Great price great customer service

I had to get my serpentine belt fixed on my 2011 Honda Fit. Im new to the area and stumbled across Hectors auto service, and boy, am I glad I did! Hector was able to fix that belt in just a couple hours and the price was much better than I could find anywhere else! 10/10 would recommend for quick, quality, affordable service.

Hector and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and go to great lengths making sure that every detail of the job is done right. The car doesnt leave the shop until the repair is totally complete and right! Quality service and fast

(the end is the best part...) Hector is the most cheap, money crazed, not just mechanic, but person I know. His priorities are not to fix your car and make sure it stays fixed. But rather to find the cheapest way to fix it, get it done and get as much money for it as he can. I went in because my engine light was on. He told me the part was a $40 dollar part and that it would be a short wait. I ended up waiting over 5 hours, and then he charged me $224.72! He claimed that he didnt realize the part was more expensive (92 instead of 40) and the rest was all labor costs. In reality what had happened was that the whole time he was fixing my car he was actually working on other peoples cars to waste time. When I called him out on it, he fixed it in 5 minutes (it was only changing a small sensor). $120 for labor was really just for about 10 minutes of work. He is THE WORST person you could go to for service. Avoid him at all costs.Hes sooo dishonest actually, that he wrote a review on his own shop, if you scroll down, the person named Hector is him. Which violates the terms of service that google has. Which states that a person affiliated with the company that is being reviewed, cannot write a review for their own company. Not while they are employed by them
