BMW of Rockville’s service department has been fantastic to deal with. My service agent Jared was on top of my situation and went over and above to not only keep my costs down, but also get my car to me as quickly as possible. In the past with other dealerships I’d say my experiences were not good, however BMW of Rockville took amazing care of me. Definitely 5 star service without question!!!

My experience at the BMW of Rockville was positively phenomenal! The customer service was wonderful, I was both greeted and treated like a valuable customer. Despite the fact that they were dealing with other costumers at the time, my appointment went very quickly! I was able to get my car repairs down fast and with a low cost. I will definitely reccomend this location to others as the experience was fantastic. I also had a complementary car wash done so overall my car came out looking brand new!

Let’s be honest: BMW Service Departments don’t have the best reputations. But, BMW of Rockville’s Service Department bucks that trend. It’s just awesome. Go see Ali Souley if you can. He is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I live in Virginia and have been using the BMW service centers near me but this center in Rockville is amazingly clean, on time, and the people are extremely friendly. Bens at BMW of Rockville was an excellent customer service specialist. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The kindness shown by the entire BMW staff made us consider only BMW products and eliminate any competitors. We test drove three cars and were pleasantly sold on the X2 M35i. Its an incredibly sleek, smooth, comfortable, and powerful car. We were very impressed by the whole experience and will definitely go back.
BMW service in Rockville Maryland did outstanding service for me! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My car wasn’t serviced to my liking (stopped on the road) but they went out of their way to tow the car back and check it a out a few times. Even the manager drove it home ( with our permission of course) to satisfy our doubts about the car! I really enjoyed working with them!
Floyd was great! He took the time to work with me and show me all the options with my X2. He was helpful in tracking down the car I wanted and there was never any pressure on me to make a decision. I also appreciated the limited back and forth when we negotiated the lease price. All in all one the most pleasant car buying/leasing experience.

My intake at the service department of BMW Rockville was warm and courteous. Within minutes I was in a new loaner car and on my way. The return for pickup was not as smooth. My car was not ready as promised and communication regarding the reason for the delay was sporadic and incomplete as time wore on.
Chelsea was extremely helpful and efficient. She kept me up to date via text as to what was happening with the diagnosis and repair of my car! Loan Department for the loaner was smooth!

I know that it is difficult to get a car order, and that there is a lack of semiconductors, but there should NEVER be a lack of RESPECT!!!!!!! The order was rushed in without my verbal acknowledgment, and the sales person blamed the process, saying that was already “locked in”. I was so angry at their dismissive attitude and complete disregard for the customer. Not only that, but while I was in the ER at Shady Grove Hospital, the manager threatened action with the authorities if a certified check was not received. I even texted pictures of my iv in place!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
First time using the new facility for service since it opened! I was not only impressed by the building, but the staff too. everyone is very friendly and helpful in the process of maintaining your car. Jarred was my advisor and he went beyond the normal protocol to get a discrepancy worked out with BMW corporate for my tire. I very much appreciated the effort and it made the experience pretty seamless.

I contacted this dealer about trading in my 2011 BMW for a new car and they said it was worthless, they would give me $300 to take it off my hands. So I called around to other BMW dealers in the area. All were nicer but the best was BMW of Sterling. I worked with Melissa and they gave me $2,500 for my old BMW, and got me a great deal on a new x3. Even though I live about a mile from this BMW dealership, I’ll be going to BMW of Sterling for all my maintenance needs.

I have gone back here because Marshall in sales is fantastic. However, if you need service go somewhere else!! Over the past few years they have gotten significantly worse, more expensive and insanely slower. They keep your car for days when they say they have something simple to work on (they have had my car for two full days for a software update and oil change), you now have to beg to get a loaner and they’ve also skimped on cleaning the cars which used to happen ANY time you visited. I’m ready to find a new place for service.

My check engine light just decides to come on while in a day full of errands. I didnt have an appointment and Jeff Doss checked me in and me to give the technicians some time. I found out awhile ago that these PCM readers dont really apply to throughout diagnostics on BMW. Seems the its more technical than that, well two hours later, I told its problem and whats the fix. Absolutely, satisfied with the service I received.

