Went in and asked for Caramel streaks on my blond colored hair.. told them that Im tired of dying it and will let the white come back.INSTEAD.. she gave me highlights and when I questioned her on it (a couple of times) she said she thought thats what I wanted. I again asked for the Caramel and she said it was coming.I assumed she would add Caramel streaks next to where she highlighted, but instead she used a toner all over!She did trim my hair and for that she gets 1 Star and she charged me $102.oo..... 102.oo? For a trim and something I didnt want? Especially when I was quoted around 49.oo when I first signed up... will have to find a new place to go!!

Made an online appointment for our sons first hair cut & to get my haircut, son ended up making a mess all over his clothes right as we were getting ready to leave so we had to clean him. I called & asked to reschedule the times from 5 & 5:30 to 5:30 & 6. Woman on the phone said they already had a booking for 5:30 so she could do 6 & 6:30 I said great sounds perfect. Went in at 6 & there was one stylist & she proceeded to say there were no appointments & she didnt get any call from us. Showed her the screen shots & the call log & she said she would have to talk to her boss because they were having issues with online scheduling I must have imagined the phone call lmao. This place is whack.

Went in for a trim. My hair was cut crooked. I was charged the full price for shampoo and cut even though I didnt get a shampoo or even had my hair wet. It was not a great experience and I wont use this location again.

Very polite staff. They helped cut my hair exactly to they way I asked. It may be a little pricey but its a nice way to treat yourself once in a while

Never going here againfor 25 dollars they pushed my line back, made my forehead bigger, and made the sides uneven, they are 2 different shapes and one is farther than the otherthey cannot cut afro hairif you are black do not come here

I had the worst experience in my life here. I cannot leave my home without a ballcap on. Im so embarrassed! I went in for a trim and side bangs. The stylist I will call C dry cut my hair!! I have never even heard of this. She could have at least sprayed it with water. I would have paid for a shampoo, It was close to closing and I think she just wanted to go home. But my hair looks rough and shaggy not clean edges and my side bangs she cut long to short not short to long.they are opposite of a face frame. Wow. I. So embarrassed .now Im going to need to pay someone else to fix her mistake. Very disappointed .

I absolutely love this Cost Cutters and have been going there about 3 years! Its so easy to make an appointment which guarantees no waiting, and the staff is friendly and professional. My stylist Lydia is the best and always listens to what I want done. I highly recommend this salon!

Madison was great! She took the time to know what I wanted done and I love it. I picked up some great shampoo and conditioner too.

I was a loyal customer until today. Brought my two kids in a little before 3:30, they close at 4, I asked for a haircuts for them and they pretended to have “bookings” so they couldn’t accommodate them. She didn’t need to lie.Went down to great clips and got them right in.Goodbye cost cutters you have lost my business and me referrals.

I moved here 7 yrs ago and couldnt find a hair dresser who knew how to work with my thin fine hair . I found Kadie, she knows how to cut and highlight my hair for optimal results. Good prices nice staff.👍

So, when I got there at 3:45pm. it closed at 4 pm. Had my three kids, 8, 6 and 2. It can be tough finding time to go when you work 70 hours a week. I said Ill just go to hair cuttery instead. She said, ok...sorry!.

I went in there and asked the person I had to trim my hair evenly. I have longer wavy hair and try not to let it get to long. I just like to reduce the all together length once in awhile. Took me till I got home to see that all the person I got did was thin my hair and cut my front bangs. Thats it. And she missed portions as well. I cut those portions myself with scissors straight out of a high school art club and am going to a different place tommorow. Never going here again.

Nothing bad about the place per se because it’s a nice looking salon. My review is about the woman that did my hair. She wasn’t rude but just didn’t seem to have enough experience. Like, she didn’t balance my haircut from the left to the right side. Then she completely cut off my right side burn! Maybe she’s better at doing cuts for women but is terrible with the clippers. Don’t know her name and I won’t try to describe her. My normal stylist isn’t able to do my hair for a while so I’ve been venturing out in search of others. Ugh!! I hope this is short journey, lol!

I went in after having my hair recently dyed and asked for a trim of what was dead. I got a girl who was very socially awkward and didnt say much more than okay when I told her what I wanted. She sectioned my hair and started cutting, I could feel her shears pulling my hair instead of cutting it. Her shears where so dull she was hacking at my hair to get it to cut. BUT THATS NOT IT. When trying to cut my hair she didnt have any real technique she was using to evenly cut my hair (granted Im no stylist but I watch to see how its done so I know when they are doing it a way Im familiar with and ask questions so if I were to get another stylist I can tell them how I like things) I walked away with an uneven, not even a style cut which I then had to pay someone else to fix. Id usually say something to the stylist that I was unhappy with initially so I didnt have to pay more but I knew there would be no fixing it with how little skill, communication and bad tools she had. I have gone to another cost cutters where I had lived previously and had high hopes thinking Id get the same quality as my old stylist but I was let down. Wont be returning.

They need to get it together!Had a gift certificate, asked ahead of time if I could use it, was assured I could, but in the end I couldnt, so I was embarrassed in front of the while place and my friend, because I hadnt brought my wallet. Then, it was discussed across the salon, for all to hear!All I wanted was a quick cut, but was upsold, but when I resisted, I ended up with a half assed haircut.Not only did she not give me what I wanted, but she never checked her lines, or consulted on how I did anything with my hair other than my part.Truly sad excuse for not just, services provided, and treatment of customers, but just in common decency.There are other salons around town, just try one of them.
