Staff was so friendly. I came in to get batteries replaced in my G-Shock watches and it only took about 10 minutes. It is hard to find someone who will replace these batteries and this team did it quick and efficiently. Thank yall!

I was referred recently to this location by a friend. I was not disappointed... the staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought a very old pocket watch in for a new battery and they handled it quickly and even helped me to clean it up nicely as it was being given as a gift. They also informed me of help they could provide for some family heirlooms. The store is small but the selection they have is very nice. We will come back to this location for sure.

They have a decent selection of jewelry but what they do have is usually very high-end very clear diamonds very nice watches Etc. Some of the staff is a little bit pushy one lady in particular. One thing I can say about them is that they are very trustworthy if you leave your diamond with them you will get the exact same Diamondback and you cant say that for all jewelry stores lots of places like to steal diamonds and give you a fake one back . Also the jewelry repair is second to none . This is a family owned and operated business and other than a single that Apple everybody in there is just golden and will do anything for you to help you its a good store

My expectations were high when I walked in to your store today. Unfortunately, that was ruined by poor customer service. I will not take my business here ever. Please get some front of house training. 60 years in the business is reputable. However, this means nothing if you walk in, are talked down to, and are outright insulted. Maybe that is just the crass personality of your people (or the one lady I dealt with today), but I would suggest you do better.
