I LOVE living here! Super dog-friendly, great location, and amazing staff members.It’s fun getting to know neighbors at the monthly events. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.

We moved to Fountain Villas in May, during the pandemic. We love it here and love the pool, grill and fire pit. Looking forward to the clubhouse opening fully when restrictions are lifted. I hope that they will add locks on the doors to allow for clubhouse use at times other than when they are open. It has been a great experience.

I love the community here at Fountain Villas. The grounds are always clean and inviting, the staff is always available to help with any problems you may have, and any maintains issues are resolved in a timely manner. Would I recommend Fountain Villas to anyone, yes I most definitely would.

I personally had the worst experience living at Fountain Villas. The only reason why they’re getting even 2 stars is because the property is beautiful. However, do not be deceived. The management team is unreliable and unprofessional. I unfortunately moved in with a girl who was verbally abuse and am still recovering from the injustice of the situation. I paid my bills on time, never threw parties and always kept my place clean. Management thrives on favoritism here, which creates a hostile living environment- They were not empathetic about the situation, ignored my calls more than half the time and gave special treatment to the girl calling me names on a daily basis for no reason. I had to get a lawyer to get out. If you value peace and security, do not move here.

This place was the worst. where to begin..The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear your neighbors opening the drawers. My neighbors fought every nite to the point I didnt feel safe. I called the front desk numerous times and nobody would do anything about it. The rental contract was 20 pages long and charged us $6,000! for leaving our apartment early. I cleaned and left no damage. DONT RENT HERE!!

Absolutely love it here! Everything so nice and clean. Have such an amazing view! Definitely would recommend to anyone... definitely worth the price also!

I love this community. I cannot complain about anything. Great staff, friendly neighbors. Quick response to maintenance requests. Family events. They make you feel like they care.

The office staff including the awesome guys who fulfill the maintenance requests are friendly and quick. When I transferred to Florida from Alexandria, Virginia in 2001 I always lived beachside, which I plan on going back to at some point, but a situation in my life brought me to live here with my parents. I would recommend Fountain Villa Apartments to anyone that is looking for a place to live with awesome neighbors that all look out for each other.

Very nice place, office staff great, Maintenance guys great! Quick response when needed! NO bugs! Very quite. The outside always looks nice! Very friendly residents.

We placed a call into maintenance that was answered quickly. Zack was very professional and knowledgeable of the issues we were having. The problem was handled in a timely manner with no further maintenance required. Thank you Zack for your professionalism.

Do not move here. My fiancé and I had been looking for apartments and were really excited about fountain villas when we first visited. We later found out how much of a scam this place is after paying our deposit and putting in an application. We were set to move in and kept asking to see our apartment before we signed the lease since we had only seen the model. We have a newborn and wanted to make sure everything was the same as the model and there were no maintenance issues. We kept being told that they would let us know when it was cleaned and available to be seen. Well 3 days before our move in date we found out we couldn’t see the place until after we signed the lease and had proof of our utilities and renters insurance. Yeah no thanks. Along with that, we realized that they changed the price of rent from our original offer letter without telling us and later was told that our original price must have been a “computer error”. After all of this we were no longer comfortable signing with a place that is so misleading. We asked for a refund on our deposit due to the fact we were not going to live there and was told we would be getting no money back and received very rude emails, which also included documents that they claimed we had signed but with comparing them to the receipts I was emailed it seems that they have been edited to add information for their benefit. And when contacting to ask how that may have come about we have received no response over a week later. Please save your money and time and rent elsewhere, it’s not worth it.

Really nice apartments. Weve had no problems at all. They host events here for the residents sometimes, there are a lot of amenities, and the upkeep is great also. Ive got no complaints.

I love living at Fountain Villas. Its a safe and quiet apartment complex tucked away from all the traffic. Anytime there is a problem, the maintenance team is ready and willing to fix it instantly. The Cares team is also amazing, they throw events twice a month that allow us to meet and mingle with the other residents. Its a great place!

When we moved in here to be a part of the community the maintenance team and management were so helpful. The property manager and team really make living here so nice and when something goes wrong they immediately fix it! Most communities have to wait for issues to be resolved but the little issues that do come up here as far as maintenance is concerned are fixed so quickly. We enjoy bringing the community together through living here and are thankful to have the great team of staff here that make living in an apartment community enjoyable!

Lived here for one year. Price to quality and amenities is outstanding. Very well maintained property. Pool and grounds were always clean. The shared gas grill was almost always stocked with propane. The one time it was low and I asked the office for another, it was brought and hooked up within minutes.The apartment itself had a nice walk in shower in one bathroom and a good sized tub in the other. The hardwood laminant flooring is better quality than some other apartments I have lived in. The extra features like crown molding and large tile are done well if simply.I never had a bad experience with the management team. Very friendly, professional and helpful overall. They have started to do some community type events like garage sales, and they have been well organized.At the end of the day this is an apartment community featuring 2bed 2bath units. You know what to expect. I am in the military and move every few years. Fountain Villas has been the best community of its type I have lived in yet. I highly recommend it. Also, if you have a motorcycle like me, you can even rent a one car garage for about the same it would cost to get a storage unit.

