Andrew and I think her name was Joan were really great. The entire move in process was extremely streamlined, quick and easy, I had the keys not even a day after I applied.The grounds are nice, good view of the lake / fountain on my balcony, and its in a really accessible location.

I love living here and I would recommend this place! The leasing staff is amazing and friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure that their tenants are taken care of... the maintenance staff is exceptional at keeping the grounds clean and making sure everything no matter how big or small is working. The grounds of Woodhaven is like an escape, parks that are animal and family friendly, the most beautiful sunsets, not to mention enjoying a walk around one of the many ponds available in the middle of each park.I am blessed to be apart of such an amazing community.

Been here a few months now and honestly I keep finding good things to say. Staff all seem very friendly and helpful. The apartments look great. AC works extremely well, sometimes even too well! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially compared to the place I just came from.

Love the apartment and view of the pond. Nice and quiet and nice neighbors. I would recommend to friends or others. Convenient to I 95 and shopping.

Its been 3.5 years of us living here now and I can honestly say that its still one of the most pleasant apartment experiences Ive had. Highly recommend.

AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE!

I chose Woodhaven because the grounds are gorgeous and the property is so quiet. The apartments are also very quiet due to the fact that they are concrete. This was a big factor for me because it helps me keep my utility bills low and not being able to hear your neighbors was a huge plus also. They are also pet friendly and have a very nice dog park where my dogs can be off their leash and run and play. The manager has spoiled them as she always has dog treats on hand and my dogs love to walk over to the office and get them from her. I feel very safe here and love living at Woodhaven. Very serene community. So happy I made the choice that I did.

I have lived her for 8 months and I love it. Jenny is the property manager and shes sweet and makes sure things get done in a quick and efficient manner along with the maintenance team. The CARE TEAM is awesome and make living in an apartment community a really cool experience. The grounds and pool are kept and its super quiet. Only thing missing is assigned parking...

The property manager and staff were delightful. Any time we needed something fixed, maintenance came in the next day to fix the problem and having a washer/dryer included was a plus! The pool is always clean and 24 hr gym is convenient. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and close to I-95. However, the rent is expensive and goes up every year. We were told the rent would stay the same (word of mouth) but was unfortunately false. Also, we were told the two minor stains in the room would be no issue (word of mouth) but when it was time to get our deposit back they used that as in excuse to not give us back our deposit. I was shocked because like many others we paid our rent on time and sometimes early. The size of the apartment could easily go for $600-$800 but its nice and has its perks.

Truly a hidden gem in the area. We were hard pressed to find a place after Irma, and stumbled across Woodhaven. One of the best discoveries we could have found. Great property manager/maintenance team, Care team and apartment interior and space. Definitely recommend.

We moved in a year ago plan on staying for many more years. Jenny the property manager is so wonderful! Very kind and caring. She was calming during a Stressful time. She worked with us when we wanted to move in earlier than first planned. Always helpful when I had any questions. The maintenance staff is super! Bob, Deivi and Josh, they have quick responses to any maintenance request. They are very professional and polite. Even when they had to come out over the weekend to fix the air conditioner. I was so thrilled that I didnt have to wait till Monday!Events are planned each month!The grounds are beautifully maintained. Every home has a nice view! Theres a workout room with all you need, pool and a grilled thats covered with some tables under the covered. Its a nice spot just to relax or have a meal.

Ive been living here for about 10 months and it has been great. The office staff is incredibly helpful and the service team is excellent. The apartments and the complex are nice and well kept and the minor issues we did have were corrected within minutes of making the call. The only downside for us is that the kitchen is a little tight for two or more people to cook in but we find a way to make it work.

We have lived in this place since 2016. We are now moving out in 2019. We could not take the rent hikes any longer. The price doesn’t justify the square footage that you get. Every time you renew it goes up another $50-100. The late fee is 10% for everyday late so tax that on to $1300 and that adds up quick. Maintenance comes into your place almost everyday for something new. They are super loud as well but they do give you notice before they come over. The property manager is nice as well as the rest of the staff.

We love the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the community, and the staff and residents are so warm and friendly. Even the wildlife love it here! The community is in a great location too, close to I-95 and shopping in Viera.

Just too expensive. The neighborhood is okay. No issues. Maintenance is good.. But the price is too high for an apartment.
