I always get excellent service and the people that work there are polite and very knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping there.

Great store with great associate. Has a place where you can do copy and print at a reasonable cost. Also have your computer looked at and repaired if necessary. And the endless supplies needed to meet your office demands. Just a wonderful store overall.

Ordered online pickup. Order was ready at 1130am. Per the text and email I received. I go inside the store to pick my copies and they are NOT in the pickup area. I had to wait in line for 20 mins to speak with someone about my missing copies. Only for them to be sitting behind the desk the whole time. What is the purpose of ordering online for quick pickup only to have to stand in line. ANNOYING!!!

Its not as good as Staples in my opinion, but we no longer have a Staples.

We went in to get a small desk since we are having to work from home now. Ray, Kina, and Melanie were extremely helpful in getting us a desk that day. They went above and beyond when giving us the options they had in stock, while working to understand our individual needs.

Nasty attitudes from store employees, will never shop here AGAIN

Audra is so cool. She is one of the best! She is so accommodating! She is so patient with me even though I come in at the last minute sometimes! I believe that all of the staff that usually helps me is kind in this manner! Brooks helps me out a lot, too! Hes very cool, too! He always makes time to help me in my time of need!

This place is your run of the mill office supply stop. You will find what you need here. It is a good place to go if you got to print some things out and you are in a bit of a pinch. The only reason why I do not give five stars is because the workers here do seem to be a bit down.

I know from using different locations they do not have standardized equipment but every other location has been more then helpful finding a way to make my order work...not here

Great Printing Service! I didnt have to wait. Brooks was patient with me as I had to make adjustments to my file. I really appreciated the help. I had already been to Staples and UPS with no results. My job was a small job, but I was treated as if it was the biggest job they had done all day. Ill be back.

I made a big purchase at the store. But after taking it home I realized it was not for me and I brought it back to the store the following day and they did not make me feel bad did not question me a million questions why I needed to return it they offered great service and return the item with out a hassle. That the staff here is very knowledgeable and their items. This is a great place and a quick place to get any office product that you might need.

I went in Office Depot inquiring about office chairs. A sales associate helped me with my questions. She answered everything and provided me with the information that I needed. This store has very nice products .

Office Depot has everything one may need for a home office re-stocking. Mostly friendly staff, and fairly broad selection of stock. They definitely have paper, pens, pencils, tablets, and they do printing, copying and faxing if you need it. They have office furniture in the back, and they have printers.Thank you

I will never visit this store again. The manager of the service counter as well his one of his employees were disgustingly disrespectful. I was furious by the time I left the store. I will ship products from the post office moving forward. I will never step foot in that store again...ever!

Last week a co worker and i had quite a big printing job that needed to be taken care of asap...Audra jumped right in and was so efficient and kind throughout the whole process! She got us all taken care of and kept us smiling the whole time with her southern charm!! Shout out to Audra!!

Worst customer service!

It is a new lay out since the last time I was there. I had no idea where anything was. I felt like turning around and leaving actually. I stayed and asked for help. The prices were kind of on the higher end. I wanted some plain post it notes, you would think they would be pretty cheap. Like 2 or 3 dollars. No, they were 5 and up ... up to like 12.99. Thats crazy. I will not be back.

Bad will never go to that store again

We got what we needed for purchase, basic office supplies at a good price. However the dissatisfaction came when my wife and I was inside and got names of the name tags. Rebecca, Alvin, Melanie, and another cashier were talking bad about another employee breath smelling mad. Not ok to talk about your peers putting him or her down in shame. You are suppose to uplift your peers not pick on him or her and embarrass him or her in front of your customer. I encourage my staff to address each other with respect at my place of business. Those four employees should be reprimanded, no excuse for that putting people down instead of those four uplift that person who that were making fun about. Very unprofessional of those employees indeed.

I recently made two major purchases at this location. I stopped in after having went to Best Buy and Staples, and the you man in the computer/technology department was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was so impressed and happy with my purchase that I came back the next night and bought another computer.

Terrible service from the manager Melanie. Refused to price an item that is similar to an item that was out of stock. No problem with that from other stores. She is just bad for business.

Great experience! The Customer service manager was amazing. He helped me find what I was looking for in just a few minutes and gave me a proce quote that was well below the competitor, for a 15,000 page printing job.

Your store could have gotten a nice sell if your real thin sales lady in computers wouldnt have left her area to play on a mobile phone. She could be so much more efficient and other employees if mobile phones arent more important than a customer who wants to spend money with you. And no it was not a inventory device. It was a personal mobile phone. I know what your inventory device looks like, it is thick. Ive seen it in your store before. Please dont try and tell me what I didnt see. That is rude and unprofessional.

Had to make a stop during the dreaded tax free back to school weekend and found the store pleasantly well stocked and organized, with staff actively restocking. In and out without any issues, having everything I was looking for from the ad. Definitely will return.

I go there all the time. I could wander around for hours. My favorite is the flower shop.

