Today was a good day. 5 stars for Charles Ellis. Audi Rockville is definitely the best dealership. First of all there is diversity. Don’t go to Frederick unless you’re white! Lol: 3 times I’ve been stereotyped by them but let’s celebrate Charles because without him I would have been gone to BMW. I was able to trade my old Audi Q5 to a new one. My brother is happy end of the story.
Wasted my time. Got approved by Audi (credit application) before I came down from Baltimore. The sales rep assured me everything was good. Got down there and the price was $3000 more. He baited me down there so I left and walked down to BMW Rockville and found a much nicer car to my surprise. Drove it home and cant be more satisfied with the car and price. He inadvertently did me a huge favor. BMW is more well work with you. Audi felt more like give us your money and leave. Completely turned off by Audi forever.
Purchased a 2021 Audi A6, this was our second purchase from this dealership and they are 90min from me. I shopped around a good bit and found the best deal here. They have fair prices, excellent customer service, friendly staff, and no pressure.

Hoping the SQ5 lives up to its hype -- so far very pleased as I constantly learn of new features.Equally impressed as the sales manager Larry came to greet me when he recognized my truck upon pulling into the dealership.
Great buying experience. Ive bought 2 cars here. A CPO A3 in 2017 and a brand new A4 Allroad in August 2020. My sales associate was Tristan. The prices are great. Trade offers are in line with what websites like NADA suggest.The parts department is awesome especially Larry. Prices are very reasonable for a dealership.My only real complaint is the buying process can take awhile. Especially if you dont have cell phone service in the building. Fortunately the waiting area is nice and has a great coffee machine.
I recently purchased a vehicle here. Joseph Nowlin was great, I highly recommend asking for him. He wasn’t pushy like the other sales people. Made me feel comfortable and practices what he preaches. I got my car for a great/fair deal and was able to trade my car in fir a decent amount. My car had a crack on the interior that I didn’t notice at the dealership and no one said anything about but other than that I love the new car so far! I got all the warranty’s so everything should be fixed fairly easily. They do a good job of giving you the “luxury feel.” They were also fairly quick! It was a referral from a friend to see Jordan (sale manager) and Nick (salesperson) these two been really great and very honest. Nick gave us plenty of space. My wife bought a vehicle the same day. Took a little longer then expected registering the license plate for the vehicle. But that’s out of Nick hands and things happen no one is 100% perfect.

I absolutely LOVE the staff at Audi Rockville in MD!!! When I say they go above and beyond to accommodate the customer I mean that! In the past 2 years I’ve never had any complaints with the services. Kudos to Erin, a customer service rep, who suggested that I visit a local area (Pike and Rose) instead of waiting in the lounge. Great suggestion. They dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. All service reps were courteous and attentive. This was my first experience with Audi Rockville being that I am new to Maryland. I was very pleased.

The 60,000 mile service on a Q7 is expensive- there is no way around that. But as usual, Joe and the Audi Rockville team are always transparent and clear about what is being done. There was an additional issue they uncovered which he explained in detail and gave me the option to handle now or later. I did it but they also found something that didn’t need to be done so that offset the cost a bit. I would recommend this Audi service location to anyone with an Audi and I’ll always bring my car here.
Joe and the Audi team of technicians did a fantastic job quickly replacing my flat tire. I was on an extremely tight timeline and not only did Joe get me back on the road by the time promised- he even made sure my car was cleaned. My experience at Audi Rockville was excellent. I saw three cars we were interested in on the website. I called the sales person, to come down and drive all three. When we got there, he had all three lined up for us to test drive. We ended up buying one and just love it. The general manager stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. Yesterday, I purchased my Audi A5 Sportsback from Audi of Rockville after submitting my inquiry through Costco. Audi of Rockville then sent me a link of all their promotions and new inventory. Upon review of their inventory I seen an 2021 Audi A5 that sparked my interest. Shortly after, I was contacted by a salesman, Mr. Jean Marc who was attentive on locating the A5 that I had just seen online. I scheduled a meeting with him later on in the day for a test drive. Once arriving to my appointment I was immediately greeted by Mr. Jean. After providing Mr. Jean with a copy of my drivers license and proof of insurance, I was given the keys to test drive the Audi A5. Let’s just say I fell in love with this car because now it’s all mine!Mr. Jean Marc and the rest of the staff were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I would recommend for anyone interested in purchasing an Audi to purchase from the Audi in Rockville. The Audi in Rockville is a bigger dealership than the other Audi dealerships that I’ve been to in Maryland, and they have more of a selection of Audi’s to pick from.
Everyone here is amazing. My first time visiting this dealership, and I honestly cannot find one negative thing to say about my experience. From the time I walked in the manager acknowledged me by greeting me. I met with Kenneth who was beyond awesome at answering all my questions and assisting me with the whole car buying process. I did an online inquiry after seeing an online deal. Was promptly contacted the next morning. Went in the same day and got the car I wanted! Great customer service. I felt welcome and respected as a woman of color which isnt always the experience at dealerships. ie. Bethesda Audi. The staff was patient and willing to answer any and all questions.
Antonio was great, in fact all the staff was very friendly. I would have given 5 stars if my vehicle was actually cleaned when I got it. They gave me a car that was fairly cleaned (I think I could have done a better job) and they did not top off the tank (gave me a 1/4 tank).

