Mae is an awesome laundry attendant and she keeps the place really really clean. Washer and dryers are always cleaned and so is this floor. It’s just such a clean environment.

My dryer broke but not my washer. So obviously Im going to wash my clothes at home and take them to be dried. Nope not here. I managed to get in the door with a baby In the stroller, two huge baskets and cash my 1s for Quaters by make multiple trips to and from the car all while being 6 months pregnant. After loading the clothes thankfully before paying, he rushes in through the back door to go get a laminated paper showing me the rule. Been his policy over a year so I should have known. So I guess Im the 1st person with a broken dryer.

Clean and spacious. The owners maintain a nice facility. We were there while cleaning was happening at end of the day and it was thoroughly done with great care. Recommend for your self service laundry needs!

Great experience! I did the drop off service and my clothes were ready exactly when they said they would be later that day all neatly folded and organized. The owners are very safety conscious with Covid and I really appreciate that in these times. I plan on coming back while I am in Rock Hill.

Ive only been twice because I just moved up here. Each time I go its very clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place if you need to do laundry.

WATCH YOUR CLOTHES!!!!!!!!!!BAD TENANTS!!!!!!!!!!! The female store keep gave me trouble. The guy also gave me an issue without explaining no services. She even went to the turn the dryer off! Wow!!! She would not allow me to dry only, she said I had to wash there 1st in order to dry. *** I dont condone in bad talk, the place is okay but the store keeps are not helpful. *** There were several dryers open and available (roughly 8) and I needed to use 1 dryer. The landromat was averagely occupied as any weekend. I am not sure what her trigger was, perhaps it was a bad day for her, my looks, or rules (which I didnt see posted). The police were called and asked if there was an argument by me, other patrons and there werent any. Two folks didnt understand but they helped me to find a good location literally around the corner with less people, a convenience store inside it, and Better Minutes for your Quarters!***** YES they Lock the Bathrooms for Workers Only many times!

This laundromat is very decent. Sometimes the lady that works there is a little Rude though. One day I just wanted to dry some clothes and I was turned away. I have washed clothes there many times. However, because I wasnt washing clothes there that day, I wasnt allowed to use the Facility. Also, when it rains, the Bathroom floods..

This place is clean, and the wash/dry machine clean and in good condition. Ive been coming to this place for 7 months now, never had a problem. Staff always nice and keep the place clean. I like that they have vending machine and free WiFi. I recommend this laundry mat.

Do not do the wash and fold service without them weighing it right than. They inflate how many pounds it is whwn you pick up your clothes. Had to pay an extra 3 dollars. The lady cheats you. I have been going there for years usimg the wash and fold service and now because pf covid they changed their ways on how to accept clothes and add extra weight will never go here again.

This particular laundromat is large so it has ample washers and dryers to use. It is very very clean. The machines are always in clean and working. The bathroom is always nice and clean. They also do a drop off service which you drop off your clothes, comforters, etc and they wash, dry, and fold for you. They fold my clothes very neatly! Just the way I like it!! I was very impressed by their amazing service. Also, Ive went to every other laundromat in town and none of them have been as clean as this one, as safe as this one or have as much functional property as this one. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Id highly encourage to give this place a try for a satisfactory experience.

Very clean appropriately priced coin laundry. Machines are newish, and all appeared to be in working order. Seating is a little strange - in rows with no tables to sit at, but the layout seemed efficient. There is a snack/drink combo coin machine. Color scheme seemed a little harsh, but it makes you want to get your washing done & go...which I guess is the point!

The attendants at this place are rude and obnoxious! Never know when they close. Website says one thing and they say another. I got yelled at for walking on their wet floor at 730pm and they don’t close until 9pm. Wait until you close to scrub your floors. We were made to use 7 dryers when 4 would have done the job. Just done!

