This is the second time we have had Arborist Plus come and cut down trees and trim others. They do excellent work and are great at cleaning up afterwards.

This maybe long but with good reason. Clay (the son) came out and gave a estimate twice. Before they even came out he asked to get paid. I told him I didnt feel comfortable doing that. He tried to change my mind. He asked for the money twice more before coming.They were scheduled to come 3 times and no show. They said because of rain. Rained once. We had to take down our side fence so they could get their truck and bobcat back there. We took it down when they were to come the first time. We didnt want to take it down until they were coming because we have a dog. So weeks later they finally came. It was the owner Bill and a few guys. After he cut the tops of the trees he left, never to be seen again. The guys left behind finished cutting down the trees and made huge holes in my yard. They left branches in my bushes and on my shed. Because of the bobcat it ripped up my yard and made a muddy mess. The day was over and wanted paid. Mind you they said they would fix what they messed up. I said after they come back and clean up I will pay them. Well they came right back for that. Clay and another guy pulled logs out of the bushes and picked up the branches. Clay said they will drop off 2-3 truck loads of chips to cover a largearea of mud. So I paid them but felt like I just maid a mistake. Well Im sure you guessed it, they didnt come back with the truck loads of chips. After waiting for another week for them to come back (my fence is still down) I tried to call Clay but only got his voice mail for days. So I decided to call the owner Bill. He said they will bring it tomorrow but later text me and said they werent bringing them but we can come pick them up. That would be like 14-15 truck loads with my husbands truck. Seriously, Are you kidding me ! We continued to text back and forth. Things like we did your job for hardly nothing and I risked my life to take your tree down. All kinds of crazy stuff a real business would not say. Very Disappointed !
