I live just north of Burlington, Iowa. It was 1 hour and 20-minute drive for Roadrunner to come down here from rock island and jump my vehicle. I am in an accessible area. Why insurer had to call 24 + companies to ask them to jump my vehicle is abyssmal. $100. That was covered by my insurance company and I paid $12 out of pocket. I dont know why someone locally could not have just come here. It took less than 5 minutes it took for that pleasant young man from Roadrunner to start that battery for me. I applaud Roadrunner for coming all the way down here to help me. Thank God it happened at residence.As a senior, had I been stuck out on the highway for 6.5 hours, it could have been a very different outcome. It could have been very easily been an ambulance coming to get me in this heat as opposed to a battery jump. I hope some other servicecompanies read this out of Burlington and Mediapolis. Service had to come all the way from the Rock Island area. That somebody was RoadRunner and as soon as they finally got the call, they came right out. God bless you, Roadrunner. Shame on the rest of you. I know its hot and I know youre busy, but I cant imagine why on Earth the insurer would have to call in excess of 24 companies, unless youre just so money-hungry you wouldnt accept the $112 paid.Thank you Road Runner.Up and above.

Not sure what the woman’s name is that I met. I met her at Starbucks a couple year ago, she came to give lockout service and she ended up helping another girl out who had her car in a snow mound. Her generosity was amazing!! I took her card and recommended her a year later to a couple who also locked their car! Fast forward to today when I locked my own car she dispatched her people in less than 20 minutes!! Needless to say their service is amazing and for an incredible, affordable price!! I’ll always recommend Road Runners to everyone in the QC!! Thanks again for all your work!!

Changed my flat tire on the side of the interstate late last night when no other company around would. So incredibly thankful for how quick their response time was after waiting an hour and a half for another company to decide they weren’t able to do the job. Very quick and very professional. So much respect for what you all do and what you have to deal with when getting the job done. You’ll definitely be the first place I call next time.