The really thin girl in the technology department kept tabs on me like I was trying to steal. Walking looking over shelves and not even a Hello or How are you from her. And she wasnt trying to make it obvious as she was communicating with someone on her radio to watch me. When I tried to ask her a question her attitude was indifferent, rolling her eyes towards me. Clearly she has a problem with African Americans. She needs to find a new job working alone.

I printed out tickets for the Charlotte Independence vs. Tampa Bay Rowdies USL soccer game. Convenient to Winthrop University where the game was being played.

I seriously just had one of your employees look at me after asking her a question and say “I can’t help you.” and walked away from me! I then told her “I just need to know if I can print in color here.” She then replied “I can’t answer that it’s not my department.” This is sorry customer service Mary Beth!

The shopping was okay they did not have a means of a disabled senior to shop without doing all the walking which was very difficult but I went because I needed something. The people were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Rude customer service.

Melanie has no clue to be working in the technology department and it shows. No knowledge what so ever to be affiliated in that department, blank face and google for everything with her. But I rather take my chances than to deal with the unprofessional attitude of Rebecca. The last time she bad mouthed a co-worker to another associate over in the print area. The store manager needs to be made aware of her attitude it is a disgrace for customer service.

Kudos on speed to the processing of the order. Dreadful customer service. The print shop had 4 employees but only one at checkout & she was going through realestate papers and organizing the client portfolio for her. Hand me my paid for order so I can leave! Woman said wait your turn, Im the only one and im busy. That is right nobody can hand me my order.That is 30 minutes of biting my tongue I wont get back.

The technology leader Rebecca Wheeler is a lame misleading liar. She tells you, you need this and this to go along with your computer and talks geeky to make you think you can function with out all that stuff she tries to make you buy. She is corny and lame for one thing as she tried to tell jokes with a poor sense of humor. I come in for a desktop and a virus protection maybe $450 and here she comes and everything goes over $700. I dont recommend her as your sales person. She is a liar, corny, and lame and drain you for every nickel.

Staff do not have all the knowledge they should. Attempted to print some booklets for work, the first day they kept scrambling my pdfs and printing out of order so I was forced to go in and change my work. Then when I took it back, the new person wouldnt print my covers for whatever reason. Very frustration, once they finally let us print them the way we had previously given them instruction to, they printed perfectly. They held them with our company files overnight until the boss picked them up but when he got there, they had LOST them! It took them a good hour to locate the booklets. Very unprofessional and Im not sure why they refuse to follow directions. Other than that, the site is well socked with most stuff. Their laptop section is a bit lacking but for everything else its great. Clean.

Man, I didnt know ink cartridges were so expensive! I normally print at libraries. But over all the service was good and friendly.

Have always had a great experience here. And the staff, in the fax and copying area are very helpful and nice.

I was in that store during tax free weekend and the so called technology specialist Rebecca is incompetent. She is not qualified to be in the technology department. Rebecca could not answer my questions and when she tried it was clearly a bogus answer after another. All she knows is what office depot tells her to learn. All I can do was just laugh on how incompetent she is, an idiot in a red shirt. She just had a stupid look on her face with a pound of make up. This is what happens when stores put unqualified people in a position for cheap labor.

The Copy and Print center is well trained and staffed. They are always available to help out whenever needed.

I have been getting my business cards and invoices from them since I started my business last year. Then all of a sudden this year they lost all my info for my invoices and my cards. They claim it had to do with a new system wiping out alot of people. So we set it all up again. Redid everything and they got my cards and invoices done. Then I call up a week ago to have more done and they lost it all again and wanted me to set everything up again. They have a no care attitude about it. Im a small business so its no skin off their back to lose a loyal customer. This is not good business so I took my business elsewhere.

Walked into OfficeDepot in a crunch last Sunday as my business printer went down and left me in a crunch. After spending over 20 minutes trying to decide what printer would compensate and replace my current printer, I found the manager Tae who was a great help. He was very knowledgeable about the printers in stock and their specs. Needless to say he saved the day. Thanks Tae!

I received horrible customer service by the manager Brook today. I would not advise anyone to ever return to this Office Depot. I received my refund by returning the item I had purchased moments prior but his level of professionalism was appalling

Since Office Depot and Office Max merged, this store has declined in inventory, customer service, and in the speed of the copy and print center. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt for a year, hoping it would just take some time to work out the glitches, but I am done.

Our store was broken into so we went to Office Depot to get new computers. The first interaction with store PC expert was arrogant, pushy and semi-informed tech guy who spouted off random things about NASA and AMD processors. One of the PCs had bad LED backlight in one corner. Went to the store to get a replacement and had question after question about how I had broken it and then I was asked if it had happened during the break in (you might remember that I was replacing PCs from the break in). They did not have the same one in stock so they were going to have to order a new one, but instead of just ordering the new one and letting us come back by and pick it up when it came in, they did a credit to the card. When I told them the owner had come to town yesterday with the corporate credit card and I couldnt get him back to pay again for the new one, it meant nothing to them. When I asked for the manager, he took 5 minutes to saunter up front casually talking to other employees, he just went in circles and said he could not help me and had no interest in his employees blaming me for their faulty product. I could have bought these PCs from anywhere, but I unfortunately bought them from some of the most arrogant, rude people I have ever encountered!
