We had a swarm of bees take up residence in the exterior of our house under the gutters. Rose was able to schedule us for service the next day (wow!), and let me know the technician’s name and timeframe he would arrive. Chris called when he was on his way ans arrived within the expected window. He thoroughly explained the process and completed the task quickly and without any mess on the side of our house or nearby window. We have a newborn in the house so I asked him to text when he was done and let me know any next steps, and he did just that in a thorough and efficient manner. Chris was completely professional and the service was completed more than satisfactorily. We knew what the price was ahead of time and received an email receipt with complete, itemized invoice of the service within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Rose and their technician Chris to anyone - completely satisfied with this service.

I was dealing with yellow jackets for weeks by my front door and realized they had found a crevice in my foundation to enter my basement.I have individuals who have allergic reactions to being stung and was a wreck worrying about the potential for them to swarm around in my basement. Apart of it lease is that we have pest control performed. I was just going to buy some Ortho home defense and do it myself. Well I did and it wasnt that great. We had ants in the kitchen and spiders under the stairs. Called rose and not only where they the best overall price they are fast professional and they care.

We initially called for ants in our kitchen. Chris H. is our tech, he’s fantastic, thorough, and does a fantastic job. 2 treatments and no more ants, and he just took care of a wasp/bee nest. Already referred to a coworker for service, highly recommend!

They were on time and the treatment has worked great. I live in a basement so there tends to be a lot of spiders and centipedes. Everyone I’ve seen (only a couple) have been dead.

Rose Pest Solutions, one of their long time customers, delivered again!We had an active bald faced hornets nest on the outside entrance to our deck. The technician arrived promptly to take care of the nest. He saturated the nest with one of the products from Rose Pest Solutions. It took care of the nest. No more activity! One family member is allergic to bees, so we totally appreciate Rose Pest Solutions coming out and taking care of the problem. I have had pest control services since spring 2019. At that time I signed a contract for exterior and interior service and they have not yet completed any interior service. They do not schedule specific service times and have shown up without my knowledge. I have talked to the office about never receiving my contracted services. Rose pest stated that once they spray the exterior, there shouldnt be a need to do interiors. My question then is why sign a contract that states both services are to be provided? Yesterday (23 January) I had an appointment for 1:30 and they did not show and no phone call. Dealing with this company has been very frustrating for me, especially when I am paying over $50.00 a month.

They are great at explaining things and working with you on your options. Very courteous and professional.

When your biggest phobia in life is centipedes, the last thing you want to see is one of them crawling up the wall while you are in the shower. After nearly strangling myself with the shower curtain while jumping out of the shower, I called Burr to schedule an appt. The technician showed up the same day, performed an inspection of the interior and exterior, and treated my home. He was very professional and informative, showing me places where insects could get in, and what i could do to prevent them. I would definitely recommend them again for service.
