I was in a bind and could not mow my yard due to an illness. One call to A&G and my problem went away. They were courteous and professional, and worked me into their schedule and did a fantastic job.

Negligent and seems Incompetent: Paid for trimming hedges approx. 10 months ago. Agreed to wait to spring to trim and box out hedges. Reminded in March 2021. the Owner of A&G said he would take care of Mid April 2021. Been out twice to work on hedges (showed up with improper equipment twice), stated would be back to complete, but never did. Will never talk to me on phone over weeks at a time, but states he is not avoiding my calls - but continues to make excuses why he can not do it by text only. Mid April was over 3 months ago and is close to a year since he has been paid for service; however, it appears he refuses to do do the work & make several excuses and it appears based on his actions or lack of he has no intentions of taking care of my hedges or giving my money back. I text him that the little work he did has grown out due to time and it looks like the hedges never had any work done. He also decided to no longer cut my grass without notifying me at all. Based on my observations, it appears he has poor communication skills, poor organization skills, and worst of all - He doesnt seem to care about properly serving his customers. When I initially did research on A&G, I could only find one comment about his services and it was negative, I gave him the benefit of doubt, but I should of went with my gut and passed. I plan to go to small claims since the owner refuses to handle this matter properly. Please note the owner never completed cutting the tops of the hedges/shrubs. He kept telling me he would come back to finish, but he never finished. In addition, had subject matter expert review the job. Subject matter expert stated he could tell nothing was really done to the jobs and agreed with me that maybe the A&G Lawn Service really did not know what they were doing.

Awesome and friendly lawn staff! Very helpful and flexible with yard maintenance needs. Very affordable price too! I had routine service lawn care done weekly for my home and lots of extras here and there throughout the year. Loved the way my home looked! Thank you so much!

Josh was extremely responsive and took care of my lawn/yard concerns immediately. He took the time to see what needed to be done and spent the necessary time completing the work on the same day I called him. I would highly recommend his yard services.

We would definitely recommend A&G! Due to Covid we had to switch our wedding to our new home and the yard needed a good bit of cleaning. Responses were prompt and he started working the same day! Amazing job, hardworking and great value. Definitely our go to from now on.
