Hannah was very helpful and provided great service during my visit. I went for printing, scanning and the notary services. This location provides notary services to the public which made my visit convenient to handle everything all in one place. The only reason I gave four stars is because the fees.

This is the worse UPS store Ive ever been to and used for any services. By far the last choice for me around York county. The owner is SO GREEDY . The fees for all services rendered are so far from fair its insane. It costs $3.21 just to print the label for you. So after paying the $4.38 for postage to send a card to a loved one its an additional$3.21 for the inconvenience of printing your label for you. Thank God for the UPS STORE cherry rd and Charlotte Ave.

Wonderful staff. They do their best to help the customer.Wish they had automatic entrance door so that its comfortable to people entering with boxes in both hands.

I went on UPS.com to get a shipping estimate. I put in the dimensions and weight of the package, selected UPS Ground and it gave me a price of $50 to ship. Fair enough. I drove over to this UPS store to ship it. The girl behind the counter measured and weighed it. Both were the same I had. She gave me a price of $103 to ship. I guess they want me to pay the UPS fee PLUS their overhead costs. Ill stick with the post office.

Wow, I give Mike Gilmore, the owner of this store and another one in Columbia 10 Stars!First, I say this from experience having been a business owner for over 25 years with product fulfillment /shipping a key aspect of my business ..so I know good and the extra 10 % to excellence!Second, when I had gone into his Rock Hill store (randomly), I was warmly greeted and expertly served. I had recently moved to Winnsboro from the Midwest and was trying to figure out how to send antique fine china to a friend in Palm Springs California, So after completing the packages I brought in, I asked Mike about my challenge and he assured me that my dishes would be in “good hands ”. Because I had had the opportunity to observe him and staff in action...I knew this would be true! UPS is very good, but it’s the handlers...from beginning to end that makes the difference every time! Kudos to Mike and his staff!

This group is very Lazy. If I miss my package it takes a whole week for my package to arrive at this location, when it says it will be there the next business day.Changed my review as the mail carrier made a mistake

Great staff and fair prices

Packages get delivered to the store instead of my home because UPS won’t use the secured package area of my complex. Got to the store tonight right at 7pm and store was locked up and lights out. Their hours are to 7pm which is fine but how can you be closed, locked up, chain fence in place over the counter with the drawer counted out all by 7pm? It shows me the employees are ready to leave an hour before closing and finish up closing right at the clock hits. Poor service from UPS complimented by questionable actions of their store. I’ll use them because I’m forced to, not by choice.

Needed birth certificate request notarized. I was able to print out forms, make color copy of ID and then scan to email as a PDF all in one blip. Then I was able to send it to expressvitals via mobile and get my request processing underway. Leah was super helpful in getting my needs met. Thank you for all your help! This is a great location!

The sorriest store in the world! The customer service sucks! They lie to you about your claims and they DO NOT help you. UPS will NOT talk to you if you pay these people. They will only speak to the store and treat you like a third party. There is NEVER a manager around and the attitudes of the workers are crap! I would recommend you do NOT use ANY UPS store!

Excellent and friendly service at this store right off I-77. Ellis at the front desk is fantastic and gets me in and out very quickly. They always make me feel like a valued customer. This is my go-to location for work and Amazon shipments!

Stopped in this store Friday morning November 22, 2019 and the lady working was rude and didn’t show any interest in being there. She acted as if my package was just a box of rocks and ended up kicking it into the back of the store. Be careful if you ship anything from here if it is breakable I’d take it elsewhere.

Everyone is always nice to me here. I had a good experience with Steven recently. He helped me label and prepare my package which was something he didn’t HAVE to do, he just did it to be nice. Good job sir!

I had to ship about 15 small packages to various locations and I needed help getting everything packed up. Jashira did a great job of helping me organize and pack the various items, and Gracie kept us both entertained with pleasant conversation. I entered the store about 20 minutes until closing time and they were still willing to work with me to figure everything out. Thanks UPS!

Terrible service inconvenient times dosent give the packages to the leasing office or my hub box which makes no sense. other delivering companies have seem to use them quite frequently only ups decides to be prehistoric and demand you be at the door.

I get all my projects printed here. Very professional and good quality. The customer service is great. I will recommend this location to everyone!

There was a 5-6 people in line and the one employee in the store was on the phone trying to locate a lost package for a customer. Why only 1 employee on Saturday, the busiest day? Two stars because the dude was multitasking like a beast to get everyone through; UPS, you could schedule more people on busy days.

Dont ship International here! They dont know what they are doing. Manager is never around and Manager doesnt know what they are doing either. I am going to have to get my package sent back from the UK where it has been held in customs for days and then send it by Fedex.

Staff not properly trained, unable to perform requested task even though told on the phone that the service was available, long wait, only one staff on premises.

They were able to help me design and print my brochures in a short notice which helped me look great for my client. Thanks again!!
