I left an e-mail for Pehl’s appliance repair Thursday night. By Friday morning they had already called me back. Not only did they respond so quickly, but also offered to come that day to take a look! The two repair men (my husband thinks are named josh and Caleb… he’s not sure lol) showed up within an hour! My Husband said they were very courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem right away with parts they already had. When the oven still didn’t start, they trouble shooted it to figure out what the issue could be. They had to run out to get another part and had returned in no time! This was the winning part! Their service was so prompt and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs an appliance repaired! Thank you Pehl’s so much!

Pehls Appliance is fantastic! From my first encounter with them by making appointment (super nice) to his arrival at my door. Josh called me every step of the way to let me know when he would be arriving. Once he got here, he diagnosed the problem and explained it in laymens terms. He did all this in an efficient manner. Josh came to my rescue when I forgot to take my wedding ring set out of my pocket before putting clothes in washer. Found my wedding band in the tub, but engagement ring was missing. After several days of searching and checking what we could of the front load Samsung, we knew we needed a professional. Josh came out and after having to pretty much take the machine apart, he found it! I am so appreciative. He then put it all back together and stayed to make sure there were no leaks. I highly recommend Pehls and will definitely use Josh again. But not for ring retrieval. Im making sure I dont forget in my pocket again.

Courteous, efficient and inexpensive. Both times I used their services (washer & fridge) they came within 24 hours, figured out the problem quickly and had an inexpensive solution. My freezer needed thawed out so he offered to do it himself, which would cost me an hour of labor, or I could do it and hed come back in 48 hours. He only charged me 1 service fee too, even though he came back 2xs. I will call them for any appliance issues I have.

I called josh for service on my dishwasher. He informed me that he really doesn’t work on dishwashers anymore...but, he asked me what was wrong and the model #. This is the hard to believe part..he took the time on the phone to walk me thru some diagnostics and was able to fix my problem over the phone. That simple act of kindness has ensured my future business as well as I’ll refer him to my family and friends.

I am very impressed with this repair service. Josh the technician knew what he was doing and determined exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator. He got the part and fixed it in the same day. He looked at other areas of the refrigerator to make sure all the frost and ice were cleaned up. He even made sure that it was running right. There was a vibration and he checked that out just to make sure everything was ok. He was a very thorough and conscientious technician. You cant go wrong with this company.

Josh is an amazing guy that came over n checked on my washer I thought it had a leak but it was actually the pipe leading to washer but he thoroughly checked everything out a few times to double check he wasnt missing anything... if needed I will have no hesitation calling him back .hes very kind and polite . This company took over for my previous appliance repair (Dean’s), and our technician was awesome, as was the office contact. I was facing up to a 10 week delay on the dryer repair due to backlogs in parts. He came out within a week and repaired my dryer quickly and professionally. He complied with COVID guidelines as well. Josh called and said he was running early--which was fine with me. He arrived and within minutes of opening the machine, he said that something was either clogging the drain line or the pump was bad. He said if the pump was bad then I would be wasting my money to replace it, as that is an expensive repair, and my washing machine is badly rusted in two places. He removed the pump, and found a piece of foam, was able to remove it, and afterward the machine worked properly. He advised that the washer needs replacing soon as the rust is very bad. He also reattached my dryer vent because I couldnt.He was incredibly polite and informative and pleasant, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a repair person for an appliance. His honesty from the outset made me completely comfortable. I knew I was not going to be cheated. I was in good hands.Francie Allen

Josh came to our home several months ago and I am just now getting around to this review. We had an issue with our gas range/stove; it was taking longer and longer to preheat. Josh was able to diagnose the issue over the phone! When he arrived to replace the broken part, he was punctual, performed the job quickly (about 45 min total) and even answered some additional questions I had on dishwasher maintenance. Total pro and I will definitely use this company again next time I need service!

Josh came to check out my wall oven. He tested the sensor and control panel. He’s sending the control panel out for repair and I’m hoping it can be fixed. He was polite and professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pehl’s Appliance.

Quite happy with the service. My normal go-to appliance repair shop wasnt available for a few days. I tried three other shops before reaching Pehls. Josh arrive during our scheduled appointment window, and called when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he explained what he was doing to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After a few tries to resolve the issue without replacing an unnecessary part, he came to the conclusion that the board needed to be replaced. The local warehouse where most of the local shops use to get parts had one in stock. He advised he would get the part, complete a couple other service calls, and return later that evening to complete the repair. About 3-4 hours later, he called to let me know he had the part and was on his way back. The replacement part installation took maybe 15 minutes, the washing machine ran through its test cycles, and the repair was done. Josh was professional, courteous, delivered on his commitments, and cleaned up when he was done.I think Ive found my new appliance repair go-to guy.

I was thankful to find a local repair company with good reviews for service. I have a Samsung refrigerator that was having issues with cooling the fridge part. I was totally pleased with Josh and the service, as well as information/explanations he provided, his courtesy, and charges were very reasonable. He was very thorough in analyzing issue, taking care of it, and defrosted my ice maker section for me and all its components I couldn’t see. Definitely give this company triple A+ for service.

Really great service! Josh was honest, arrived on time and reasonable. He fixed my freezer/fridge The same day and gave me the option of using a less expensive part which I appreciated since my fridge is around 10 yrs old and may not have many yrs left. I was very pleased that he had the part on his truck and saved me from having to buy a brand new appliance. He explained everything he was doing and gave me time to clean up where the parts were and behind the fridge. He even asked for my vacuum to clean it more thoroughly! Highly recommended!! His wife Hannah handles the phone/appointments and she is also very sweet and helpful. If you need a fix don’t hesitate to call!

Our dryer stopped heating. Josh came out the next day. Diagnosed the problem quickly and then efficiently had us back up and running. Cost was very fair and he was right on time with the appointment. Dryer wasnt heating up. Called pehls and they got me in same day! Not only did he fix the issue but he went above and beyond just the repair. He oiled the wheels, and cleaned the dryer out really well. Great experience from the dispatch person all the way to end of repair. The price was reasonable as well! I will go to pehls in the future and recommend them to everyone I can.

Pehls Appliance is awesome! I had a GE range with a defective cooktop heating element. First of all, the scheduler was very pleasant over the phone. Josh then came out on time (taking full Covid-19 precautions), diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained everything. He had to order a new part and then came back a few days later and totally fixed the range. I would highly recommend - just wonderful service!

Josh did a great job fixing our freezer! He worked around my availability and was very friendly! He did have to come back, but it was because he tried a couple of things on the freezer. And he didnt charge extra for the additional time because he just wanted to make sure that the problem was solved. Will definitely use again!

HAND DOWN BEST COMPANY EVER!!! He came out right away and was super nice and knowledgable! Ive had my purchased brand new washer and dryer for less then a year and was experiencing weird smells coming from the dryer since having purchased it. At first I thought it was gas and had a plumber come out to check the lines and plumber said no leak. Pehl came out, checked the vents, ran diagnostics AND then took the dryer a part to find the culprit. The main pipe that connects the fan, exhaust and so on was not even connected! No wonder I felt sick every time the dryer was on..the exhaust and carbon monoxide was being blown back in to my house....GEEZ!. Had he not literally taken a part my dryer I would have the monoxide and fumes continuing to blow in to the house. Thank God for this company! I will for sure use this company again and will not go elsewhere for appliance services.
