Beware of using this business. On 7/1/21 I contacted them for an estimate on a screen repair for my smartphone. On the website it said there was a 20% discount for first time customers with no expiration date. However, they would not honor the discount because they said it expired on 6/30/21! I decided if they couldnt honor a discount then they would not have my business.

I took my phone here about a year ago and got my screen replaced which was fine, no problems with the actual service. However I never made a review for this place and Im just now noticing that I had one for this place. Im about 99% certain they used my phone to write themselves a review. I did not entrust them with my phone so they could use it for their own purposes. Strongly recommend no one come here.

I went here to have my charging port replaced. He said it would be $70.00 plus tax. When I returned, he said that the speaker was not working, so he replaced it at the cost of an additional $30.00. He did a good job, but if you take your phone here, tell him what you want, and tell him what you dont want. I should have told him not to repair anything else!

Fixed my phone quickly, did a great job, and didnt cost me an arm and a leg. He was nice and actually found a hidden crack in the back glass of my phone and fixed it with out the up-charge. Was very nice and polite to work with! He didnt try to take advantage of a young girl in need! Will always come to him for repairs!

Do not go here!We called and asked the price to fix my grandsons phone and he told us. Then he said to me that he would do for the same price as my other grandsons. Which was the exact same phone. He charged me $127 when he said $109 on the phone and then told me the same price as the other one which was $80.He lied and that’s not good business. If he came into my place of business he would want everything for almost nothing. He is a thief and a liar.

Walking into this shop was a $1300 mistake. Take your phone to anyone else.To sum up, bringing my phone to Cellular Repair voided my warranty, invalidated my insurance, and made the phone vulnerable to water. Mr. Soo refused to guarantee his work, would not refund his faulty screen replacement, pay for repairs, or replace the phone.The Long Version:I had my Samsung S10+ for about a week when I dropped it and shattered the screen. I hadnt activated the insurance yet, so I knew I was going to pay out of pocket. Cellular Repair was close by and had the screen in stock, so I dropped it off there and got it back the same day.The Samsung S10+ is IP68 Water Resistant, so I wasnt terribly concerned when I got caught in a rain storm and my phone got a little wet the weekend after I had the screen replaced. It stopped working a few hours later, from what I would later discover to be water damage to my waterproof phone.After talking to Verizon and a few other repair shops, I learned that the only way this would have happened is if the replacement screen was not sealed properly. Worse, because the initial repair was done by Cellular Repair (who is not approved by Samsung for repairs), they would not do any further repairs because they would be unable to guarantee the work.I went back to Cellular Repair, but the only response I got was, not my fault, and were not a warrantied company. Since the screen was Working correctly, it wasnt his problem. When I told him I wanted my money back for the repair, he laughed. Cant repair it, wouldnt refund the faulty screen replacement, wouldnt pay for repairs, and wouldnt replace the device.So, now I have a very expensive broken phone, which I paid Mr. Soo $330 to fix, which is now broken more than when I took it to him. He refuses to do anything to offset the damage, and I have zero recourse to replace it because his work invalidated all of the repair or replacement options that may have been on the table before he touched it.If I could give negative stars, I would.While in line to discuss the damage, I listened to him pull the same stunt with another customer. Her keyboard no longer worked after her screen was replaced, and he responded Thats a software issue, I cant do anything about it. From what she said, the keyboard had worked when she brought it in, but hadnt worked since she picked it up.

Literally broke my iPad by not putting the screen in correctly. Scanner stopped working, home button wasn’t connect to the screen right. I wish I could’ve gone to Apple. My iPad will not come and he just said there was nothing he could do. 😒

If you are looking to replace your iPhone battery just Goto Apple. Get a real Apple battery this guy told me that’s what he puts in but it’s not. Got him to replace my battery 6 months ago now it’s going dead really fast and it’s starting to swell up and it’s bulging my screen out.