Great staff-all my maintenance requests were taken care of on the same day. Vanessa is wonderful and very easy to work with. Complex is safe, has a nice pool, and is in a good location. Pet friendly!

I have no complaints on thecstaff that works here. The ladies at the front desk are great. There is a new management company and I didnt like the fact that they changed their portal to the resident services during end of the month and new payment cycle and took too long to tell the residents of the new portal. Also I have never in my entire life paid so much for water. I moved from a 5000 sf home with 7 people and often guests and I never paid as much for water as in my 1300 sf apartment, now with only 4 people. I pay more for water than electricity and the ac is on all the time! Who has ever heard of that? Had I know about this I would not have moved in. The company that provides water is a middle man company called National Exemption Service ( what is exempt? Honesty?) Before you rent a place, ask for the water company. If this is the water company, then run! They add a bunch of extra fees, they are not pleasant to deal with over the phone and your water bill will be higher than your electric. I found it astounding, as I even had a pool in my previous home and the my water bill now is twice as much what I paid in my previous home. In principle, it is expected that people try to extract money from you for just being middle men, but this particular company is ludicrous. It is a pity. I like the villas but may not be renewing my contract due to water company. National Exemption Service? More likely National Exploitation Service. Thumbs down to them. RUN!Update: I had to break the contract due to major life changes: The office person said ipsi litteris: Not even death can break this contract. That is L even if you die, you have to continue paying the rent from beyond the grave!

My fiancé and I have loved living at Fountain Villas. The property is beautiful and clean, the apartments are spacious and updated, and the staff couldnt be nicer! Every maintenance request we have had (which have been minor and few) has been filled within a day. All maintenance workers are extremely polite and personable. Vanessa is always available and helpful down in the office as well! Our community events with the Cares Program here are great, with fun activities and free food! We had a dog here for a while also, and she had plenty of room to run around in the dog park. There were always poopy bags available around the property. Great place to live!

We moved to fountain villas to get away from the traffic of Vierra. The apartments are tucked away from everything behind an industrial park, halfway house, swamp, and service station for the power lines. When we took the tour, we were shown a unit overlooking the pool with really nice landscaping. When we moved into our unit, it was 5 yards from the parking lot. Everything in the unit seems to be the result of a cheap remodel. Ac has broken, the cabinets are coming off of the wall, almost every cover plate has broken, all of the grout and seals look like they were sprayed on from across the room. I recently received a letter to renew our lease with an increase of close to $300. When asked why such a ridiculous increase we were told market research indicated they could get more. Vierra is just one more exit down the road with better schools, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.The entire staff was very easy to get along with. Any issue I had was seen to right away.

Newly reconstructed beautiful grounds and cool resident events every month

I have no idea why this apartment complex is rated so high. It is absolutely horrible. I moved here because I saw the great reviews, but now that I am actually living here, it is nothing like what these great reviews said it was at all. My family was moved in to a ROACH infested apartment and I mean it is badly infested too. I have killed with my own hands over 60 roaches in less than two weeks. I have never dealt with any kind of roach problem like this in my life I havent even since a roach in over a year before I moved here. I told the manager Linda Morgan that I have young babies and they dont care at all that these nasty roaches can be a very serious health hazard especially with young children. Their pest control guy named Curtis from Massey has been sent up here twice already and has done nothing to stop the infestation. If anything it made it worse. These roaches are not ding at all. They are crawling up and down the walls. They are coming out of the cupboards where my dishes are. This so sick ewwww! I have taken pictures to prove this as well. Also on top of that they moved us in here with a broken refrigerator and freezer. I had bought $230.00 worth of groceries and they all spoiled and my babies milk was in there too. This is not fair to our family and they knew their was a roach problem here before they moved us in this nasty place. I know they had to of know about the roach problem because there were smashed dead roaches on the ceiling and under the cabinets every where when we moved in. It was not a very warm welcome to say the least. Also when I signed my lease the leasing agent lady that only works on Saturday that I had never meet in my entire life by the way told me right after she meet me that she was going to be my mommy and to not ask any questions about the lease and to just sign it now like a good little boy! Wow that was so unprofessional to me I am a grown man in my 30s and have a wife and kids. I dont even know why she would of talked to me like that. I am going to report this unprofessional company to the health department, the city inspector, and the better business Bureau. I am going to demand that I be let out of this lease. I suggest that if you live here you do the same too if you are having any similar problems. The only way for us to stop these wealthy and horrible companies like this is if we all come together and work as a team to stop the spread of disgusting apartment companies in this country from coming up on every block in our cities. People please write reviews if your not satisfied with your apartment then people will at least be more informed on not to move in a place like this from now on. Then the standard of apartments in this country would start getting better if they new they would be held accountable for these type of things. Also If you do not like what I have said remember that every one is entitled to their own opinion so do not try to attack me for writing mine here. Their are several other things that I should tell you on how bad this place really is, but I dont wish to continue complaining my goal is to inform the potential renters to avoid this place at all cost.
