Ben is by far one of the best salesmen that Ive had the pleasure of working with. He always greets you with a smile, always asking hows my family doing and goes above and beyond to help you out. I live almost an hour away for the Rock Hill store, with stores that are a lot closer, but Ben makes the drive well worth it. Ben is the reason why I only shop at that Kays and as long as they stay open and he continues to work there, I will continue to get all my jewelry from him. The retail market need more people like Ben!

Such friendly and professional staff at Kay’s! My husband and I came in with our daughter for her first ear piercing. We were nervous but the lady and gentleman (Wish I had their names) that assisted us were very kind. They took their time and was very patient. Turned out a breeze! We were very pleased with our experience.

It’s literally impossible to reach anyone at this store. When I go into the store for anything I have to chase someone down because they do not come to me. I had to leave a ring to get fixed and was promised I would be called by March 14th. I have yet to get a call and of course no one answers the phone there. If it’s not ready, that’s fine, but just let the customer know.

Their customer service could use some vast improvement to say the least. I had a ring sized, and had to call myself today (5 days after promised date) to check. Rings been here since 5/31, I was told there was a call on that date, no one left a message. I DID NOT receive said call, and to top it off the young lady decided to banter with me in regards to my displeasure. I will most definitely utilize brownlee jewelers for my future jewelry needs.

Very disappointed in the way Kays allows the employees to speak to their customers. My fiance and I went in to look and when we told the employee our budget she felt the need to look at her co worker and say we laugh at budgets like that. It took everything I had not to flip out in the store! How rude! I curious to know what the employees there make that they feel like they r so much better than the customers who are choosing to come the this jewelry store! I expect to be contacted ASAP by Kays before I have to take this even further.

My wife paid over $500 for a tungsten ring at least thats what they told us truth be told they gave us a stainless steel ring and would not give our money back and could not exchange it for a tungsten. They were very rude and unprofessional, its been 2 years and they still cant get it right also gave him the wrong size twice!! Im furious and will not be shopping here any longer. I suggest diamonds by David.
