I got quotes from a few other people to have gutters put in my addition, either they didn’t call back or their price was way out of line. One company got the job and left me high and dry for a month. When I gave Rockford seamless gutters a call they answered my questions right away and gave me a quote. I gave them the job and within a couple days their crew was on site and got the job done. I couldn’t be happier with their service and responsiveness. 5 star company for sure. Thank you guys for the great work you did.

I had the Guys come out and install brand new gutters on my home. I was scheduled out about a week when I received a text asking if it was okay that they came early because of a cancellation they had. I was free that day and made me extremely happy that I was going to be able to get my gutters done early. Really appreciate the promptness and the quality of work that theyve put into my house. The larger downspouts will help keep water away from underneath my house. Definitely five star rating.

We called for a quote and they were professional and very quick to respond. We wanted to use them but unfortunately could not, Bc the other guys FINALLY showed up.

Andy and Andrew did an exceptional job fixing the mistake of another company. Polite, professional and nice guys to chat with as they worked. Couldnt be happier with the service they provided. Made my gutters actually perform like they should vs having water sitting in gutters collecting and freezing. Would hire again !

If I could give a review of zero stars I would. The customer service with this company is piss poor. I called almost 4 weeks ago to get a quote on replacing a part of my gutter that had fallen off in an ice storm. Talked to a friendly customer service girl who said she would have Shawn (the owner) call me back with a price. Two weeks went by and they still hadnt called. I work for a remodeling company so I got Shawns cell phone number from my boss. I called him and discussed the work I needed done. He said it wouldnt meet his minimum of $150 so I told him to just add another downspout to get it to $150. He wanted me to get him my info, so I texted him my address and all other info along with requesting a confirmation. It has now been another week and I still havent heard from him to even tell me whether or not their doing the gutters. I left a final message with him asking to at least get a call back to tell me they were too busy but obviously Im too small of a job for them to care.

Had an appointment, no show, no call back, nothing. Zero customer service. Go somewhere else there are plenty of other companys out there.
