Outrageously rude! I called to ask whether Id reached Willys Auto repair as the landline number was out of service. The man just hung up. I called back to see whether they could colour-match a Mercedes paint and provide an estimate for repairs. He said he was too busy a hung up on me again. Zero telephone etiquette = zero custom from me.

Just to clarify mr simon i am wilys auto body in beltsville MD. i do not have land line phone and i am the only one who answer the phone calls looks like Mr willy in Rockville is blaming my company for it. if you please post the phone number here so we will find out who is giving poor quality to customers and that is sad receive negative review because you ( the customers) are priority number one
