn custom made orthotics for nearly 40 years. The three product approach (strengtheners, maintainers, and realaxers) are right for me. They are an easy way to deal with my life long back, leg, and feet issues. I have and will continue to recommend The Good Feet Store to anyone with similar issues.

I’m only four days into the use of these new orthotics, but have noticed one significant plus. My balance is better, probably because of the proper alignment produced by these devices. Over the years, as my arches fell further and further towards total pes planus, my balance got worse. I took up Tai Chi to improve my balance, which it did. Today I returned to my Tai Chi class for my first practice since beginning the Good Feet Program. My balance was, hands down, the best it has ever been. I hope this continues, and will report back. For now at least, I’m seeing very positive results.

I tried the supports at a health fair and immediately felt more balanced....and I wearing a pair of Ahnu’s that give great support! I didn’t know what I was missing. Walking is a lot more pleasurable and makes me feel that previously I had always been “walking uphill” but now I have a more stable base to stand on. I can only guess that it was a subtle pronation that was causing the difficulties and I was just unaware of the problem until I tried the inserts. It’s incredible how much better I feel and I am a little angry when I think about this. Why did I only came upon these by chance? I now wear them in whatever shoe I am wearing,

These folks first fit me two years ago. They have over 2000 custom orthotics and a machine that lets them know which will be the best fit. They spend as much time as needed to help you be free of pain. Ive had podiatrist make molds of my feet and create an orthotic; these work better than any of them

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!I heard about the good feet store on the radio. Despite of reading the reviews, I decided to visit them. They gave me a consultation, and I showed him where the pain in my foot was (the ball of the foot or the sesamoid bone). He then went to the back of the store and got a pair of insoles. He told me that they cost $250, with lifetime warranty. That shocked me. Determined to elliminatte the pain, I bought them. After wearing them for about 2 weeks, I did not feel a difference. I then called him, and said that the insoles are not making a difference. He then told me that I lied to him, and that I said that my pain was in my heel. He then offered me an 80% refund. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID; READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!!!

I purchased my original Good Feet orthotics over 20 years ago and have been pain free ever since. I drove 50 minutes to this location to get a spare set. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. For $20 they replaced my original pair and I happily bought 2 more sets. After Christmas, Im bringing my daughter in to get her first set. How much is 20 years of pain-free living worth? The secret to Good Feet is simple... your orthotics should support the arches you had before they were tired, sagging and painful. Don’t get orthotics made to fit your sagging arches, get Good Feet orthotics and walk the way you were meant to. Your feet, knees and back will thank you.

I have worn the Good Feet orthotics for only 24 hours and am frankly amazed at the improvement I have experienced in such a short time. The pain is gone!

In short: not worth the $300.Recommendation: if you have any kind of decent medical insurance, go to a certified pedorthist, get your feet scanned properly (they know better how to do this than you could at home), and get a custom pair of orthotics tailored for your feet.Experience with the product: the product is not terrible, but it overpriced and not customizable-enough to account for variability in foot structure from person to person. For instance, their 11.5 size seemed too large for me in the beginning, and size 11 seemed just a bit too small.Bad business practice: I wanted to get a tougher pair after 2 years of wearing those, and I refused to pay $20 to exchange these and try out the new size, on principle. I paid $300 originally for the deal with **lifetime** free changes/upgrades. I would not make the deal without this free change/upgrade option. When I came in, I was told that they were under new management. The new management didnt get wind, apparently, that, having purchased the business, they need to honor the obligations of the original enterprise and uphold earlier contracts. I dont care whether its $5, $20, or $100, Im not paying a nickel to those scoundrels.

Prior to coming in, I already had inserts that fixed my arch problems. When I came to the Goodfeet store, I clearly articulated to the sales person that my feet were supinating (rolling out) causing my heels to wear unevenly. I asked for inserts that would keep my feet even. The sales person spoke quickly and professionally, finding the panacea for my problem. She then notified me that my bill for the 3 inserts I needed would be approximately $900! I almost feel out of my seat! I settled for one set that I could transfer from shoe to shoe... because she knew what my issue was and I was assured it would be fixed. It has been almost six months and the new inserts I have do nothing more than the old inserts.I feel that GF simply tried to upsell me and replace what I already had. The sales person made sure I knew that the inserts were non-refundable (they were replaceable within the first 30 days). But, why would I return them if they did what I asked.In my opinion, they offer a nice insert, but, in my case, they simply stuck me in another insert which did not remedy my problem. If I had to do it again, I would not waste the time or the money.

The only thing that I want to happen is that I bring the package back and a refund to Care Credit happens.
