They don’t do what they said, one of the terrible company I ever experienced. The customer service is terrible I spoke with the general manager in regards the issues looks like she doesn’t have any clue and experience at all she doesn’t even know what she is talking about I had my roof done by them at first of all the company took 5 months completed the roof even they didn’t do good job on that the company cause me more damage to the property

This company is very impressive both in attention to detail and quality of work. We had a leak that caused water damage to the ceiling and floor in our family room, and their quick response and excellent workmanship allowed for a quick cleanup and professional repair. The employees were courteous and communicated what they were doing when on site. Purofirst makes a big effort to assure quality control, which allows customer feedback at points throughout the project. Highly recommend.

We had a leak in our roof that we didnt find until the water had soaked the an area of the plaster ceiling and caused the paint to discolor and fall off. After I had the roof fixed, I called a painter who told me the plaster needed to be completely dry before we repaint to eliminate the possibility of mold. I found Purofirst in the Best Pick Reports and called. They were out the next day! They tested the degree of moisture and recommended a method for drying everything out over the weekend. It worked! They came by this morning to do a last check before removing their equipment. I could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable team. They knew exactly what to do and then did it fast and to the letter. Great job. Highly recommend this company if you have any water damage in your home.

I had a great experience with Purofirst! They responded quickly and worked hard and fast to get the areas in my home that were damaged, dried out. The team members were friendly and provided very good customer service! I would use them again and highly recommend!

Purofirst and myself started out with issues due to a misunderstanding. Once everyone was on the same page everything went fine. They did everything they could to satisfy me. I would recommend this company to anyone. Everyone was very professional.

We used them to do some work from an insurance claim, theyre subs were just ok, had to have them back to fix some spotty work. Stay away from theyre recommended carpet guy, he is a crook at best. He showed us carpet that was suppose to be the same quality we had. After a year it looks like its 10 yr old carpet!

Jose Reyes and a Purofirst were absolutely a blessing after of the water damage in our home. They came out late on a Sunday evening and provide immediate service and calmed our fears. They did great work for almost 2 weeks straight drying out our home. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone and anyone that needs water mitigation services!

Purofirst put a new roof on my home, repaired an entire ceiling that had collapsed, fixed a wall due to water damage, put in new base boards, and new carpet. This company did an extraordinary job. They were very professional. I would recommend this company to every one.

When I called the company they told me warranty is only one year and I need to pay to have repairs done. It’s only been 3 years and my WHOLE FLOOR needs to be redone because of the lazy job they did. A licensed inspector told me next time to hire a professional.

I am a General Manager for a large condo community in Woodbridge, VA. Over the summer we had a roof leak in our fitness room and our first call was to Purofirst. They did this job from start to finish with out any delays. Everyone was very professional and experience. It was a pleasure to work with the project manager, Frank Jenkins.

Purofirst is not the best fire/water restoration company in the area. This company has many issues. THE MANAGER REBECCA IS UNPROFESSIONAL. PUROFIRST CHARGES COSTUMERS TOO MUCH and bill the Insurance company with extra work the company didnt perform. The manager underpaid employees, lack of good working equipments. Purofirst treats employees unfair by making you work extra hours. I was a formerly employee of Purofirst and I quit the company because I addressed these issues to the manager and they didnt care. Purofirst is a greedy company, the more you work, the less they care about their employees. I recommend that you first review this company before you call them. TRUST ME, YOULL BE BETTER CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY.
