7 months in 16 lbs down, but more importantly I am stronger than I have been in over a decade and I feel great about how far I have come so far. I deal with digestive issues, so knew going in, that my journey would be a bit slower than most, but I am ok with that ... as I continue to heal.The biggest lightbulb moment for me was the undeniable “energy output” I experienced in my first class here. It made immediately question the $$$ I was spending on my membership at LifeTime. I canceled my membership at LT within the first 2 weeks of walking in the doors at Pau.er Fitness.The second thing that really had me was the embracing and encouraging members. Little encouraging whispers of “don’t give up”, “you can do it” ... from people whom I had not even met yet ... not only made me push myself but also reinforced the “judgment free” environment, that some gyms claim to have but fail to deliver.Then 3 months later I braved the Jamee training sessions. Jamee pushes you past your limits to find strength you did not think you had. Leaving you feeling ... well yes sore ... but also feeling proud and accomplished. When you start to see your body change and muscles appear, you can’t help but to keep going back.I can say, they surely can stand proudly behind their rally cry:DedicationMotivationResults

I have had the opportunity to workout with Jamee many times and she has really kicked my butt in a good way. She is so energetic, fun and extremely knowledgable...she really knows her stuff. I encourage you to to try one of her workouts, you will be hooked.

By far the best training I have ever received. Jamee is very knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging. I came to her with injuries and she has not only helped me to heal those, but has done an amazing job of building my strength and helping me to lose weight & inches. I am not only in better physical shape, but also my mental clarity and focus are much improved. The classes offered are a great supplement to the personal training. The other trainers, class instructors, and staff are knowledgeable, fun, and very helpful. It is an amazing environment with unbelievable support and encouragement. I would highly recommend Pau.er Fitness to anyone that is serious about changing their health & life for the better. Thank you Jamee, Melissa, Rick, the instructors and the staff for continuing to help me along on my journey.

Jamee is the best trainer I have ever work with. She lives, eats and breaths fitness. The environment is a warm and encouraging to folks of all ages and sizes. If you want to get in shape and stay that way this is the gym for you.Youll have fun along the way. BUT if your a negative person or a drama queen this isnt the place for you. Pau.er Fitness is a friendly, nonjudgmental and encouraging atmosphere. Work out, have fun and make a few friends along the way.

Jamee is the most dedicated and committed trainer! She cares about her clients goals and results and will tailor your workout program to fit those goals! I did my updated assessment and have lost 5.5% body fat since beginning my personal training with her in May. She pushes me beyond what my mind tells me I am able to do. I was hoping to strengthen my legs and avoid running injuries since I began training for half marathons last year. Im stronger, faster and feel much more confident when running now!!!!! Thank You Jamee!!!!

Ive been training with Jamee since Aug. 2013 and she has change my life. She has helped me reach goals that I never thought I could reach. Not only is she a great trainer but she has great classes at her gym. She is the best trainer ever she rocks.

Absolutely amazing gym! They have the best classes, up beat, energetic, always switching it up to make sure you dont get bored! Everyone is very friendly and its totally judgment free.

I was trying to rehab after ankle surgery and hip surgery by myself and stuck in a year long contract at a gym I hated. They were no help at all....so I just didnt go. I knew about Jamees place from a friend of mine and stumbled upon a Groupon one day and figured why not, cant be worse than the gym I was at right. Well it was well worth the investment! I found my new fitness home and new fitness family!! Jamee and everyone there makes you feel so welcome, she takes you in and makes you feel like youve always been there. She never makes you feel intimidated, and she pushes you just when you need it the most! I have been looking for just this kind of place, Jamee and all of the trainers at pauer fitness are amazing. She even welcomes my kiddos which is awesome. I love all of the classes especially the boxing and the barre, you definitely get a well rounded workout and hit every muscle throughout the week. Jamee keeps everything fun and challenging. She also helps with nutrition. Since being with Jamee in June Ive lost 21lbs and over 10% body fat. Ive changed my eating habits and been able to stay putting my family on a better eating path as well.

