Individuals at this location stated that all car 2014 and newer needed to be full synthetic. Definitely not the case, suggest don’t letting anyone in your family go to this place. Beware!

It was very easy and quick to book an appointment for an oil change online. I was headed on a 2000 mile road trip with my kids. They checked all my lights, filters, fluids, tires, etc and gave reasonable recommendations. I was done and on my way in less than 30 minutes. Staff was polite and knowledgeable.

The person there seemed real agitated...rushed me at every step... wasnt pleasant at all.....I Will NOT use them in the future..

Absolutely amazing work done here the management is simply what you would say THE BEST! They take care of every car like if it was there own. I know a lot about cars and fixing just dont have the tools or room to work on it as much as I would like. So I bring it here and absolutely love there work. I stumbled upon it one day that I needed an oil change and been coming here since just great place all around would give more stars of I could!

These guys are awesome.. had some unknown issues on my car that rendered my car unsafe to drive, they are so wonderful, they all stayed late and worked with me to get my car fixed same day... They have a customer for life!!!!!!!Their mechanic had already left for the day, they called him and he turned right around to come work on my car!!! These guys are fantastic!!!! Their regional manager even authorized them overtime to make sure I was taken care of properly...Thanks guys for all the time, energy, and special care that you all have me to make sure my family and I would be safe in my car!!!! You guys rock!!! You all are a blessing from God!!!

After an experience that was less than ideal, I contacted the corporate office of Grease Monkey through their website. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from the Manager, Keith. I brought my car back in the next day and they fixed everything! He was prompt and efficient. Its great to know that even when things go awry, there are still people and companies out there that will take responsibility and make things right. They went above and beyond whats expected from a lube shop, and I am very pleased with the work that was completed.

I asked about a simple oil change. I can do it myself but have a hard time getting the bolt off. Anyway, these idiots try to charge you damn near $60 for an oil change and try to sell you high mileage oil. I just want a regular oil change. Im not taking care of a luxury car. They even tried offering me a coupon. Na, no thank you. Immediate turn off based on something simple like that alone. Will not ever be considering them in the future for anything.

They were truthful about what needed to be fixed and fixed it in a timely matter.

I called and was directed by Angus to come in for a $19.95 Oil change. The service was friendly and done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this.

I wouldnt recommend spending your money here. Youre not provided with the service they charge you with. Not to mention they are overpriced. Also, be aware of how crooked they are. Youll go in for an oil change and theyll tell you your car needs this and that, and then they wont even provide that service! But theyll charge you for it! Everyone I know who has went to this havoline understand that the workers there are not trained and that theyre just trying to milk your money. So do you really want someone who doesnt know what theyre doing working on your car? If youre smart, dont bring your car or your money to this havoline location.

I went in for a standard oil change and was told that they could not perform the service because the hood of my vehicle would not fully close. Although I was shocked, what left me really dismayed is that the manager would not allow me to pull forward and leave the facility... Although I was the only patron there, I was told to back out. Even though it was unsafe... due to mountains of snow hills, which made it difficult to see if another car was coming. So, instead of allowing me to safely maneuver the vehicle forward and leave, the manager insisted I back out. Sorry guys, not the best customer service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I just took my 2013 Mustang in for an oil change and to have my license plate light bulb replaced. Only after a couple of hours did I notice that the light bulb cover was broken. I called to inform them, but they told me it was broke when I brought it in (it was not). They never mentioned before or after the work that it was broken already. Their only defense was that he typed it on the receipt, but did not mention it at check out.I would highly advise NOT using this shop. They will damage your vehicle and they will deny it was their fault.

In & out guys were great explaining services needed. Even provided a discount for multiple services.

Fast and cheap. But they took our my air filter to show me and never put it back.

I’ve been here twice and still haven’t had my oil changed. Called to see what time they closed and arrived half an hour before hand. Sat in my car for 10 minutes before they came out to tell me that they were done for the day.

They disrespect women and all they want you to do is to buy everything that they sell that they tell you they will discount everything to the minimum time that they could just to get the sale scam do not go to the oil place they try to screw everybody over there till recommend all these services your transmission will start slipping your radiator your pump all that stuff will start giving you trouble at the Humane and sit with them
