The gentleman showed up within 30 minutes after I called. He was able to get my car out of my garage (wouldn’t turn on due to some issues it had), which was a tight squeeze, and he was able to do it with no issue. He was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and was also easy and fun to talk to! I would recommend him again to anyone needing towing services and will be calling him again if I ever need a tow truck.

The mechanic that came to help us priced low, and was extremely easy to talk to and friendly. The service was quick and efficient, and he pulled us out of the ditch like a beautiful angel. He said hed be there in 45 minutes, but made it in 25. Best of the best, would definitely recommend this shop.

Rafael showed up faster than expected and was extremely efficient. I was stuck in a snow bank after sliding off the road in a snowstorm. I waited 24 hours in my car for my insurance to try and get me a tow out! They couldn’t get it done, but these guys got me out from the phone call to driving again in less than an hour on a busy day! Great service!!! I got a flat during a road trip on a Friday evening and 23 1/2 Hours Towing was able to meet me on the side of the highway faster than their estimated time. Rafael was very accommodating, upfront and honest about the situation, and even helped me save some money at the tire shop. I cant say enough good things about them...they really helped me out!!

January 2020,It was really cold and I needed aemergency tow from Belvidere to Rockford in the middle of the day. Rafael said he was busy, but he made it happen for me anyway and dropped it in my driveway (where I wanted it, with limited space, no problems!) by sundown! Best experience with a towing company, ever. We were stuck on the side of the road on New Years eve (-20° with the wind chill that day). Getting stranded is terrible enough, but in that weather it was almost unbearable. We figured we would have to wait for a while, but Rafael was there to pick up way sooner than expected and was a very pleasant man to talk to and do business with. My advice is to not call around and just choose this company; youll thank me.