Re: Dacotah Skye in Sales-- This was my first time buying a BMW and living in Dupont Circle there are quite a few dealerships in the DMV area, but Im so glad I decided to go to Rockville. I first called the dealership in early June to schedule a sales appointment to look at X6s. I was immediately connected with Dacotah who set me up with an appointment a few days out where I met him and ordered a custom X6 which was delivered just yesterday. I highly recommend working with Dacotah if youre interested in a BMW -- not only was he able to answer all of my questions (having not owned a car in nearly five years), he was attentive, easy-going, non-salesy, did not make me feel judged for wanting what I wanted, was around my age and very relatable, and overall it truly felt like I was buying a car from a friend. He also helped to ensure the experience was as seamless as possible (as much as car buying can be) and was available around the clock via text, phone, and email to provide me with updates. Wheel repair took 2 days, a 20 minute work took 48 hours to complete. Car was filthy, no car wash was performed, mats were filthy! Looks like they forgot to put paper cover on mat! Overall BMW of Rockville deserve 1 star, not 2! Ride was in Hyundai Elantra, can not believe how low their standard has fallen. From 750 Elantra!

Driving here to have a car wash. The agent at the right corner of the service area is extremely indifferent and do not reply to me at all when talking to her. Another nearby staff helps me out quickly when that agent rolled her eye to me and keep behaving inpatient. Poorest experience at a BMW dealer ever.

To begin with Chelsea Django is exceptional to work with and made my process as seamless as possible. I had a flat tire and had to get towed to BMW of Rockville and as soon as I drove in the team welcomed me and helped me right away. Chelsea made me feel comfortable and explained berthing in detail. The video about what they found on my was great I got to see what the mechanic was talking about not just somebody telling me something and I have no idea what or where the car part is or located. The BMW team of Rockville overall is superb. I’ll take my car there for now on for maintenance
Kristina was fabulous. She helped diagnose a problem that a different mechanic said was nothing and “fixed”. She was communicative, thorough, flexible, and got it all covered under warranty! Will definitely come again to her if I need service on my car.

Customer service after March 2021 purchase of my X5 has been awful. Ive been waiting 5 months for my plates/registration. Going on my third set of temporary tags and Rockville BMW still cant get it taken care of. Was unable to drive car for day due to expired temp tag. Numerous promises to get it resolved and still one issue after another. Last week It took 8 days to get a phone call returned for an update after 3 phone messages and an email. Wanting to escalate issue to management, I was referred to the sales manager. Left voice mail asking for call back, nothing. The entire process has been extremely frustrating. Lesson learned, never again Rockville BMW.
While do routine maintenance on air filter, now there’s a loud noise coming from the filter. So I have to take the car back to get it fixed but can’t get anyone on the phone to help me with my concerns

He always ensures that my car is taken care of and always puts me in a loaner. He discusses all my options with me and helps me prioritize what’s most important to work on with any repairs needed. Today, I received a video detailing all the work that was done with my car when I took it in for an oil change which was a special touch. BMW of Rockville is fantastic! Remarkably, they were able to get me right in for an emergency repair, which took only a couple of hours to complete. The building is completely modern and immaculate, which I especially appreciated during Corona. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and polite. I felt confident that my car would be in good hands. The repair was a bit pricey, but the level of service, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, a spacious lounge with coffee and a complementary car wash actually made it an enjoyable experience! I absolutely love my car and will bring him here again, for sure. They took such excellent care. I even notice the drive is way smoother now, too, and that wasn’t even related to the repair. Awesome dealership, stellar experience. I definitely recommend them!

Great New facility. However, the staff is not 100%Saturday is a no go. Limited staff on the service department. First I’ve called for oil change and told me no appointment needed and when I get there appointment only. Also I called during the week to change the windshield and they said they will call back with pricing and availability. I’m still waiting for a call back. Not sure if it is the pandemic that took the excellent service away.
Who likes buying and trading cars? Not me! The routine of buying is often tedious, with the buyer leaving feeling less than satisfied. I had a totally different experience with BMW of Rockville. I found a car online that I was interested in, and they actually had the car they advertised. (Some dealers don’t “update” their inventory regularly...) I was contacted almost immediately and made an appointment to look at two different models. After my 44 mile trip I was greeted by a courteous and very knowledgeable salesman, Emmitt, who had everything ready. All through the process he was professional and very knowledgeable about car features. We didn’t come to an agreement that first day, but through additional phone calls we agreed to a deal that was fair and honest. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was genuine and respectful of our time. I could not recommend a better dealership (or salesman) than what I found at BMW of Rockville.

