My daughter was so excited to go and get her hair done. She spoke to customer service on the phone beforehand and told me they sounded great. When she went in she had pictures. Megan put color on the top of her head. To be fair, her hair is slightly damaged and she didn’t want bleach. She wanted low lights so she could see dark and light contrast. She also needed a trim. When she was done she had me send her 130 dollars which was the cost. She then sent me pictures and she was very upset as was I. Her hair looked like you took brown dye and plopped it on top of her head and left it. Nothing blended. Also brown dye all over her forehead. She had a trim and it was dried in a frizzy mess. When I called the receptionist was very nice. She had Megan call me. She continued to make excuses. All I wanted was to bring her back on Saturday and have it fixed. Instead she said she will have to have the owner, Kate call. Kate did call me back and was very nice at first. She asked me to send pictures which I did. She called me again and said I apologize for the dye on her forehead but I see nothing wrong with it. I explained it looked horrible and I wanted it fixed. It was not blended and she looked worse than when she walked in. She told me she’d do a conditioning treatment but that was it. I told her again I was an unsatisfied customer but she could care less. I let her know I would leave a bad review and again it didn’t matter to her. I realize she has some good reviews so I am very shocked by this behavior. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and the customer is always right. If they aren’t happy I do anything I can to rectify the issue.I would be very careful if you want to go to this salon. If you don’t like a service you are out of luck.

I love Lucette! Everything Ive had done there has been 110%. Kate and all her staff are friendly, caring, and professional. They really take the time to understand what you are looking to get done. The atmosphere is amazing and they also have great items to shop, besides hair product. I recommend Lucette Salon to anyone asking for a new place to get salon services done.

I’ve always been pretty insecure about my hair and never had a cut or style that really felt like me. I recently got my hair cut by Megan and it’s been a game changer. For once I’m actually happy when I look in the mirror. She understood exactly what my hair (and I) needed. I used to just shove my hair in a bun so I didn’t have to deal with it and now I’m catching myself checking myself out in any reflective surface just so I can see how cute my hair looks.

My daughter and I went for birthday pedicures, and the experience was magical. The friendly staff paired with the beautiful atmosphere really made an impression on us. Ive also shopped in the boutique, and they have the cutest items. They are also a green salon which is really important to me in reducing my carbon footprint on the environment. Ive been searching for a salon home, and I finally found one in Lucette. It is a happy place, and I will be returning for hair services and any other beauty related needs.

Megan did such an awesome job cutting my curly hair!! She really took the time to make sure that I was happy with each step of the process. Going in, I wasn’t completely sure the exact look I was going for, but Megan was so understanding and offered perfect suggestions that ended up being exactly what I wanted. The salon is clean, friendly, and super welcoming the second you walk in the door. The prices are slightly higher than most places, but I’d say it was worth it based on the level of care and precision that went into the treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Curlfriends this is the place to get a haircut. I have thick wavy hair and these girls transformed my hair forever, I will never go anywhere else. The haircut is worth every penny. They cut my curls so perfect I roll out of bed with perfect waves and no effort! First time I went- I got my hair cut by Ally the second time I went to Kate they both did an amazing job so all of the stylists here are very wells skilled and trained. This place is a must especially if you have curly or wavy hair.

I LOVE this place!!! The stylists are super nice and they do amazing work. I am on a journey to go from dark brown to silver and even the inbetween hair sessions are cute! As long as you are open about your hair history, they will be open to you about what they can do. If you want an authentic local Salon this is the place to go, they are expensive but worth every penny. Needless to say, I am looking forward to my next session.

Absolutely LOVE Lucette! Been there a couple times for cuts with Megan and its been amazing each time. I got some amazing Aveda products that my hair couldnt love any more. I have been searching for YEARS for someone who could cut my thick, naturally curly hair. I saw Ali today and she did the most amazing job, hands down the best hair cut I have ever received. She listened to what I wanted, gave good advice, and I walked out of there feeling happier with my hair than I have in a very long time. The salon itself has great character and is located in a convenient spot, and everyone else working there was super personable and friendly. Cant wait to go back!

I went into Lucette last week and it is beautiful! My regular girl was booked and I needed some last minute color, so I booked a last minute apt with Ali. All of the girls there are so sweet, and Ali did a fabulous job! I absolutely love my hair, and have been getting a lot of compliments. I dont usually spend a ton on myself, so the times I do pamper its nice to have such a great experience! It was super relaxing and worth every penny! I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Leah at Lucette Salon. She is professional, friendly and spends a lot of time with you making sure you love your hair and are able to style it once you get home. Great place for guys to get their hair styled! Ive gotten my hair cut at least 6 times over the past year at Lucette. The staff are artistic, technical, and personable. Kirsten and Leah do a great job with mens hair (especially a curly fade cut). I would highly recommend this place to any guy going for a trendy, modern, or professional look.

Megan has given me the best short hair cut Ive ever had! I have gone to her twice now and I wont go any where else. I loved her so much I sent my husband to her and he couldnt believe how well she cut his hair! She has a great eye for style and is very easy to talk to. The salon itself is awesome, such a cool atmosphere and everyone there really cares about you. I cant recommend this place enough! Deserves more than 5 stars!

Before visiting Lucette Salon I always dreaded having to visit the salon. No one really knew how to deal with my curls and they wouldnt listen to what I wanted and would cut my hair shorter than I wanted. After visiting Lucette Salon and having Allie care for my hair has changed all that. Allie listens to what I want and gives me advise on how to care for my hair. All of the ladies there are just so nice and wonderful as well. I now enjoy my visits to the salon, thanks Lucette Salon and Allie for such great service!

