I really like this laundry mat. I just wish they did a better job with keep the bathrooms clean and functional

This has always been a nice laundry 24 hours and normally clean

Mad the big washers went up to$8.50.. and for ..what? still a decent laundry mat though..

Clean place, nice variety of load sizes, prices seemed reasonable .a few units where out of service but not a issue ..more then enough working so no one was inconvenienced .and as to the homeless comments..I didnt see any but I went in the day light hours since.. its open 24 hrs I imagine if you go at 2am you might run into a few ??

New washers did a fine job play some relatively tonight and open 24 hours

Clean and above all good machines.

This place is awful theyre are theives that steal clothes and harass you and homeless people live there at night and do god knows what in that awful bathroom. Half the people wear mask most of them do not I recommend it would be a decent place if had a security guard 24/7

Over priced and filled with homeless people at night. Also ran by some very strict and rude ignorant chinese or whatever kind of Asian ppl. Do not really recommend going here for daily laundry

The laundry is clean but theres too many junkies and homeless people hanging around so it makes you feel a little uncomfortable to even go there to wash.

Was a good place to do laundry at first, but it has fallen into hard times.Bathroom are dirty or non functional. Several washers and dryers are needing repair.

Worst place twice I had to move to different Machine after putting 2.50 into each one, then tried to get a soda and after putting 1.50 and still not receiving a soda that was supposed to be a 1.00 the others inside said they were always like that and just took the money and they never received anything. Sad that owners like that take others hard earned money for nothing.

Dont think that I will be going back. The prices have changed dramatically. Theres an increase for the temperature of the water as related to the cycle thats used. Never seen this before anywhere.

Clean for a public laundry. Lost $5.00 in washing machine it did not work. No sign on the machine indicating it was out of order. Ive never seen any attendants the few times Ive used it. Based on the reviews Ive seen getting a refund may not happen. I shall wait and see but if their like Sodexo I can kiss my change goodbye.

The worst place to wash clothes, the owner is NEVER there or laundry attendant. I went there a few weeks ago to wash clothes and the washer didnt spin completely, my clothes were still soaked wet when the machine stopped a lady was there didnt know if she was an attendant or not, she was sweeping and totally ignored me when i asked what to do about the machine, said she couldnt help me or return my money so I insist she call the owner, she finally called him and he proceeded to say he couldnt give me my money back and theres nothing he can do! I told him that wasnt the first time the machine took my money but will DEFINITELY be the last time because Ill NEVER wash there again, he was VERY RUDE AND NASTY and so is his Laundromat!!!

Lady who works there is on her phone ALL THE TIME! She drove me crazy for the 3 hours I was there doing laundry. She talks very loudly to the person she talks with or has them on speaker. I needed help with the change machine. She was far too busy chatting on the phone to help me. She just sits in the closet on a bucket talking away. Why even have a person there, or pay someone like that.

Open 24 hours which is great, good variety of machines large & XL too! Occasionally weirdos staying here, like they live here - no laundry, watching tv & bathing in bathrooms w/ no management here to put a stop to it.

Good place

This place is the worst place in Rock Hill to do your laundry. The only time I ever go there is when the Kwik Kleen down the road is closed. There is never an attendant in duty, there is no phone, the machines are notorious for taking your money and many do not work. Also, there is running water in the restrooms and the water fountain is always broken. The seating is also limited to just a few seats. Taking our quarters is their only concern, not the customers comfort or convenience.

Machines are currently taking money in 2019....management is no where in sight as usual. Blue tape on broken machines instead of getting them fixed. Terrible service to the public. No return for me. 👎👎👎

BRING YOUR OWN QUARTERS!!! THEY HAVE A CHANGE MACHINE BUT ITS ALMOST, ALWAYS DOWN!!!

Absolutely horrible laundry mat. Machines not working correctly. Only thing that is a plus here is the lady cleaning tries to help out as much as possible. Never will come back.

An unsafe place where homeless people hang out outside and live in the bathroom and beg for change or actually rob people at gunpoint which happened to me. avoid it if you can.
