Had very bad service. Watched 3 customers pass us but had good father and son Time. The selection was ok. Had only 1 young man approach us during the visit. Im in a customer service business myself and really disappointed in the entire experience. If it was my business I would be entirely ashamed of the outcome of how customer feedback mean alot

So I took my fiancé dodge charger to 2 other tire shops that basically said it couldn’t be replaced or tightened or it had to be replaced with a rubber valve on a chrome wheel🤔. I just felt like the other surrounding shops just didn’t want to deal with me cause the car had rims on it. So I took it to RNR and the lady at the front was very knowledgeable and helped assist me and then Mr. Andre Johnson checked me out and told me what was fixed and it made my day cause out of the other places I’ve went they didn’t hesitate or give me the run around. Come in to an empty parking lot. Want to purchase a set of tires and wheels cash in hand was told not to do that it voided all warranty. Dude that was helping us gave us an application to fill out then went to lunch. After a hour and a half passed another employee asked if we were finished filling out our application. After telling her yes she tells us the other man was on lunch and she thought we were still filling out our application. Long story short. After 4 hours of sitting there waiting I leave with new tires and rims for me to get on 77 to go home and my steering wheel shaking like crazy and my car pulling so bad it changes lanes by its self. I call the next day and I’m told no refunds on deposits. $300.00 even after not having wheels for 24 hours and driving from the business to my home. He tells me ma’am it’s a balancing issue. PSA if you had my car for 4Hours, no reason when I leave that it should shake and change lanes! Poor customer service and business all together! Would NOT recommend!

I was told one thing by Jawann (sp???) That a 45 payment would be due today, and by the 22nd of March I would pay the next payment $200.00. Today a payment for 195. Came out of my account. I KNOW what I was told. I am not a lier and I did NOT MISUNDERSTAND. I will pay my tires off asap and wont go back.

My experience was horrible I purchased Rims and Tires I lost my center cap on one tire shortly after I bought them a few weeks later I heard a noise in my driver side front tire so they told me to bring my Car in they took the tire off and said my left rotor needed to be replaced come to find out after having my Car looked at by 2 other shops come to find out my tires had been installed with the wrong lug nuts and caused another issue as well so now because of the installation not properly done Im now stuck with another bill that I have to pay because of their poor installation. WOW

Corporate will be hearing from me come Monday morning the payment center is very disrespectful an very unprofessional called in to make a payment lady texts an says this is your first payment LIES this was my second payment Her Name Is Marliya or something like that hangs up when I explained that this wasn’t my first payment an tried to take a payment out when it wasn’t even scheduled to be taken out then yells an get an attitude when I respectfully corrected her about it being my second payment not my first payment threatening with repo when I clearly told her to take the payment out an began to try to discuss my account with another person VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHERE IS THE PRIVACY POLICY

Terrible customer service Ive been up here talking to the people in the office Ive been told they could get a certain time size when I got to get them he turns around and tells me he never said that and argues about what he said Instead if trying to fix the problem. After I finally get the rims I was told they would be in on this day and to just come up here to have them Installed so I took half a day off of work to get them installed they then tell me they never told me that once again so I wasted that day come back the next day Ive been her over an hour and they still havent even moved the vehicle so I ask just to see the rims they cant even help me with that this place is a joke if I hadnt already paid for the rims and tires I would go somewhere else In a heart beat this place will argue with u and treats the customers with no respect talks to you any kind of way I mean WOW.

After paying almost $800 I tried to pay them off with the 6 months same as cash option and suddenly they tell me they dont honor the same as cash price and the lady who calls when a payment is due called and harassed everyone of my references even though I have never missed a payment or been late. The payments are due on Friday but they agreed to pull money on Tuesday when I got paid yet they called everyone at least 10 times a day from Fri till Tuesday every single week and I would strongly suggest walking somewhere before u rent from these people cause their customer service is horrible and they dont honor their promises.! Now I will say Andre the manager is a very nice man and is respectful but his employees are awful.. They need some classes on customer service!!

They failed me when i needed rhem most, & went out of their way to make a bad situation for me as a disabled n handicapped person even worse, & i will never understand why...They were where i bought my very expensive rims & tires...& From then on, my go to spot for anything related...i sent my family there, and my friends,,, but will never be back, thanx to them telling me on the phone to come on in, n they would take care of my popped tire and bent rim thanks to york countys wonderful potholes... Either way said I could bring it on and they take care of me on Friday evening then let me sit there as you tell him not to worry about the car n the tire... Only to then turn around and tell me add to closing time and after every other tire store in town has closed,,, that they didnt have any way to help me and then left me standing in the parking lot on a Friday night after hours with a flat tire....

Last week Wednesday, I had the pleasure of meeting Dre (Sales Rep @ R&R) changed my life. Must I say I drive a SUV with 26 inch rims on it. Dre was understanding, and very helpful. (DETERMINED TO GET ME THE BEST PRICE). My experience was overall a 10* rating because time was not on my side (having to get to Charlotte, NC) to pick up my children.