I love this salon. I used to work at one of the best salon/spas in Milwaukee. So when I moved to Rockford, I considered my standards to be pretty high. Lucette has never disappointed me, I always feel relaxed when I go in and I do feel that they go the extra mile. I have had experiences at other places where I was disappointed when I leave and even go home and re-do my hair, but when I leave here I feel great! Kate gets it, she gets my hair and even takes the time to show me how to style it when I do it myself. Plus I absolutely love the hot towel and massage when getting my hair washed. I hope they dont change that.

Has a hipster vibe and plush surroundings. All the employees are vey nice and understanding. I got the best haircut ounce had in awhile there. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I planned two facials and two aqua polish treatments as part of our babymoon week. Lucette has an amazing atmosphere - the exposed brick and general feel of the salon is really trendy but also welcoming. I do wish they had a couples room where my husband and I could have shared in our treatments. Either way, the facials with Leah were really great! 10 outta 10 - I would definitely go back. She is great company and my skin was left feeling really amazing and my fine lines were definitely diminished. Ill be honest though, I wasnt super in love with the aqua polish. It wasnt relaxing or comfortable really (in fact, it was pretty awkward), and Im not noticing a big difference in the way my skin feels after. It might be for someone else - just not for me!

I dont let anyone cut my hair because it never correctly done! However, my hair was so long I looked ten yrs. older.At lucettes I saw Ally, she started by branding it because I have curly hair then she held each braid in front of me and let me pick right where I wanted it cut (she even helped me to do locks of love donation) then even though I said the word texture a hundred times she was very nice. She did such a good job, I burst into tears to see the old me glimmering thru. She did a wonderful job and I will never let anyone touch my hair ever! Oh and one last mention... half the time you get your hair washed you get soaked and its cold if its all the way wetted to begin with. Not Allys, she did a deep wash, condition & the best treat a scalp massage! I cant even remember the last time someone did that! All of it was Wonderful. To bring me to tears it had to be!Its not some cheap chain, but it is worth every penny..In my book Ally gets the stylist of the year!Please hit thumbs up/Like button if you agree or like the review.

They made my girlfriend cry. Also overcharged her $20 more than quoted over the phone. She took longer than she said over the phone and did a horrible job on her make up i’m a man i should even be able to notice the kind of mistakes made. Disappointed

My sister went to Lucette and she came back w/ a beautiful cut & color, even months later its still beautiful. So I went in for a hair cut after 3yrs, and I hate going in for cuts because I always come back with someone elses style interpretation to what I wanted. Even if I show a Pic. I still come home w/ either my hair being way to short when I said dont go past here. Or the Pic. I chose for the style is not even close and they blame it on my hair.Ah, but no longer will I have that issue when going to Lucette. I told her what I wanted and described it because I didnt have a Pic.So she takes me back and washes my hair and massages my scalp, instead of scrubbing my hair like Im on the movie Mommy Dearest. Then she puts me in the chair and puts my back to the mirror (this is when my panic normally starts) and starts combing out my 36 inches of hair, I kept waiting for the pulling but there was none. Then she starts the cut & I had asked to give my hair to locks of love, she knew all the requirements and she followed them and it turned out I was able to donate, which was very important to me personally, so that made me very happy!Then she starts cutting and I can see where my hair is landing and I can tell what she is doing by the different tools shes using, and then the cutting part is done. So now its the styling part, that is usually putting globs of 5 different products, & a blow out and a bunch of different irons (so as soon as I wash my hair I would be left w/a mess that will take me an hr. to style it the best I could, as My hair style ).But, she didnt do that, she only added some light mouse, and went to work, when she was done she had only added some palmaid that is needed for my style, and hairspray. She only used a blow dryer & a few curls because My Style goes w/ my hair cut, and she never once told me my hair wasnt cooperating.Then she turned me around and I looked at myself and tears sprung to my eyes(she even gave me a hug), everyone thought there was something wrong, but no this unexpected burst of tears came because everything was right on point, down to every small & large detail that I had said I wanted! I was So Over joyed and I looked at least 15yrs younger and my hair was so bouncy & light! She showed me what she used & she didnt have to show me how to do My hairstyle because it wasnt her interpretation of what I wanted, it was My interpretation of My hairstyle that is Me! I didnt have to buy any products either to do my hairstyle because she only used things I had at home (lol, I did buy somethings, but not cause I had too.) Going to Lucette Salon Made My Year & took away a decade. Thank You Ally for the pick me up that I needed So Badly!I wish I had a Pic. Of the hair but didnt take a selfie, I was to busy crying w/ joy. 😅💕 Please tap the like button.

Seriously, is there a way to give more stars?! After the treatment I received from Lucette, I had to write a review. I had a hair wash/blow-dry/style appointment and I guess it takes a little more than a hour to finish all that. I was 25 MINS LATE for my appointment and I only had 25 MORE MINS to get back to my event. Katie, my wonder woman for the day, was extremely fast and efficient! She not only gave the exact look I wanted but she did it within 25 mins with no compromise in the quality of the treatment. Wash done. Blow-dry done. Styling done. In 25 mins. Everyone in Lucette made sure, I had the perfect hair and also was not going to be late for my event and I highly recommend Lucette for that. Thank you, guys!
