Simply wanted advice from someone I trusted and willing to pay for his time. The secretary/receptionist/phone person, was rude and didnt listen to my request. Called back after her curt voice-mail and got no response.

Walt is very patient and explained everything so we would understand every aspect of our real estate closing. He & his staff are very caring & professional. I also chose to have him do my will. Again he explained thoroughly the options I had & the importance of a will. I wouldn’t think of using another practice. Very fair and honorable!

He was doing a real estate closings with my brother from my mom probate estate. He did not represent me, he was dishonest with me and did things behind my back. My mom always thought he was a honest man that is why I called him. Do not used this office dishonesty and I was not represented even though I had to pay. I had been in a pay car wreck and many medical uses he secretary said some caddie remarked to me. I was not able to feel after the wreck from the waist down but I am thankful to be walking and I have many medical issues they are not aware of. Very unprofessional. Beware

We used Walt for the closing of our property for our church. He was very organized and professional in handling the closing. His office is conveniently located off of Ebenezer Rd so it is easy to find. The offices are clean and well appointed, very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Walt to anyone looking for someone to handle their real estate closings.