I have been leasing an SUV from Rockville Audi for the last 8 years. Every time I go back to lease a new Audi, the service I receive has been exceptional. I will go back again.
Bryan was great and they saw my car the same day. One issue is the dealership doesnt give you a copy of the multi-point inspection like other dealerships do (Silver Spring, Hunt Valley, Annapolis, etc). Secondly, the waiting area as lacks.
My experience at Rockville Audi was so great. My salesman, JM Perez Cohen was the best. He was so knowledgeable and with his up beat personality, he made my buying experience so easy. Everyone else I came in contact with was pleasant as well.

Outstanding services! I really appreciate J.Jennings, service manager delivered the car to my house. It really helped me a lot because I have to take care of my 94 year aunt in the house. It all went well except there is a little misunderstanding at the beginning but it took me by surprise when he offered me for the delivery of my car.

A spark plug in my Audi Q5 broke, fell into the cylinder, and destroyed the engine even though I just had my Audi dealer change the plugs 17,000 miles earlier. The dealer used a spark plug manufactured by Audi/ Volkswagen. Unfortunately, Audi’s warranty on parts only covers their spark plugs for 1 year/12,000 miles, even though Audi recommends changing the plugs every 30,000 miles. According to Audi, the cost of replacing the engine (a $15,000 expense) was my responsibility.Let my pain be your lesson. Take your Audi to an independent repair shop that uses quality Bosch parts, not your local Audi/Volkswagen dealer service shop. Bosch parts are explicitly covered for the recommended spark plug change interval. Avoid the Volkswagen/Audi donut hole that I fell into.
My daughter wanted to buy a used Toyota but needed our total loss letter for her previous car to come through before we could get the new car. They gave her 3 days to get the total loss letter. It tookthe insurance a longer time to get back to my daughter so we went with another dealership.We found out that Audio Rockville dealership checked our credit 17 times in one day.check

Audi Rockville provided a great buying experience. Everything about buying the new car, including the process to trade in my old car, was simple, transparent and straightforward. Jean-Marc PerezCohen was my sales rep and he was very professional, and equally importantly, listened to what I wanted to do and helped me get there without any hassle. Great experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off in the new vehicle.
Routine service projected to take 3.5 hrs took 5.5 hrs yet delivered with a $177 discount for the trouble. Work seems well done yet PRICING is out of control. Spending $1400 to provide 45k mile service on a car with 41k miles where labor is more than half the cost (not translated into inflated staff wages but rather profit) just seems irresponsible on my part and reckless on behalf of Audi. A MYSTERIOUS charge of some $70+ at the very end was explained as a mandatory state charge for materials used. The employee had to go ask the manager what is was and proceeded to tell me “I don’t like it either”. This added to my distrust of the dealer and brand . So going forward I will look carefully for a far more economical alternative for service.
Car maintenance + addons done in a timely manner. Things properly explained to me too! Bryan, the guy who assisted me, is very professional and attentive.2 days after scheduled maintenance (on a 2017 a4) my fuel pump hose gives out. Perhaps it was an oversight in their part, who knows. Anyways, a hectic night, restless sleep, 2 tow trucks later, my car is in the shop the following morning.Everything gets taken care of just in time for me to drive to PA to attend a graduation. Currently only waiting to hear back on towing reimbursement. Otherwise, amazing customer service.Update: I did in fact get the towing reimbursement. So everything was 100% taken care of.

We went to look at entry level premium compact crossovers like the BMW X1, and Audi Q3. At Audi Rockville, we found this A3 instead which fell below the budget and had all of the options at an excellent deal. Our salesperson, Antonio Di Franco, and the manager, Marcus Oh, did a great job - making the process convenient and comfortable. The selection was extensive, the pricing was accommodating, and the service was pleasant. The reviews hold up. We will be back.

My service tech greeted me and directed me to the waiting area. He asked me if I needed anything, and told me to reach out to him if I needed anything. My car was washed, and the inside was vacuumed which was a pleasant surprise. I was told my service would take @ 3 hrs. and it was done in less than 3 hrs. Everything was great!

I had been negligent in replacing a lost key out of frustration. Just prior to a long trip I broke down to get the replacement. Larry in parts had it within 36 hours and the service team knocked out the programming in an hour. So, now I am traveling more comfortably with two keys. They made up for my dithering. Oh, yes the car was returned spotless too.