I’ve been going to BMW of Rockville for 20 plus years, one of the many reasons why I have bought my BMW’s here is because they always had a loaner for me, my time is important to me as it is for everyone. Today I went to service my new BMW at the new location. For the first time I do not have anything good to say. I arrived for my appointment at 10am, a simple oil change, and No loaner available for me. It seems as if they have thinned down their fleet of loaners and now make clients wait all day as I did, my car was ready at 2:20pm. Or they will give you a ride to your home, I live in Frederick so that wasn’t feasible. When I first arrived there I had to pull in to the garage and all of the advisers were sitting at the counters lined up and clients had to stand ( no chairs). This service is like the service that Honda gives. Not knocking Honda, I own a Honda, but BMW is a step above Honda and should treat their costumers as such.I felt very disappointed that BMW of Rockville has stepped down on their service to their loyal customers. When I bought all of my BMW’s that was one of the perks, was that you were promised a loaner if the car was going to be more then an hour. BMW of Rockville know how many people are coming in, because now you need to make an appointment, so they should have a car available if not they should at least advise you in advance that they are out of loaners.The only good thing that happened today is that Joy, my advisor who has been taking care of me for years, put me in as a VIP waiting so that it wouldn’t take too long and she gave me a snack bar. Joy is great, she always looks out for her clients.
The first time i dealt with this franchise was about 14 years ago and back then, it was not user friendly. I never looked forward to going back...but today? Really excellent. No high-pressure up-selling in service, they delivered the car in 45 minutes and the staff was terrific. Under new management. Good job.
I called in the morning about a vehicle on the website and purchased it by that evening.They stayed way past closing time that day to get the deal done.Amazing service and I got an amazing vehicle delivered to me halfway across the country from them.They even arranged for a shipping company to call me the next day and I got my vehicle a couple days later.

Everyone is so nice there! It was so simple to drop off and pickup my car. They give you immediate updates of whats happening and they contacted me as soon as my car was ready. This was an absolutely hassle free visit.
The sales representative demonstrated lack of professionalism in dealing with client. Lack of in-depth knowledge of the product being sold. Unprofessional manners. Low standard of service mindedness.The finance manager was very tricky, hid the total loan value or did not expose incurring costs and made me sign the papers. Did not apply my down payment towards the loan and used it to sell the product that would benefit him. As a result I had a higher loan value and higher monthly payment. I was totally shocked to know after the fact I signed the papers.Tow days later when I confronted the matter and asked to revise the contract to reflect my down payment or refund my cash, he did not offer any help and was very reluctant to address my concerns but rather chose to hide behind BMW of Rockvilles accounting department policy. I am yet to receive my refund, or yet to see my down payment reflected in reducing my monthly paymentThe Mercedes Benz which I purchased was not serviced before selling it as a used car to me.On the whole, I felt BMW of Rockville dealership does not engage in honest business practices.
We own an Audi and Cadillac as well as our BMW and have to say the team at Rockville BMW is by far the best service provider. Their process of scheduling, intake and release is thorough and well administered. Additionally every person we dealt with was friendly and professional. Nice experience.

I never been to business place that was so professional. Starting with my salesperson Emitt who went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. They don’t harass or force you to make a large purchase. The Sales Manager Mr. Kim was outstanding. He told me trust him and I will be going home with my new BMW 540i.He kept his word and I’m proud to say I have my dream car and can’t wait to go get the 8series with bat wing doors.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 isnt the fault of BMW of Rockville...its that it took over 5 months to get my car. Otherwise, the dealership is great. Ive only dealt with three people, but each treated me extremely professionally. Having been in a family that once owned a dealership I know how tough the business can be and I imagine the past year has really been stressful, and yet you wouldnt know it by speaking to the employees. They are as excited about their new building and products as ever.