Beware from Jamee Pau, she is a ROBBER, she open her shop to ROB people. She dont care people getting fit. She took from us $498 and told us that she will train us after we join. I was looking for a trainer for my wife who can help her to get fit. I saw her AD in Roseville style magazine and thought she might able to help so we contacted her and went to check her studio, she told us, come at 8am and someone will show us around, when we went there, she was there and we told her we would to try one week free, so she said if you dont sign up today to train with her, she will not have any time. So, we thought okay we can sign up for training with her. I told her we were not prepared and I had surgery done a month ago, so she said dont worry about it, she will work around it. She send me to get money and start doing paperwork with my wife . She rushed us to sign paperwork and didnt let us read and while doing my assessment she left in middle and told her manager Rick to complete. Rick did quick 5 min after she left and we came home with a piece of paper where she highlighted classes and put her time when she going to meet twice a week. So, we thought we can take any classes we want and meet her during schedule time. First day we went to a class for 45 min and then get trained with her after that . We were not working out for a while, but she just ask us to lift heavy weights non stop from one machine to another. I felt dizzy and very hungry as I went to 45 min class before training with her. I asked her what I should be eating, she said eat whole foods. Next day we didnt went to class because I was not feeling good and on Wednesday we went half hr before our schedule time with her so we can do warmup. She was mad and came to my wife and said she not going to train because we didnt came to class and was very rude. We were not even aware that we have to come to class to get trained with her. We tried to talk to her, standing in front of her but she keep ignoring us. Even other people felt what is going on why she cant just take 1 min to talk to us. We told her we want to talk to her and she just ignored me and didnt said anything so we waited more. Then we told again we need to talk to her, then one of the member who she was training said, you can talk to them and she said NO. And then finally she said she will talk after 7 or may be 6:55 am. So we waited waited but she never came to us, meanwhile her manager Rick came to us and asked whats going on, I said we were not aware that we have to come to class first before she can train us. Nobody clearly told us. And nobody told us about nutrition either what kind of training is if we dont eat properly. He said Jamee can tell us about nutrition and he told us, you have to come to CLASS otherwise she will not train. I said we need to talk to her, you guys should have told this us before. After keep waiting, she still didnt come talk to us. Couple of ladies came in and then she start training them as soon as they walked in without any warmup or classes. So we felt very odd that Rick and her telling us that we have to come to class when she training others without any warmup. So finally we left after felt neglected and rudness of Jamee.We felt so bad that information was not provided to us clearly and no information regarding nutrition, so I texted her saying that she never gave us proper information and didnt give any information about nutrition and told her that the nutrition is required for fitness. Her response was just eat whole foods and if you want her to make plan, there will be additional $245/person charge. I told her that you should have told all this to us before but she never did.I never give anyone bad reviews but everyone need to know about her. I wanted to give her negative review but cant. She took $498 from us and I dont want anyone else to be get robbed by this cheater. So dont go to her and waste your time and money. Find someone who is passionate about fitness and care about making people healthy and fit not just interested in taking your money.

Buyer beware!!! Worst experience of my life, training with Jamee Pau. Nothing ended up being as she stated in our first meeting. I paid for 10 personal training sessions. It ended up being 30 min group sessions. No customized workouts like personal training should be. Our schedule changed weekly and even then, Jamee would not show up for the scheduled sessions. She would leave early whether the session was over or not. But the worst... She doesnt motivate at all. If she feels you are not working hard enough, she will yell and tell you to get off her floor and/or out of her gym. She is the most unprofessional person I have every worked with. When we both agreed it was not working, she offered to refund my money. But then when I asked for the money, she redid the sign in sheet to show sessions we didnt even have and proceeded to say I owed for another month of membership dues when I had clearly stopped attending. I would never recommend this person to anyone. Total waste of $200!!!