Having been a longtime family who has utilized Rockville Audi frequently for all of our car purchase and service needs, we needed a good contact to facilitate that role for us.Katie Cole- service advisor/inside sales- has definitely been that person. She keeps us up to date on cars that spark our interest and round out our needs on a revolving basis. Most recently, as we purchased a unicorn of a car to have fun with on the weekends, there were some little issues that needed addressing at and post delivery. Katie made sure that we were taken care of in a professional, swift, and efficient fashion. She made sure that a couple of scratches/rock chips were handled no questions, and even topped of the tank for us (something that was missed at delivery- a rushed transaction on a Friday evening).My family and I see Katie as a valuable person that keeps us returning to Rockville Audi - she expedites things that we didnt even think of or forgot. Contacted the dealership online in order to find out their up to date inventory of Audi Q3s. Received a reply from Tae Yeon with some additional questions but no inventory information. Responded back and never heard back again. Now I just receive spam emails nonstop. Ended up with a different vehicle just down the road because this dealership failed to provide a reply during my shopping process.
The rental provided was filled with dog hairs, and was not cleaned following last use. Had the windows down the way home and back, the COVID mask helped with the smell.Upon pick up the car, many spots still showing, the car wash was not performed and/or was not done to remove the spots. Mentioned to manager, who took pictures, and offered detail wash in future, vs a refund. They offered to redo the wash, but that would take from 30 to 40 mins, which I did not have to wait.

Buy your vehicle here! I like buying a new car like going to the dentist to get a root canal. Al changed my mind and was amazing! He accommodated my young family and helped us with a very speedy process after we found a unique car that our family was hunting 😉. Staff gave us coloring pages and crayons and ice cream bars to keep my children happy as I unfortunately had to bring them along for the process (sorry to all in the building). I discussed initially that I had young children with me, wanted to test drive, and avoid any unnecessary fees in the briefest visit possible. There is a $500 dealership which is fine with me and they were up front with it before we came in. Finance person was fabulous as well. I’m so sorry I forgot her name. They were amazing to work with. Please ask for Al. He is a gem.

The service was wonderful BUT the issue with my car has not been fixed. I clearly explained the problem and was told it was fixed only to have it happen again. The clock is resetting if i do not drive the car for a day.
While traveling we experienced a tire issue. Audi Rockville was able to fit us in their schedule and solve our issue. Very happy with the service they provided.
RUN FAR, FAR AWAY.If there was a way to give a negative stars, I would. My 2015 A3 is still under CPO warranty and I have not been able to keep it on the road for more than 4000 miles at a time.In my two years of ownership, this car has never driven correctly and was sold to me with a faulty wheel bearing and the 35,000 mile service not performed. I was only made aware of that after the first wheel bearing failed within the first 2 weeks.In the time following, they have now replaced a total of 5 wheel bearings, 3 tires, a rear drive shaft, and all the corresponding bushings/fasteners- a total of over $7000 in parts/labor. Despite this, the car still doesnt drive as intended as is actively destroying my tires due to fundamental chassis/suspension issues that the service manager appears to be unable to resolve.Speaking of the service manager (Max Aaron), the last time I left my car with them, they failed to return numerous phone calls, or notify me that the work was complete despite several attempts to reach them. When I arrived in person, I discovered that the entire management team had decided to attended a Porsche brand event instead of leaving adequate coverage in place- leading to a 45 minute hunt for my car. Once finally located, it was obvious that it had been left outside for some time due to the pine dust and paint damage to the rear of the sun roof. Despite my anger and misgivings, I was assured that the problem had been fixed.Clearly that was an empty promise, as less than 2000 miles later, I now need to replace yet another tire and possibly the rim as well.I have reached out to the GM (Larry) on two occasions for a resolution. I doubt he will be responsive, but if they manage to retain my business I will update this review accordingly- that said, Im certainly not holding my breath.
Neil was very accommodating, when I was facing difficulties due to a credit alert which locked my identity. Neil and Antonio even stayed after hours to ensure I got everything processed. They went above and beyond, it didn’t go unnoticed.

Chris is the man. Honest, transparent, and attentive. Before landing at Rockville Audi, I was screwed by a previous dealership trying to sell a Q5 which had previously been in a huge wreck and I was provided an inaccurate CarFax report (that showed no accidents) in attempt to close the deal. Fortunately, I was able to get out of that. But, I was still very hesitant about purchasing a vehicle as a single woman in fear of being taken advantage of. I did my research and double checked all the information provided to me by Chris and his team. Chris ended up getting me better deal than anticipated and I love my new Q5. I am sending all of my friends and colleagues to Chris and Audi Rockville!

Angie was absolutely amazing! She took her time explaining all the functions of my new Q7 prior to test driving it and allowed me to test all the different drive settings. She listened to what I wanted and had a few options waiting for me when I arrived. She was very chill and informative and not pushy at all. She even came in on her day off to assist me.