Would not recommend. Told me I had to wash and dry my clothes there after I dried them already..so backwards dont go there

Always clean and prices are good

I prefer a laundromat that always has someone on site and this is a plus for me. Very clean building, the washers & dryers work well and are kept in good clean condition. The prices are excellent: Wash: $2.00. Dry: .25 cents for 6 minutes. Excellent water temperature for cold, warm or hot. Some places the water temperature is all the same. The dryers stay hot and do a great job. This particular laundromat still uses the quarter system and you dont have to be concerned with a laundry card. The laundromat also offers drop off service. I have not tried their drop off service but I have observed several people using the service and it appears to have positive results. Side note: $2.00 for the smallest washer. Price goes up according to size.

Horrible people running this place. Came here just to dry my clothes while I wait for my dryer to be fixed, and the employee waits til Im almost done drying my clothes to tell me I cant dry my clothes here anymore. And that its not her problem. She told me I have to wash and dry my clothes there to use their machines, which is ridiculous. She barely speaks english and is disrespectful. Never going back and Id urge noone else to go either.

I am not from here and needed to wash some clothes while staying in the area, this laundromat was close by. It was fairly busy the whole time I was there, it was Clean, and before I left the owner even happen by to make sure everything was in good working order and clean up after those who thought it wasnt Their Responsibility to clean up after themselves.And Yes, I would return here if ever back in the area

Attendants are great very helpful. Machines are always in good working order, even the dryers. My only complaint is that the bathroom is often dirty and there’s never any handsoap. They don’t put it out because people keep stealing it.

As laundromats go, this one is my pick. Super clean and enough equipment that Ive never had to wait. Walk in, boom! One hour and its done.

Super clean, lots of machines all in working order, the washers range from $2.00-$4.00 a wash cycle. Super large dryers are $0.25 for 6 min. and can easily hold two loads of clothes. They also offer drop off laundry service for $0.65 per pound. Have detergent and dryer sheet dispenser as well as a change machine, all working perfectly.

Wouldnt allow me to dry my already washed clothes. I have a washer! The clothes are clean. The employee shorted me my money back. Said I have to spend more money to wash first and then I could use the remainder of my time on the dryer to dry.

This review is long overdue. I have been using no 1 laundromat for the last two years, and every single time the service is always so professional! Ive lived in rock hill for the last five years, and Ive used countless laundromats. Theyre head and shoulders above the rest! I have very specific needs for my clothes and my work schedule is unpredictable. The owner always goes above and beyond to work around my crazy schedule, which I greatly appreciate. Best of all, no matter how specific my needs are for my clothes, they are always returned in perfect condition. Mark my words, this is the only place in rock hill that actually listens to how you would like your clothes washed, and follows your directions with care. Last but not least, the prices keep me coming back every time. I would pay so much more for their services considering all the time they save me and how reliable they have always been.

It uses quarters still all size machines clean and plenty of parking. Sitting area keeps it clean

This place is great for doing large loads of laundry in a short amount of time. They have 5 different sizes of washing machines to use, priced from $2-$6ish dollars. The dryers worked well, but I recommend using the smaller sized dryers for large loads of towels (2 small machines rather than 1 large machine). For what I needed in a laundromat, it has washers and dryers that reliably do the job. They even have detergent dispensers just in case you forget yours. A lot of waiting room and you can grab a bite to eat in neighboring shops. Theres always somebody there to help, and always help me get a machine. 5 star!!

The rudest people I ever met! Try to tell me about a policy they have pulled a sign out of the office. How are you suppose to know about a policy of the sign is in the office! Dumb. Never heard of not using the dryers if you don’t use the washers. Not sorry that my washer works but dryer died.

Very nice laundromat, open until 10pm. If you are a truck driver, the Pilot in Rock Hill does not have laundry service. No 1 Laundromat has enough space for truck parking in back. Or, its about a mile away from the Pilot, for a seven dollar Lyft ride. There is a little bar, Chinese food place, and a dollar store nearby too. If you need laundry, this is a good stop.

Awesome place to get your dirties cleaned and it doesnt take very long or a ton of money. They also provide a drop of service which is charged by the pound and I have opted for that service a few times and was extremely pleased on the turn around time (anywhere from same day to next day) and price was very affordable. Staff is usually nice, friendly and helpful, and the dryers are the best Ive seen in a long time. The Dryers dry your clothes in as fast as 25 minutes. Sometimes though there are some really ignorant patrons in there that can be loud and obnoxious leaving me want to get out of there quicker. otherwise though tolerable. best times in my opinion to go is early morning or late at night when it isnt crowded.

