Concur with previous 5***** rating! Kris is both a highly qualified professional and a very personable individual! I was referred by the VAMC-DC for orthotics. Seems anything with the VA is a slow process, but I was impressed that Kris and receptionist Rose worked as quickly as the system allowed. My first appointment was for consultation and making a mold. I was impressed with Kris thoroughness, and particularly appreciated several tips that have helped me with related issues. I picked up the finished orthotics a few days ago -- Kris trimmed to fit, and told me to return for any problems! She is able to tweak as needed. So far good! Thanks!! Highly recommended!!

If you are like me, you know it is hard to find someone who as the technical knowledge required, who cares about their customers and who has a great personality. I have been experiencing ankle/foot pain with stability problems for the last 10+ years. After wearing braces and orthotic shoe inserts the Veteran Affairs Hospital referred me to Ability Prosthetics & Orthotics in Rockville, Maryland. Being a patient of Kris and her team has been a blessing.Thank God for Kris being an engineer by trade. The brace she designed has truly made a difference. I highly recommend Kris and the team. Great technical knowledge and the best customer service I have received since the beginning of my foot pain.