Went there at 8 to dry some clothes a man told me I couldn’t come in because they are cleaning to close down and they close at 10! I don’t leave my job until 7 so this was extremely aggravating and honestly I won’t go back

This was by far the best laundry mat experience I have ever had. It was exceptionally clean, brand new machines, great customer service, lots of space for folding, flat screen TV, clean restrooms, great prices, safe and well lit location, ample parking, lots of washers and dryers, and a super helpful and friendly staff. Simply the best!

I have always had a great experience here the owner’s have excellent customer service. The best and cleanest laundromat in Rock Hill SC. Yes they will lock the restroom due to non customers coming in to use; there is a nice soap dispenser on the wall. I will continue to use this location as always.

Always a very clean place love it

I havent been to a laundromat in years. The gentleman who was working behind the counter was very helpful in answering my questions and even checked on me later as he was cleaning up. Im used to seeing less expensive top load machines at the laundromats Ive been to before but all they have here are the front loaders. It wasnt too crowded when I went around noon on a Saturday. I had no problems finding available washers, dryers, a cart and a folding table. I washed and dried two loads of clothes for $6.75. Not the prices I used to pay 20 years ago but my clothes came out clean and probably took a little more than an hour. Ill definitely come back.

I want the owner/manager to get in contact with me about an incident happened last night with one of your female workers. I’d rather talk to you first before taking any further actions.My daughter (she’s 11) was laughing at grandmother in this laundromat. The female worker stepped to my daughter asked her “why she keep laughing” my daughter grandmother told her she can laugh and she wasn’t bothering her. I don’t know why she thought it was right stepping to a kid in a conflicted way about something didn’t have anything to do with her. She’s a grown woman stepping to a kid...it’s wrong!!!The next day my husband called to speak with owner/manager she told him he’s there and to come to the laundromat to speak with him. When my husband got there, he stood at the counter behind her, she didn’t notice he was there. She was on the phone looking at the incident and trying to erase it...wowwwww!!! My husband saw the man she claimed to be the manager/owner come in and he looked familiar. He was the cook from the Chinese restaurant next door. She lied!!!I went to see the manager but a guy with was there and I asked for the owner contact information, he said they don’t have it. Then I start to tell him what happened. He became rude. Then I went home to do my research I found the female worker Facebook page and what do you know I saw a picture of her and the guy I talked to that was rude about the situation. They must be a couple. All we wanted was the owner information to let them know what kind of people they got in their laundromat dealing with the public. It’s not good for business. I would never step to a kid!!!!

This is one of the cleanest laundromat Ive gone to in 20 years,they wash and fold, the prices are out of this world dryers are great,friendly atmosphere,ran by wonderful people,also surrounded by good chain grocery stores etc. Most important you get quality cleaning and youll spend less money and time trying to wash and dry your clothes.

I gave at least one star because I had to! I was told I couldn’t dry my clothes because I didn’t wash them there! Very rude lady! They’re rude like that at the restaurant too! It’s located right beside the laundromat! I’ll never go back to either establishments!

Truckers! While I recommend dropping your trailer at one of the close by truckstops and bobtailing you can get in the back with a trailer because thats where By-Los dock is. Very clean, New machines, friendly staff. Good prices...

They are always very friendly and professional. They keep the machines clean. It gets frustrating for me when I come in to do my laundry and when they are done washing, I have to wait for dryers because folks who wash at home and bring in to dry, take up more than their share of dryers.

They locked the bathroom so non customers can used it. Then they say they dont put soap in the bathroom because someone keeps stealing it. Well get a dispenser and put it on the wall. That is so nasty that you cant wash your hands properly because there is NO SOAP in the bathroom... THAT IS NASTY

I will never go back to this laundromat. The man that work here is very rude. He told me that I could not dry my clothes there because the people that were washing had to use the dryers. They had plenty empty dryers. June 24, 2018
